I tried to search about Candida and salt but all I could find was that one should increase their salt intake especially Sea Salt
as it's beneficial and body needs sodium to produce HCL.
So what I did I started to use Seal salt in my diet as I almost had no salt in my diet before. At first there was no symptoms and after further learning of salt that salt is beneficial to your body I increased my intake of Sea Salt
even more. But since then my toe fungus has become much worse and my oral thrush seems to be much worse also. Whats happening ? I don't think I am going over the border with the salt as I am using it less than a tsp a day. I can't accept it as a die-off. Why should my toe fungus get much worse then ?
Has anybody have any experience with salt and increased Candida activity ?
