once in a while, I try to introduce new foods in my very restricted diet. After looking on the net, i found out that millet was not very allegenic, besides it tastes pretty bland--usually I react to foods with taste.
So I tried a very small piece of rice-millet cake, the size of a postage stamp.bad idea!
Two hours later, I had a raging drilling headache, kept it for 3 days, could hardly eat, and of course had bad heartracing all night--as I said, racing heart is always associated with reactions for me.
Since it was bad, I called my doctor--who does housecalls; she was not available, someone was replacing her.
When I told her about these reactions--she told me that these were not allergies, and I could not possibly react to all the foods I excluded from my diet. She sort of scolded me for not eating properly, she hinted that I was some sort of anorexic, and that if I became seriously undernourished, I would have to be hospitalized and tube fed no less.
No way in hell I would submit to this torture, if I can help it.
How did she dare talking to me like I was an unruly child? each and every time I deal with these arrogant clowns is an effing ordeal, possibly worse than the disease itself.
SOrry for this rant, but this person made me so mad, it ruined my day.
