I gave up Lam because I felt like my body was too far past a certain point for it to work. I did feel improvement but once I got to a certain point it stopped, and I felt no improvement for 6 weeks. I mean, if I am hypopituitary from my head injuries than yeah doing Lam's program wouldn't do squat for me. So I made sure to go to a top flight doctor to see if everything in my situation is looked over closely.
If you are a male and you don't get morning erections your hormones are off. Anywhere or anyone that tries to tell you that not getting a morning erection is completely normal doesn't know anything. Most likely our testosterone levels are affected by upstream hormonal problems, most likely the adrenals and cortisol being at the top of that list.
