What kind of climate are you living in? Eating raw fruit comes naturally for me when the climate is right. All Summer my diet was 75% fruit with some vegetable salads. Eating this way made for a high extra sensory perception that is not present when I eat cooked food. On fruit I start to think and experience life differently there is an ease to everything.
I am interested in learning how your journey unfolds. My one concern with eating all fruit is the effects of the sugar on the teeth. I've heard MH say cavitations come from toxic blood versus fruit sugar but why have so many fruitarians lost their teeth? It's a concern I have because I honestly believe this is our ideal diet.
Perhaps a period of cleanses are important as well as incorporating large amounts of greens. Are you doing any green smoothies?
As for being happy for me it seems to be directly affected by getting your needs met. In order to get your needs met you have to know what it is that you value. I don't mean expensive toys but rather a state of mind. Like I need to share love to be happy and this relates to my value of communication and freedom.
It seems the more we cultivate our happiness from the inside out the more sustained it will be. Happiness from say a new car is temporary and where our culture turns mostly to the next "thing". Then when they can't get it they numb out with food, drugs, TV etc...so real happiness is cultivated from having a lifestyle where your needs are fulfilled and match your values. What do ya think?
