what can those who had lots of radiation exposure do to heal (from cancer and xrays/catscans from car wrecks)

years ago before I know what I know now, I got radiation for breast cancer when it recurred 6 years later (I assume from not getting it all with the first 2 lumpectomies). I also had a 3rd lumpectomy.

they had to give me more than normal due to the size of chest and the location of the cancer.

I did take 153 supplements daily based on what I did know at the time, many of them antioxidants including pycnogenol in the maritime pine and grapeseed extract. I also used an external ointment of fresh aloe vera, combined with calendula cream (marigold) and vitamin E.

I only had one of the 4 serious side effects they said I would have. That one was instead of serious 3rd degree burns by the 2nd week, I did not burn until the 5th week. They were stunned and kept saying how lucky I was. I never had the other things that the radiologist said I would have one the rest of my life (twingy painful sensations shooting through the radiated beast) and that the radiologist had as she had had breast cancer and received radiation.

I also had many xrays, mris and cat scans related to being run over by a car, almost dying in a 55 mph crash in my driver's door and about 20-25 other car accidents.

I was thinking recently since I am trying to reverse a recent diabetes diagnosis and became a vegan and starting exercising and eating lots of raw food and currently on day 22 of a planned 45 day juice fast how this radiation may have affected me.

I remember shortly after my treatment ended someone convinced me to go to this thing which turns out to be a multi-level vitamin seminar but they were doing these live blood test that showed results on the screen that they then interpreted.

I do not think I told them about the radiation and they said that every cell in the sample from my finger showed free radical damage.

My question to you is what do you think all this radiation did to me. I have felt for some time that I am aging prematurely and have many age spots at age 59 for years.

Also what do you or anyone recommend for trying to fix the damage all this radiation caused me. With just reading on mercola that they routinely overexpose people to radiation, god knows how much I have gotten.

What might reverse the damage or help remove the radiation from the body. Unfortunately I am very poor so I can't afford a lot. I do make herb tinctures though and can get a few things but not that much.

Any help would be so appreciated. I have suffered form clinical depression for 35 years and was extremely suicidal every single day nearly for 15 years due to taking SSRI antidepressant drugs before they knew it affects some people that way. I now refuse to use any drugs.

For the firs time in all those years, my situation and problems seem a little less and I am feeling like I really want to live and be healthy and working on that and any advise any has that might get this out of me or reverse its damage would be appreciated.

I can't afford chelation as I barely can afford food and pay bills. I saw cilantro might but I am confused on using it as some said do not use it without doing something else first.

Please help me someone. I have devoted my life to helping so many and often spend over 50 hours a week helping others and it would be nice to be on the receiving end when I need some help...hopefully someone kind with knowledge will respond.
