What I'm trying to say to you is that although you think you are eating good, a diet of just vegetable can be acidic if they are not grown in soil that is nutritious!
Of course being acidic is the same as being toxic! I would look into pH balanced diet with high minerals foods!
Unless you know the grower or grow your own or know a little about choosing foods with nutrition just relying on veggies can be trouble! One needs a larger spectum of foods also! There are short term advantages to raw/vegan diets but for the long haul your need more on your plate my friend!
I would only ty a urine fast unless I was really sick and also first replenished my mineral stores!
