Most of the supplements I try for about 3 - 6 months. I often try different brands as well if one doesn't work. MOST things I've tried have not made any difference at all.
Exercise, when I am able to do it, is 10-30 minutes on the treadmill at 2 mph, slight incline. Barely worth doing, eh? I do my daily 'farm' chores, feeding and watering the animals, gardening, etc., which takes me about 30-60 minutes and I often break sweat when it's warm like now, so I count THAT as exercise too.
I have added a lot of total veggie meals and raw foods to my diet. Hoping to improve nutrition, digestion & health. I love red meat [grass fed meat is very healthy!] but I find it hard to digest, so I mostly have chicken or fish when I do eat meat.
