So the non-flush kind of B3 is not effective for detox. Why bother with that form then?
The rest of the article seems to suggest that the flushing, itching is a normal histimine reaction when toxins are flushed from the capillaries. Isn't this a good thing? What make you think it would be a mold/fungus problem? Just curious? I do struggle with candida, sometimes more than others, but maintain an intake of probiotics. I have been working on chelating agents too.
