Thanks to both of you for your comments and advice,
I will certainly rinse my mouth with celtic Sea Salt after every OP from now on.
I will also reduce the frequency of brushing my teeth to 2 times daily (3 being max) regardless of how many times I OP.
**** Although, please let me know if the cloudiness of the water upon mixing the unrefined Sea Salt with water and debris-like looking deposits including little black tiny stones are normal as this is what I see with my unrefined celtic Sea Salt .
In reference to rinsing thoroughly after OP to ensure that the extracted or pulled toxins do not remain in between one's teeth, how does one define what "rinsing thoroughly" entail? Does it mean swishing water so vigorously to the extent that your jaws are tired? Does it mean in quantity - at least 10 times of rinsing in conjunction with gargling? Can you please define objectively how one goes about achieving the status of "rinsing thoroughly" to ensure the removal of all residue toxins/parasites and thus consquently reducing teeth sensitivities?
PS: Your puppy avatar makes me happy for some reasons.
