Bowel ?

This is a rather unpleasant topic - but I'm getting concerned.

For almost 2 yrs I've had severe constipation. Tried everything with conventional medicine (didn't know better). Interestingly, no one ordered any tests though - just prescriptions which didn't work. So I tried colon hydrotherapy - an ordeal of about 10 treatments. Felt better, but no real consistent relief. Btw, over this two year period I've been eating lots of wet fruits/veggies, prune juice, drinking water, dewormed, taking vitamins. About 4 or 5 days ago all of a sudden diarhea (sp?) starts - and now food just goes right through me. Sorry to share this - but I confess it's worrying me - for at least the last 2 or 3 days I've noticed that this diarhea has absolutely no smell. Have you ever heard of anything like this before? My doctor is getting me in for a colonoscopy.
