Has anyone read about or actually done a coconut oil fast? You ingest up to 10-14 tbsp of oil a day, at 2 hour intervals....plus you drink lemon water with a pinch of Sea Salt
I am wanting to do this for multiple reasons...systemic candida, adrenal fatigue, colon cleanse, etc.. After the fast I want to stay on mainly vegetables, fruit and lean protein with a healthy amount of carbs. I'm hoping the fast will jumpstart my way on leading a healthier lifestyle.
Anyone have any advice or suggestion?
