It is so simple after reading it. I am following your theory, maybe not a theory but a fact due to the way it is, since I found this forum.
Ammonia compounds also kill pathogens as well, but again this has NOTHING to do with acidity or alkalinity:
If I am going to use Lactulose and reduce my ammonia levels am I somewhat weaker without the ammonia to kill pathogens ? I guess ammonia is what makes me glutamate sensitive. If you are willing to research then there is interesting connection between ammonia and monosodium glutamate/free glutamate sensitivity.
