I had to do some salt yesterday too!!!! Oh my! I had no idea I NEEDED salt, once I had it I was GOOD! I wonder why that isn't suggested? Cause I was pretty sluggish and and needed a picker upper, and the juice helped some. Once I got the salt, I was feeling much better:-) Now that I have searched and read this article on sodium deficiency I know why I was feeling the way I was....I worked out each day and sweated, was working in the heat daily (90+ degrees). Duh, I say now.....Oh well, least I know now...LOL And I have Sea Salt
