I have at times used Bragg's ACV daily for months. Prob OK because hi quality. And as U know, I am an O non-secretor!
I have also used lemon juice and ACV both for months. I did less well on this because I could not secure enough hi quality lemons. I rarely tried lemon only, tho many others have done well with that [U can search past posts with the words lemon or lemon juice to find their posts abt their experiences]
One thing I do wonder based on yr post: Are you balancing the alkaline and acids well? Using just enough acid [ACV or lemon] to eliminate the chalkiness of yr drink?
For a while, I was not getting this right, and my drink was too acid. That was the prob, not the specific acid used.
Also, are U taking with meals or between meals? Especially at first, I could not handle it with a meal.
RE: calcium and magnesium supps if your drink is right 4 U, U won't need. If very little sunlight for some reason, might need D temporarily. I did for a while. Drink is both cheaper and more affordable, easier to flex to varying requirements, so why would one want to continue supps? Of course, make changes gradually, observing results!
