It is my understanding that people are starting with one drop per day. It that goes well, they double it at the end of a week. If that goes well, they double it at the end of week two. If not, they remain at two drops daily until detox symptoms subside.
Once they can handle two drops daily, they double, and so on, until they are taking eight drops per day, at which point they experience a "ping"... start waking up wide eyed and eager to get on with the day, have lucid dreams, improved ability to focus and concentrate, and all manner of good stuff. Over all clarity improves.
STay at 8 drops per day for 2-6 months until every cell in your body has taken up sufficient Idoine, and then all you need is a couple drops per week to stay sufficient.
People who are dealing major health issues, however, need to go higher (some need to take a whole lot more) than eight drops per day, in order to push all the halogens and heavy metals out of their system, that are causing the disease to hang on, and eat at them.
Proceed cautiously when you start pushing beyond the 8 drops per day because it will make you feel (and act) really crazy when those toxins get stirred up and start moving around in your body. Be sure to take selenium, vitamin C, and salt/potassium/water formula, to get them out of the body asap.
Symptoms of toxins leaving:
headaches, stiff neck, achy joints, anxiety, hip pain (all of these symptoms go away if you persist, and they get better within minutes if you drink a solution of water, salt and potassium chloride)
Benefits of toxins leaving:
soft skin, improved digestion, improved ability to concentrate, need less sleep, have more energy, feel strong like Pop Eye after eating a can of spinach, no more heart palpitations, these are the first ones that come to mind for me, I'm sure others can add to the list.
I am in the mega dose camp. I'm pulsing upwards. Occassionally I can take more than 12 drops twice daily, without losing my mind or doing something insane that I regret. I'm mega dosing because I nearly died a few years ago and I've been holding this disease off like the men at the Alamo for four years.
I ain't got nothing to lose but my life. I decided a long time ago that I'd rather accidentally kill myself fighting the disease than let it kill me slowly and miserably. I feel better than I've felt in years and I intend to keep feeling better until the disease is gone.
If it ain't broke, why fix it? If it is broke, don't hesitate to take heroic measures and evict whatever ails you. That's my motto.
