I'm glad you came into this thread - I only use Food Grade H202 and my issue is whether it is absolute that you take the drops of the 35% on an empty stomach.
Actually, today I was determined to start so, first thing in the morning when I got up I put 3 drops 35% into about 10 or more ounces of mineral water mixed with organic grape juice.
Then, an hour later I had my one cup of coffee. Then for lunch I had 2 eggs - went out for the rest of the day on errands and got home about 6 pm.
I quickly did another glass of 35% H202 (about 4 drops) in the same mixture of liquid (water and juice). Well, it was the strangest thing - even though I had not been having a BM for about 2 or 3 days because I had not taken my usual C/Magnesium/Ionic Fizz, etc. which makes me go, about an hour or less even, after taking the H202 I quickly had to run to the bathroom - what a relief - it cleaned me out totally - unbelievable. Then I started feeling these weird travelling pains in both breasts and I thought to myself, holy cow, this thing is working - I recently had a digital mammography and they want an earlier mamography to compare - it seems they might have seen something questionable? I won't know for another week. But, I did think it was odd that for about an hour and more after taking my second dose of H202 I was feeling these unusual, travelling pains on both breasts.
Well, now, wild horses could not get me to stop taking my Food Grade H202 every day - I only managed two drinks today because they say you must take on empty stomach but will try harder for the 3 per day.
