Several years ago I did the 3 day Colon Cleanse with amazing results. I got out about 6 feet of mucoid plaque on the 2nd day of the cleanse. I was truly surprised and felt so much better afterwards. It was definitely mucoid plaque coming out and not the fiber from the shakes. I could see the fiber from the shakes (it looked like pinkish/brown insulation). This fiber pulled out the rubbery, intestine-looking, ropes. The fiber was wrapped all around those nasty things.
A few years later I did it again and got about 2 feet out and it was much lighter in color than the first cleanse.
It has been over 6 years since I did the first cleanse and I have been having some issues with constipation/bloating just within the last year or so. I also have been getting bad headaches and just plain tiredness and lack of energy.
I eat very high raw most of the time but sometimes I go on binges of having bad food, like stuff with sugar, meat, white flour, alcohol and cheese.
So at the end of this week, I am going to do the cleanse again. Just got it in the mail yesterday. I ordered it two days ago and they shipped it in two days. I will post my results here. Hopefully, it will help take care of the issues I have been having lately.
Here's the link to the website if anyone is interested:
Well, it is working again just like it did in the past.
Lots of mucoid plaque coming out. More like my first cleanse than like the second one I did. The plaque started coming out again on the second day (yesterday). There was one giant piece that came out that was pretty hard. I think that was what has been blocking me up and giving me problems. I don't see how anything could have gotten past that. No wonder I have been having such problems with constipation. I hope this cleanse clears all that up.
At one point yesterday I felt extremely tired, more tired than I ever have felt in my life and I felt a little dizzy and a tiny bit queasy. But I drank a bunch of water and more stuff came out and I felt better.
I am always amazed at the crap we have in us. I don't know if all people get mucoid plaque, but I definitely do. It seems like a very good thing to get out.
My stomach is getting flatter. I have always felt bloated and like something was stuck in there. That feeling is going away. Not completely gone yet though. I hope more comes out the next few days.
One problem I do have with this cleanse is the taste of the shakes. I gag a little bit if I think about it when it is going down. And I have to drink them really fast. I think I have just gotten too used to the taste and don't like it anymore. To keep myself from gagging I am mixing the shakes with fruit juices mixed with water and that helps a lot. It goes down much easier. The "cereal" flavored shake is the worst. Chocolate isn't so bad and I start strawberry today.
A few years ago I spoke with the guy that owns the website, Bryant, and he said that I could mix the wheatgrass powder with pineapple juice to make it taste better. So I have been doing that with all the powders because I don't like the taste of any of them anymore. The first time I did the cleanse I had no problem with the taste at all. I don't think mixing with fruit juice is making the product any less effective.
I had an urge to go running last night, which surprised me after how bad I felt earlier. I decided not to in case I needed to run to the bathroom again.
One thing that I don't agree with that they say on the website is that you can function normally and go to work when you do this cleanse. I DO NOT recommend going to work while doing this cleanse. Yesterday I had to go to the bathroom about 10 times in a row. I would not be able to work and do this AT ALL. If you decide to do it, take a few days off and stay home. I worked on the first day of the cleanse, which was a bit tricky because I needed to go to the bathroom a lot. But the plaque didn't start coming out until the 2nd day. And there were many more visits to the bathroom on the 2nd day (yesterday).
So this product is definitely working again to get the mucoid plaque out. I would take a picture, but it is just so nasty I can't. The plaque that is coming out looks like the photos on the 3 day cleanse website: http://www.3daycleanse.com/testimonials
It's great when you find a product that does exactly what it claims to do. It is well worth the money to me.
For some reason that link is not agreeing with my computer. My computer thinks it's a virus and won't let it load. I am assuming it is the same video I posted in my first post?
From what I remember from that video the palm fiber goes through an extensive process of fermentation. I don't think the palm fiber is easy to get by itself, but I could be wrong.
I have never tried chomper. Never even heard of it until now. I may try it later though (in a year or two or when I feel the need to cleanse again) to see if the results are similar since it is much cheaper. So thanks!
Unfortunately chomper does not exist anymore. It was created by Richard Anderson, his company was called Arise and Shine and I had been doing the cleanse with Bentonite and psylium for about 20 years but ppl were being healed from cancer and I think the fda and ama got involved and closed him down--so sad--that cleanse worked great for me, I would do it twice a year and have been looking for something similar and I think this 3day cleanse is it-I have bought it or tried it but I plan on it. Can you tell me how you liked the strawberry? When I do, I will post results here-How are you doing?
2 days into the Renew Life parasite cleanse I noticed blood in my stool. I've been suffering from parasites / what looks like candida for months but this is the first time I have seen blood. Has anyone else had similar results from the herbs? Should I continue the full 30 days?
Hi. I have various ailments mostly chronic fatigue and stomach problems. I had tried taking regular vitamin aka ascorbic acid capsules but they seemed to make very little difference. Neither positive nor negative effects, even at high doses. So I decided to try Solgar buffered vitamin C (calcium ascorbate with Rutin and bioflavonoids), which I read us supposed to be gentler and generally better form of vitamin c. Boy oh boy I had the worst reaction! My stomach burned and I had acid diarrhoea for five days. I had taken two 500mg capsules and by the evening I was burning inside. And when I ate it burned. This really surprised me as I always read that the regular vitamin c is worse on the stomach, and buffered is gentle.
So why did I react like that? Was it a detox reaction? Was it a good sign? Or should I steer clear of the stuff?
Thanks in advance
I passed five collective feet of mucoid plaque yesterday, but felt like I still had to "go." I felt clogged. I did an enema last night, but only a little water came back out, with a bunch of toilet-paper-looking candida flakes. This morning I still couldn't go, even though I've been eating regularly all along.
Today I didn't eat anything. I've been preoccupied with cleaning house, and surprisingly not hungry. This afternoon, I decided to try a salt water flush. I used Shelley's (askshelley.com) recipe of two TBSP non-iodized Sea Salt in a warm quart of filtered water. I was only able to drink slightly more than half of it before I gave up. I was so nauseous. It did work, though. About twenty minutes later I passed the most foul-smelling, disgusting-looking bunch of mucoid plaque. It was shorter than I'd expected, but much thicker. I'll spare you the other details.
After that, I hoped more would follow, but I just kept feeling nauseous. I probably did a dumb thing. I ate a tiny piece of honeydew melon. Then after awhile I ate another tiny piece. It helped get the salt taste out of my mouth. And still later, I decided it would be all right to eat/drink, but nothing sounded good except apple juice. I drank a little, then felt another movement coming. I don't know WHAT it was, but it fell into the toilet like a ROCK, followed by diarrhea. I barely made it out of the bathroom, then, before throwing up salt water and bitter bile all over the floor.
EDITING TO ADD - Since I posted, I've had three more big rounds of dark water/diarrhea. The big mp and that 'rock' were obviously the plugs. I'm wondering now, eeuuw, if the 'rock' might have been a... parasite? of some huge sort? It didn't feel like a rock coming out, it felt like a regular bowel movement, but it was so heavy! Incidentally, I know this is weird, but I weighed myself while I was waiting for the swf to work, and again just a minute ago (about an hour apart) and there was a two pound difference!
Drinking salt water was very very difficult for me. I don't think I'll ever try this method again! But... it did work. I think it might have been the fruit and apple juice, mixed with salt-water that was apparently still in my stomach, that made me throw up.
i did not get what u meant
never again?means was this horrible?
can i drink juice after this ?
usaid u drank apple juice and then u had this rock this comming out ..
that was a good think right?
so what exactly do u mean..im confused
Ugh, yes. I did read some posts where this was being debated, but I trusted Shelley. SHELLEY!!!!!!!! Here's what I read - copied from askshelley.com:
Salt Water Flush
The Salt Water Flush is basically an enema that you drink. The advantage over the enema is that unlike an enema, you also flush your small intestine. The disadvantage is you have to drink a lot of salty water, blech! :)
Warm up one quart of good filtered water, NOT distilled, in a safe, non-reactive pan. It should feel comfortably warm, but not hot, to your elbow.
Add two tablespoons of salt. It can be Hains Sea Salt - non-iodized, or a better Sea Salt , or Kosher Salt. Just don't use an iodized salt.
Taste the water. It should be as salty as chicken soup. If it is not salty enough, you will absorb the water rather than pass it, which will make you bloated and ill, and overwhelm the kidneys, so if in doubt, use too much salt rather than too little.
Drink it all down at once best you can.
Crouch down and start rubbing your abdomen in a clockwise direction, helping the water pass through and dislodging any impacted fecal matter.
Release as needed. It should come out as "butt pee."
Note: You should skip at least one meal, preferably a few meals prior to doing a SWF. For instance, do it in the morning after skipping dinner and snacks the night before. It is best done while fasting. It's safe to do the day after a good fiber shake if you used a safe fiber, but not good to do if you are suffering chronic constipation and wish to induce a BM. The water might balloon out your intestines too much around the impacted fecal matter. Do not do a salt water flush if your tongue has thick cracks and grooves on it.
Ok so I did the salt water splash last night. I vomited before going. it took like 3 hours for it to work. And It wasn't watery stools it was just soft. I used 2 tablespoon and 8ounze of water. The water wasn't salty. Should I try it again? What went wrong
Yes EXACTLY! You should only use 2 TEASPOONS of non-iodized Sea Salt for a quart of water. 2 TBS is way, way too much. This salt water flush is associated with The Master Cleanser (lemon, cayenne, maple syrup) cleanse. I've been doing it for years and it works really well!!! I cannot, however, imagine doing the salt flush with any kind of food in the stomach or intestines. I only do it after at least three days of being on The Master Cleanse when the gastro tract is empty and open. Good luck!
Drinking salt water was very very difficult for me. I don't think I'll ever try this method again! But... it did work. I think it might have been the fruit and apple juice, mixed with salt-water that was apparently still in my stomach, that made me throw up. After the blockage was passed, much fluid passed. I'm fine now - can drink/eat anything because there isn't a pool of salt water clogged up in my stomach.
Any recommendations? I weighed while waiting for the swf, then right afterwards. I was two pounds lighter. It's a digital scale, which probably rounds to nearest pound, so maybe it wasn't a full two pounds? Anyway, I just weighed again, and it's UP four pounds! I've never been obsessive about my weight before, but I've been curious since I started passing mucoid plaque. I have been really thirsty (and tired) since this afternoon's swf. Maybe it's all liquid. Maybe it's the way I was standing. Who knows. Blah! I was LIKING the "two pounds less"!!!
Hi I'm having the exact same problem caused by salt water and I'm really happy to know that you were recovered from it. Could you please tell me what you took to get better or how long it took before all the salt clogged in your stomach went away. I will be going to see my GP soon during the mean time do you know what I could possibly eat every day I'm getting stomach cramps because of this thanks!
You may want to try 2 tsp of salt to 32 ounces, as opposed to 2 Tbsp. A laxative tea the night before the salt water cleanse may help, followed by the salt water first thing in the AM.
Many gulp it to try to just get it down. That may work for some, but not for others. When on the MC, I took sips every minute. Yes, it took longer, but I know my body and gulping will only make it come back up (and it doesn't matter what I gulp).
My main concern, however, with a salt water flush is that one not have a condition in which salt may be harmful to them in fast or excessive doses. On the MC, the sodium intake is very limited (lemons only have approx. 1 mg each, and maple syrup approx.2 mg). However, if one is not on a cleanse, this may be an overload of salt. Just something to consider :)
the colonic ASSOCIATION with COLON DOCTORS. There is a pdf. READ IT. Anyone who has a colonic endoscopy can see plain as day that their colons are pink and healthy, NOTHING "builds up" around the walls of your colon, its a myth that only old women believe. Whats coming out of you is CLAY from the cleanse tablets you are poisoning yourself with. Do you REALLY think you could function with your colon being BLOCKED with a layer of junk around it? YOU WOULD DIE. If feels like theres gunk in there because you're overweight and you want to blame it on something other than you are a gluttonous, fatASS that doesnt exercise enough and you think that you can clean yourself out and get skinny again with a magic pill or diet. NOPE. Only eating right and exercise will cure your fat belly. It's not crap in there its CHEESEBURGERS and FAT. You feel bloated because you ARE bloated. Eat right, drink some coffee and youll be fine. I cant believe in 2013 with the INTERNET at everyones fingertips people still believe this BS. WAKE UP.
It really annoys me when people come on websites like this and belittle all the people who are looking for answers. What are you credentials? You can only supply a PDF that you read somewhere online... Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences and I look forward to trying it out.
Quoting - - - "It really annoys me when people come on websites like this and belittle all the people who are looking for answers. What are you credentials? You can only supply a PDF that you read somewhere online... Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences and I look forward to trying it out."
Response to Quoted material:
Obviously you have failed to look at the organization tied to that 'PDF'.......organization of COLON HYDROTHERAPY PRACTITIONERS!
Obviously, the internet is not the place one 'should be looking for health information ' in the first place without consulting the appropriate professional!
Learn to do your research properly and thoroughly....
Here are some more reputable sources (university and medical/clinical studies are of course the best) to learn the various takes on the 'Colon Cleanse' craze. Informed decisions are smarter decisions.
*** And don't follow what 'gimmick' rogue webpages advise you to do.
Eat healthy, stay active, and stay happy.....that will make the difference (with appropriate health care advice from professionals along the way...not random people on the internet....experience does not mean truth....only that which one experiences that another can't experience the same way....may only appear similar in various details).
Very well said, #63778. Additionally, the medical community has been posting ill advice to attempt to combat the natural remedies that do work. Many of the "experts" in the links are "dietitians” of whom are actually very limited in scope. I had a dietitian criticize what a licensed nutritionist had done for me. The dietitian knew nothing. It was actually frightening to see how little the do know. My nutritionist had her MA in nutrition. She had helped me tremendously, and the dietitian mocked her until I came back with just how wrong she was (and she stormed off).
I, personally, did the Master Cleanse, and was AMAZED at the benefits it did. It cleared up 2 conditions that I’d had for years AND had seen doctors with regard to the conditions. I’m certainly not saying it’s a cure all. Nevertheless, it certainly helped me.
Having said that, in the future, OP may want to try 2 tsp of salt to 32 ounces, as opposed to 2 Tbsp. A laxative tea the night before the salt water cleanse may help, followed by the salt water first thing in the AM.
As the poster who thinks he/she is “enlightened,” (LOL – and I suspect he/she and “wow” are the same person): said person sounds very bitter. Perhaps they just prefer to go the lazy root and use medicine as a quick cure all. What a bitter bitter person they are. I, personally, am NOT a menopausal woman. I am vegetarian and do NOT eat cheeseburgers and unnecessary fat. I AM educated and have my degree. And I can say for a certainty that my great aunts and grandparents had passed on AMAZING “old wives tales,” that WORKED! The reasoning may have been flawed - the methods were not. So, don’t mock the “uneducated” (although my parents who passed along such wisdom, and some of my grandparents were educated – they offered pearls of wisdom far beyond any institution). Wisdom doesn’t come from a classroom – neither does compassion. Both of which you are sorely lacking – as well as solid research skills.
Research; Vitamin ‘C’ flush to bowel tolerance. Flushes the whole body and rebuilds the immune system. All vitamins and minerals are important. Many are destroyed by heat, and must be supplemented daily. …dez...
but many people have not eaten healthy, stayed active or happy and that is why they are in the state they are in to have to cleanse their systems.
as for your argument that experience means nothing, well, the very definition of WISDOM is "the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise." so yes experience matters a great deal.
and there is a limited amount of health care professionals around that are even familiar with cleansing, let alone with true health.
the fact of the matter is that most sick people who do become well, did not get that way from their doctors, they may have gotten the diagnosis from their doctor. but their healing came from a wide range of sources, yes some on the internet. however, many times the doctor cannot even come to a diagnosis. some even miss simple things such as mononucleosis!
true each one needs to be fully researched, but in the end it is only ourselves that have to actually be the ones to find the road to health.
and that usually involves fasting, and changing dietary habits and to include mental and emotional health as well.
most of the advice on sites like curezone consists of simple non-drug and not harmful remedies, salt water, apple juice, fasting, enemas, colonics.
more have had far worse results going to medical doctors and usually come home with a handful of dope, aka pharmaceutical drugs.
ya know, enlightened, i don't typically take the time to respond to your kind of mucosal plaque, but for some reason, your comment really rubbed me the wrong way. I wonder why...maybe because my thin 9-year-old son has been struggling with some kind of intestinal dilemma for the past three years. There is something stuck just outside of his stomach...and everyone keeps telling us that it's hardened stool...but it's not, that is, not unless you yourself are stuck in my son's gut. your answer sucked, and was far from enlightened, buddy. wake up and take a dump in your toilet instead of all over the people who are searching for serious answers on something that works.
This 'soccer mom' has a phd and decided instead of working to raise a family...how childish of people who belittle others for their opinions. And I might ask what are the credentials of this person who claims to be oh so much wiser than the rest of the world? Even doctors and scientists are constantly changing opinions and researching new things but oh no this person online must be smarter than all of them as well. Never mind that obesity has many causes, and yes plaque build up is one, as is unhealthy food which stores in fat cells... Bloating as well has many factors, any doctor can explain then to you, for women I think pms is a main cause....now if you can grasp the English language and grammar well enough to respond with more than incoherent babble please inform us all of your opinion and maybe more will listen. Thanks.
HAHA lol um ok no what your saying is bullshit too intact coffee is the complete opposite to what you should have ....... it makes stools hard and depletes your thyroid of Iodine which in turn makes your tired and constipated
(smile) i think it is you that needs to wake up. you have never successfully done a fast of this nature, so you are completely inexperienced to be giving advice, and by you quoting the medical industry does more harm to your credibility, especially when medical doctors cannot even cure the common cold, yet a simple zapper that runs on the equivalent of a 9-volt battery can stop a cold in a few hours. And most important simple logic tells you that the medical industry would be out of business IF they were truly making people well. The truth is that more sick people die in hospitals than anywhere else! The only thing truly more sinister thing about the medical industry is their drug/dope pushing and making people dependent on a magic pill aka pharmakeia, aka sorcery, aka magic; healing without repentance (without changing direction) what is truly that "magic pill."
although it is quite true that there is no substitute for fresh, clean and healthy food, proper exercise, fresh air and proper sleeping and rest habits to stay fit and trim, the rest of what you say just sounds emotional and frankly sort of hateful and based on lies, but nevertheless your argument is without merit; you simply have no experience and are quite ignorant of how the colon works and the harmful mucous forming foods in american society that cause what is known as mucoid plaque. but the fact is that a person who is poluted inside their colon can and do lose lots of weight and trim down when they cleanse their organs, namely their colons.
and BTW mucoid plaque can come from a small and trim person as well, a person need not be "bloated" to produce mucous and mucous can build up and there are many photos and scientific tests done on the mucoid matter. Perhaps you should actually seek they find the truth instead of judging things without checking them out in an honest and forthright manner. there are many many photos and autopsies of colons, one even weighing 40 pounds.
and as far as cheeseburgers and fat, no human being nor animal for that matter, should consume such poison, ever. and the fact that it is even sold and called "food" further illustrates the newspeak of modern american society. it simply is not "food," and calling it that doesn't make it so, just as calling a medical doctor a healer doesn't make it so.
all you have offered is an opinion about something you have never seen and know nothing about. POINTLESS!!
P.S. GET SOME LOVE, IT'S FREE! it really exists!! Seek and ye shall find!
If you made the flush as you posted it you got the recipe wrong. You posted you used two tablespoons of salt. The proper recipe is two TEAspoons of salt. It's no wonder you had problems if you tripled the salt content.
You only need 2 tsp of Sea Salt . If you read Mr. Burrows book on The Master Cleanse the salt water flush recipe is in it. I started doing this flush over 7 years ago and have seen countless videos and websites and they have all recommended 2 teaspoons. Nevertheless, maybe the more salt the more effective. However, I believe drinking too much of the salt can make you nauseous. I have felt like that twice when I didn't have my teaspoon measuring spoon and used other spoons. Anyway, it works with 2 teaspoons as well.
This is a thread to support those who are cleansing, not to disprove methods of natural medicine. The naysayers are entitled to their opinions, but they should respect these people enough not to shove their opinion down their throats.
Many of us are choosing to take a more holistic approach towards a healthier, longer life. Some of us have tried diet and exercise, and that alone hasn't done diddly-squat. I can't say that I do or don't believe in mucoid plaque, because I have never passed it. I'm a bit skeptical of mucoid plaque myself, but I still believe in cleansing the body every once in a while. It helps to balance body, mind, and soul.
If you have an MD and you have personally conducted experiments and research, then maybe your words will have credibility. Until then, either be supportive or please stay off of this thread.
any advise on whether alopecia could be related to candida. I know that I have candida and recently my alopecia has worsened. There are so many cleanses and detoxs out there that I don't know where to start. I have a beck zapper that I'm going to start on now for three months. any other advice appreciated.
Beck only makes a blood purifier, not a zapper. Do Dr. Clark's cleanse plus a real zapper. That will clear the parasites infecting you with the fungus--it may aggravate things a bit as the fungus they were carrying is dumped into your system.
But I've found her observations to be 100% true when she says:
"Only Two Health Problems
No matter how long and confusing is the list of symptoms a person has, from chronic fatigue to infertility to mental problems, I am sure to find only two things wrong: they have in them pollutants and/or parasites. I never find lack of exercise, vitamin deficiencies, hormone levels or anything else to be a primary causative factor. So the solution to good health is obvious:
Problem --- Simplest Cure
Parasites --- *Electronic* and herbal treatment
Pollution --- Avoidance"
But I never found the clark style zapper to help with fungus--nor the blood purifier thing. I did get a unit from Paraguay that was for fungus (ran it's specific frequency) which was VERY helpful. I found it's best to go with the herb, Olive leaf extract to kill fungus (taken with a hot beverage--an essential step for making your body able to use it, or a cayenne pepper capsule) if you aren't going to get a zapper with fungus frequencies.
But with both together plus her complete protocol, I beat off cancer, no sweat. It's a modified fungus so doctors can't 'recognize' it and they can keep raking in billions and killing people. Why in the world would they want to cure it???
Dr. Clark's book, 'cure for all diseases' is a free download here in the image section, so you can get reading right away. She tells you how to do it right, unlike the bunch of ignorant supposed Clark 'protocol' users here, who haven't even bothered to educate themselves, as far as I can tell.
Suggestions to help with the hair loss and brain fog.
1. Eat organic. The pesticides in non organic food, including those marked Non-GMO will disrupt your gut. Everything starts in the gut.
2. Take Diatomaceous Earth to replace trace minerals that have been lost in our modern farming methods. It will help make your nails and hair grow. It will help kill parasites and their eggs. Use FOOD GRADE ONLY. Start slowly with 1/2 tsp. 1x per day. Work up to 1 tsp. 3x/day. Take it for about 20-25 days per month. My skin is like liquid silk and my hair is shiny and healthy.
3. Take pumpkin seed oil in capsules. Take 2 capsules/day. Great for hair loss. It will take at least 6 weeks to see a difference. My boyfriend has had great results for male baldness. Not a total cure for him but it should really help with hair loss.
4. Eat pea protein for essential amino acids. Pesticides in non organic food interfere with the uptake of essential amino acids.
5. Eat fish oil or cod liver oil. The brain needs the Omega 3's. Work up to a tbsp./day. You will know when you have enough in your system. It will start coming out of your scalp. Then you can reduce the dose to what feels comfortable. It took me 6 months to get to enough.
When you hydrate lecithin granules they do look exactly like liver sludge on their own, no need for adding oil or Epsom Salts .
This has been gone over a billion times. People who don't understand basic chemistry keep trying to use the 'some sort of chemical reaction' argument for disproving the liver flush's validity. There are no alkali solutions in the basic ingredients, and those are what is needed to saponify oil. The stomach secretes hydrochloric acid, not alkali, and the small intestine is not able to release anything near the alkalinity of lye, which is what is used in soap and candlemaking. If you were to drink lye you would die, end of story.
I give you credit, but it's not a good test at all. I'm not sure how much lecithin is stored in the liver if any at all, and it what form - certainly it is not stored in dehydrated granule form.
Why don't you do a few flushes yourself and then you will experience the truth of it.
Citrus fruits are a bile stimulant.
That is why people with pancreatitis are advised to stay away from citrus.
Epsom Salts are to both dilate the bile ducts and to clear out the intestines.
grapefruit juice is to help emulsify the oil, make it taste a little less nasty, and possibly provide a little extra kick for the bile stimulation.
olive oil, specifically raw oleic oils, have been shown to be the most stimulatative in bile release.
Bitters are good, but only after the liver is fully functional.
Taking bitters while the liver and gallbladder are plugged up can cause serious problems.
That is why many bitter herbs contain a warning on their label to not take it in the case of liver disease (aka plugged liver)
Your reasoning is faulty that in the same mass of stones and sludge one substance would be completely different than the other, in other words that the sludge is pure lecithin but the stones are real. And you are providing evidence for the validity of the Liver Flush being able to expel stones.
You have officially been debunked, have a nice day.
It was liquid lecithin and not granules. The lecithin in water did not look like this it was smooth and milky. You don't need base to saponify, you just need an emulsifier. A strong base can create an emulsifier out of oil but you don't need to create an emulsifier because bile already is one. Lecithin is the closest thing to bile there is. Also the chyme is basic once it leaves the stomach because it is neutralized by bicarbonate from the pancreas. But obviously you have never taken the time to learn biology. And if you took advanced biology/physiology you would know the stomach doesn't secrete acid unless protein is present.
Saying bitters can't be used because they stimulate bile secretion but olive oil can because it stimulates bile secretion is total hypocrisy. The whole point of this is to stimulate bile secretion right? I have not seen any evidence that citrus stimulates bile secretion but bitters have been scientifically documented and known for millennia to do just that.
The great thing is this is Science and you reproduce it! If you want to debunk it to yourself try the experiment yourself and see if you can. If you have any respect for your body you will learn the facts before you set up a Science fair experiment in your intestines.
And BTW people with no gallbladder should not take oil at all as the gallbladder is needed to emulsify liquid oil or fat. If your gallbladder is removed there should be no visible oil in food you eat. Mixing oil into soluble fiber like oats or beans or an emulsifier like lecithin or choline is ok though.
It was liquid lecithin and not granules. The lecithin in water did not look like this it was smooth and milky. You don't need base to saponify, you just need an emulsifier.
no you need a base
A strong base can create an emulsifier out of oil
emulsification and saponification are completely different animals. do you know the difference between chocolate and soap. chocolate is an emulsification, soap is saponified oil. you need to go back to school homey.
but you don't need to create an emulsifier because bile already is one. Lecithin is the closest thing to bile there is.
use ox bile in your next experiment. why make assumptions, use real bile.
Also the chyme is basic once it leaves the stomach because it is neutralized by bicarbonate from the pancreas.
omg you are so off base (pun!).
chyme is acid due to hydrochloric acid. in a perfectly healthy person the combination of bicarbonate and bile acids will neutralize the ph of chyme, it is not alkaline per se.
but you're living in a fantasy world because people that are doing flushes have liver problems, and usually liver problems mean pancreas problems as well.
But obviously you have never taken the time to learn biology.
back at you.
And if you took advanced biology/physiology you would know the stomach doesn't secrete acid unless protein is present.
not true, many people suffer from gerd on an empty stomach.
grapefruit juice is an acid.
Saying bitters can't be used because they stimulate bile secretion but olive oil can because it stimulates bile secretion is total hypocrisy.
wrong, not what i said, learn to read.
i said that raw olive oil is a better bile stimulant than bitters.
bitters are good, no argument there.
just not as good as olive oil.
now go give some advice to pancreatitis sufferers and tell them to drink orange juice, they will wind up in the hospital. do your homework. citrus juice is excluded from the pancreatitis diet because it stimulates bile and also pancreatic secretions.
The whole point of this is to stimulate bile secretion right? I have not seen any evidence that citrus stimulates bile secretion but bitters have been scientifically documented and known for millennia to do just that.
no, the whole point is to help people heal by clearing out the liver. your approach is heavy handed and lacks a fundamental understanding of the physics when stones are involved. when stones are present if you push on the gently (bitters) you will just aggravate the situation. if you push on it strongly enough (olive oil) with enough dilation ( Epsom Salts ), then you set up the right conditions for the stone to move. you should be paying me $200/hour for this education.
bitters yes, already agreed. olive oil is better though. this is why Liver Flushes are curative and bitters are maintenance. bitters are for healthy people or people who are very close to restoring their health. flushes are for people who have serious endemic bilestones and stones.
if you actually did a flush you would understand the process.
The great thing is this is Science and you reproduce it!
lol. this is Science so let's use 'the closest thing to bile' and not actual bile.
so use ox bile not lecithin and let's see what happens.
anyway, people doing flushes often have no bile flow or impaired bile flow so you're way off again.
If you want to debunk it to yourself try the experiment yourself and see if you can. If you have any respect for your body you will learn the facts before you set up a Science fair experiment in your intestines.
there are over 1000 participants in the Liver Flush survey here. it was an overwhelming success.
Caution: Pregnant or lactating women should consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not use if you have stomach or duodenal ulcers, acute gall bladder inflammation, gall stones, or bile duct blockage. Keep out of reach of children.
ACUTE GALL BLADDER inflammation, GALL STONES, or BILE DUCT BLOCKAGE...
Because christopher's clan knows exactly what can happen when you push on a blockage in the wrong way. It's a good warning.
And then you come along with your half-ass half-truths and you will cause people harm because you have not done your homework.
Dandelion/bitters will be good for some people and could resolve the problem but for others it is a very bad idea.
I see nothing new about your ideas except marketing nonsense. I am not impressed at all with a single one of your posts or ideas.
