Hi, I'm a Himalayan salt addict, and I am also hypothyroid. I have been wondering if I need to include celtic or other Sea Salt in my diet to supply me with additional iodine. I am also going to try the Japanese seaweed salt "amabio no moshio" to see if my thyroid function responds to it. Does anyone know the best salt to get the most naturally occurring iodine? Am I on the right track?
