I've always had the palpitations.
But when I do Miracle-Mineral-Supplement
, they increase dramatically. They become unbearable, to be honest.
However, when I do large doses (also before I ever did any Miracle-Mineral-Supplement
) of vit C for a period, they are drastically reduced. Down to a handful per day, and less strong.
So, it would really be ideal if I could take vit. C whilst doing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement
I'm thinking one way to do it might be taking a load of time release vit. C before I go to sleep. I take MMS about an hour to two hours after waking up. (I take something just as I wake up, which has to be taken on empty stomach, and I don't want MMS destroying this).
So this leaves me about 14 hours before I go to sleep.
From what I've learned here today, I'd have only 2 hours of time to take all my vit. C before I go to sleep.
For those of you, who know how vit. C works, know that this is not to be done. Ideally, you want to take vit. C about every four hours throughout the day/night. If you take 8 grams only once a day, you might as well not do it. Plus you'll be facing the danger of the rebound effect.
Time release during sleep might be the only option.
I'd need to know exactly how long vit. C stays in the body, so I don't end up rendering my MMS dose in the morning useless.
PS. what I don't get now is why I've been reading the "4 hours" figure, when MMS stays for 12 hours... So, ALL people should wait 12 hours with taking any vitamin C.? What's the four hour figure for?
