There are so many different diets advocated that supposedly are each the "healthiest diet" for you. Is following the Type A Diet the best diet for all Type As? Is meat necessarily bad for ALL Blood Type As? Are there any Blood Types A, O, AB, B that have followed something similar to completely the opposite of the recommended diet and found that to be a success for them? It's hard for me to believe or buy in to the belief that the Blood Type Diet is suitable for everyone just because it matches your blood type. For example I have always been more sensitive to blood Sugar
ups and down so the thought of eating a really high carb diet for me sounds like a blood Sugar
