Need some advice - I want to use coconut oil to help lose weight (about 10 lbs.) I used to put coconut oil in my breakfast protein shake and fry my eggs with it, but I was told instead to drink coconut oil 2-3 tbsp. in warm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach(apparently this is best for weight loss). I've tried this for last 3 days, only to feel completely gross right afterwoods - I keep burping the oil up and feel nauseated.
Any other suggestions?? I can still get weight loss by putting it my protein shake??
I am blood type O as well...
