You might have better results with potassium as anger and depression are from potassium deficiency. If you think you eat enough fruits and other potassium rich foods then you could not absorb it well and be chronically low on potassium.
I started using salt with potassium and saw remarkable benefits. Constipation was one of the symptoms (besides fears,depression and anger) from my low potassium. I started taking potassium supplements and now understand that I was right and I was chronically low on potassium. I eat meat a lot and zinc isn't the case for this, unless you really are deficient on zinc.
