so ur saying that Pauling was a dumb ass? I dont have anemia and theres noone in my closest family who bruises easily, so nope, thats not it. I have however read and heard that vitamin c in large doses prevents and decreases bruising which I have experienced on my own skin. I had a massive bruise on my leg which usually would get 3 weeks to dissapear completely and once i took around 20g's of vit. c daily it was gone in 3 days. 1st hand experience. No anemia. No heredetary tendencies. Pure vitamin c. So should I mix it with some carbonates in the same glass or do something else, like cover my teeth with some substnce not to get them to squeeek? Once again let me just say that it does NOT upset my stomach, only the teeth.
