mmm...roasted garlic sounds like a delicious way to keep up some parasite cleansing. i often roast a whole bulb (10 cloves) and mix it in with rice (or almost anything) because it adds such a sweet, nutty, garlic flavor! my standard recipe is roasted garlic bulb, then mashing it with EV olive oil, Sea Salt , and cayenne.
i've been meaning to ask this, and i'm glad you mentioned it, but how many roasted garlic bulbs do you think would add up to the beneficence of three raw garlic cloves? i too am trying to avoid the raw garlic-iness that lingers for the rest of the day.
could i maybe make a very potent garlic oil, and then combine that with the roasted garlic mash, to help replace any lost chemicals, such as the allantoin?
i would be willing to eat three roasted bulbs of garlic with raw garlic oil than eat the raw cloves.
or should i just save myself the trouble, and pick up some of your lovely garlic tincture for daily use?
if it weren't 1am, i would throw some in the oven right now... ;P
