Cleanses: liver, colon, kidney, heavy metal

Hi, folks!

To repeat my many other post on this topic:

I did these for many years with occasional seeming benefit, but got gradually sicker. Kept doing them in order to be doing SOMETHING, avoid feeling helpless, that all was lost. In retrospect, wish I had enough faith back then to wait and seek more information rather than continuing with something of dubious benefit to me.

Since doing the Moreless protocol, replenishing my alkaline minerals with top quality foods and the alkalising drink and baths, occasionally using a few other tools and tricks based on acid/alkaline interaction, I have not needed ANY cleanses AT ALL and am MUCH better than I EVER was when doing cleanses. Am continuing to improve, too!!!

I would strongly suggest replenishing one's alkaline minerals first using the Moreless protocol, then seeing if one actually ever needs a cleanse. They are not easy or fun to do, and I heartily urge avoiding them, even though it gets me flamed here at CZ regularly buy the die-hard true-believers in cleansing of various sorts.
