could you tell me how you discovered your salicylate sensitivity? i'm suspecting one, but not sure, as my diet is mostly lean meats, some good quality fat (flax, olive, fish oils), and fresh and lightly cooked veggies w/ every meal. despite this uber-healthy diet, the dark circles, fatigue, acne and aches still torment me.
did you try an elimination diet, or was there another test/protocol that i could follow? have you heard of LEAP testing?
any advice you could dispense would be MOST appreciated. thanks, chad.
