This is a little late, but I thought I might ask if you're taking superfoods and omega 3's. Also, have you stopped intake of caffeine and alcohol?
I've seen you mention in a few posts how much emotional stress you've been going through.
I just thought I would let you know something that has helped me the past several weeks. My boyfriend left for Turkey on July 14th :(. He's such a huge part of my life and it's been a struggle everyday (especially since we have very seldom communication).
The first few weeks of him leaving I was drinking coffee almost everyday, and drinking alcohol on the weekends. I was a complete emotional train wreck.
I've slowly weaned myself off of coffee, and realized that after the high's I'd get the low's, which were so bad I was practically useless.
Then I got my period, and I noticed my anxiety levels were much more normal!!! I mean, I felt like I was in heaven. Somehow, my hormones were slightly more balanced after not taking caffeine. I have noticed that drinking alcohol can negatively effect my mood the next day too (light beer has the weakest effect).
I don't have Uny's superfood or female formula, but I've been taking flax oil and spirulina consistently, and it's really changed me into a less spastic, more level-headed person. Just an overall feeling of CALM. My lows are more manageable and not out of control.
There were nights I cried nonstop, without sleep, and having to go to work in the morning. I see now that this was a result of malnutrition, to my nerve endings or a chemical imbalance or whatever.
Maybe you have all three (superfood, om3's, female tincture), and if you do, I guess that's one more way of you being able to narrow down where your problem is.
Just thought I'd share. I hope you find some sense of ease soon!!!
PS- I've been drinking miso broth with one sheet of nori every morning and this could very well be another factor in my uplifted mood (it's pretty much my coffee replacement). I also take fenugreek for breast health which might also be helping my mood/hormones, and I drink 1-4 herbal teas with honey everyday.
