Here's my take.....
TSH levels are "fine" if they are between .2 and 2.0
Anything above 2 may make it hard to lose excess weight.
The article states that if the THS limit was 3, that would make 20% of the population hypothyroid.
And what percentage of the population is overweight?
Yeah, sounds about right to me.
