      I found that post I mentioned above at http://www.curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1356348#i and by the way this is not a cut and dried thing, you need to look carefully into it and form your own opinions. If were a healthy society this knowledge would have been passed on from generation to generation and growing and harvesting the food we eat would be intertwined with our lives. But it's not, so the predicament we are in is to try and find what's good in this morass of supermarkets, advertising hype and plain lies. We have to do it the hard way. If you are fasting, it would be a good time to read up on it and make your own decisions to plan your refeeding.

      To get you started here is a little info...

      Dr. Joel Fuhrman's "Eat To Live"

      ~~~~~UNLIMITED~~~~~

      ALL RAW VEGETABLES: romaine, kale, collards, parsley,
      Swiss chard, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers,
      mushrooms, onions, celery, all lettuce, snow peas,
      red & green peppers, (at least 1 Lb daily)

      RAW, STEAMED OR FROZEN: asparagus, bok choy,
      Brussels sprouts, cabbage, celery, spinach, onions, broccoli,
      mushrooms, kohlrabi, okra, water chestnuts, peas,
      string beans, green beans, zucchini. (at least 1 Lb daily)

      NON GREEN / NON STARCHY: beets, eggplant,
      onions, tomatoes, yellow & red peppers,
      bamboo shoots, cauliflower, garlic.

      BEANS, LEGUMES, BEAN SPROUTS, and TOFU:
      at least 1 cup daily

      FRESH FRUIT: at least 4 daily

      NOT MORE THAN ONE CUP DAILY:
      cooked starchy vegetables or whole grains, barley, oats,
      brown rice, wild rice, squash, corn, potatoes, cooked carrots,
      sweet potatoes, breads, cereals, pasta

      RAW NUTS AND SEEDS: 1 oz per day maximum

      AVOCADO: 2 oz per day maximum

      GROUND FLAX SEED: 1 TB daily maximum

      Dairy products
      Animal products
      Fruit Juice, dried fruit

      8. Arugula
      9. Radish

      13. Romaine lettuce
