I am absolutely shocked to hear the replies I got to my recent posting- that others also have not received their orders either! I am in the United States... and as so many of you have said, if they can not handle customer order problems then they should stop taking new orders!!! SO- Below is my original message and I'm going to keep re-posting it on this forum, in other forums here, and throughout the internet until someone replies on how I can get my order!! This is ridiculous, and I think people should know that they CANNOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH THEIR ORDER!! If I do not get any replies from someone from Humaworm soon, I will be calling my bank and/or paypal to complain and hopefully get a charge back to my debit card. I cannot believe how unprofessional this business has been... as I said, what kind of legitimate business doesn't even have a phone number???????? SO, let this be a warning to anyone THINKING of doing business with them!
<<< I placed my order around July 3 and still have not received it!!! L I first had trouble putting it in online, so I called it in and used a debit card. I know Humaworm received the money because the balance of the debit card had been reduced by the amount of the order!
I talked to SYLVIA around July 22nd and she said she would prioritize my order and get it shipped out ASAP. Yet I NEVER received it, and then I guess there was this fire....
I am just so frustrated... I feel I have been cheated and scammed!! I am about to start posting over and over again that this whole business is a scam, anywhere and everywhere throughout the internet because NO ONE will help me- I don't want to do that but I don't see that I have any other choice but to be SCAMMED! I've posted on curezone before and I tried emailing every email address I could find on their site. NOW on the web site there is no mention of the fire, so while it seems business is going again, there is NO phone number to even call... WHAT LEGITIMATE business doesn't even have a phone number????
If they need my bank to send proof that they received the funds, then I at least need a fax number. I just really would like to have the product I ordered!
I know so many of you reading will probably say like you said before- that they are an honest business... and vouch for them... but if so, you will at least have to give me a phone number to reach them by.... I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING WITH THIS "FIRE"... BUT ACTUALLY THE PROBLEMS HAD STARTED BEFORE THEN, AND NOW THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO FIX THIS... I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE PUBLICIZING THAT THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM, BUT I WILL IF I DON'T GET SOME HELP ON THIS ... NOW. PLEASE SOMEONE- ANYONE- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.
