I have previously lost a considerable amount of weight by consuming no carbs, adding lots of fresh veg and consuming protein (only not dairy). Although I haven't followed Atkins strictly (although my fiance does) I kind of created my own system that worked for me. Unfortunately, I have been out of work for the last year with 3 Shoulder and 1 Knee surgeries. This means I have not been able to get to the gym like I used to 4 days a week. I have been struggling with my weight all year and have not adhered to my previous carb free lifestyle. It is the most difficult because I am home all day and very inactive because of the knee surgery. My intention is to definetly get back to the no-carb lifestyle again but am having a most difficult time because of my cravings. I have these cravings and also feel hungry all the time and generally out of control I feel that I may need the parasite cleanse. I have become very bloated since the first liver cleanse and am very uncomfortable.
The water part is essential for me regardless of my cholesterol, I agree. That is just good health. So my next step is to research more about parasites because I know nothing of the symptoms, manifestations or protocol in getting rid of them.
