The thing I would change and add is rather than a multi vit the best single investment any one can make towards better health and get megadoses of natural readily "assimimilable" vitamins, live enzymes and beaucoup minerals and just mega nutrition in general is to buy a quality veggie juicer and juice fresh every day. The other huge advantage is that you can tailor the juices to address specific health issues
One of the most overlooked things in most and particularly vegetarian and raw regimes is the addition of healthy fats or Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) What I use that contains the perfect balance of omega 6 and 3s that the body uses is Hemp Oil. There are other quality balanced blends like Udos Choice but Udo's is not cheap, 2 tbsp a day or more.
My personal probiotic of choice is Kefir. Kefir contains something like 10 -12 different bemeficial baterial strains that can actually colonize in your gut. I love the taste specially mixed 1 part Kefir, 2 parts juice. My fave combo is apple juice and strawberry Kefir
