30% could be waaaaay too much protein. For instance, my comfortable upper limit is 8 oz
of lean meat a day, which is around 50g of protein. If I significantly exceed it I am physically destroyed the following day.
I cannot stress enough how good for adrenals is butter. If you are not afraid of putting on some extra subcutaneous fat eat lots of it.
The high content of linoleic acid in the almond butter and olive oil screws the omega 6 to 3 ratio big time. At best these fats are useless when they are not heated. Otherwise they are harmful. Saturated fats are what you are after. They are good for you and your hormones.
