Only thing I can say about the crash is to have a good support system to remind you that this is normal. You may get depressed, experience anxiety, have physical symptoms, etc. I kind of felt like I was going to lose it during this period. I took some time off work and talked to my mom and girlfriends a lot. Distraction helps. Laughter. Fresh air. We're all here for you too. You'll be ok. Just get that thing out.
