Phosphatidylserine, zinc and holy basil will help lower cortisol.
Keep working on your ferritin. Solgar makes a good iron that is easy on the tum: it's called Gentle Iron. It only has 25mg of iron (elemental iron) per tablet. So you need to take a couple of tablets a couple of times per day with meals and vitamin C at minimum. If you have a cast iron skillet, cook as many meals as you can with it.
"I have high antibodies, doc said there isn't anything I can do about that. :("
POPPY COCK, BULL SH#T!!! You lower antibodies by getting your ferritin up, lowering your cortisol and taking iodine + selenium.
Adequate levels of selenium and iodine will lower the antibodies.
You need to find another doctor.
