HEY GUYS, Not to keep posting this same theme, but is LOW B vitamin a MAJOR Candida problem? Since the yeast coating the intestines blocks so much absorbtion, is my 'anxiety'' stuff just plain old low b-6 and b-12 depletion? I take 200 milligrams of multi B. but I wonder If I should be taking alot more. Any ideas? THANK'S GUYS..
