By fatty meal, I mean something like guacamole salad, a cucumber-tomato salad with ev olive oil, or I put chopped nuts or olive oil in chopped up fruit. I really don't eat veggies, only carrots every once in a while.
As for egg yolk, I don't want to talk about them too much since MH doesn't advocate them, but they actually contain a lot of good nutrients. Cooking is what makes high protein foods bad for us. They do all these studies about how bad certain fats are for us, but they leave out the fact that they have been heated and heat chemically changes food. EY is high in lecithin and other vitamins which feed the adrenals. I usually do two or three a day.
I follow a diet that goes by what we are biologically designed to eat. It leaves out grains, dairy and vegetables. I have been eating this way for four years and feel better than I ever have.
