Take a cold shower to bring the body temperature back down after a hot bath.
Start with a warm water shower (cooler than the bath water) if you must... and acclimate yourself over time till you get to a full on cold shower.
I have been taking a cold shower after a hot one, or a hot bath every day for the last four or five years - sometimes just a straight up cold shower if I feel the need... it toughened me up and helped enable me to better deal with temperature swings either way over time - my body seems to regulate temperature much better than it did... I only wore a light jacket twice this year, and never took my sandals off unless to run around barefoot... it is a bit more of an interesting observation since I spent several weekends in the snow in Northern Arizona this year - they received their heaviest snowfall in over 30 years.
Our bodies should be able to cope and deal with these things as they once did (I do not think I am anywhere close to what that might have been)... central heating, cooling, and temperature control in vehicles has made huge wimps and temperature whiners out of us... "its too hot"... or "its too cold".
On occasion, I will alternate hot\cold shower for three or four cycles a few minutes each - till the body has fully adapted to the change in temperature, always finishing with cold.
