Hi There, I know how you feel. Something that has helped me is eating coconut oil, it is a healthy source of fat and is a anti-fungal. Also Almond Cookies:1/2c. Almond butter, 1/2c.yogurt,pinch salt,dash cinnamon,enough stevia to sweeten, add roasted 1/4c.coconut and 2 tbsp almonds. Cook 375F until ready. Super yummy. You may have to play around with the amount of almond butter and yogurt to get a perfect consistency.
