If you think I posted in the wrong forum, stay with me as I will touch on the topic.
My issues started with what was a systemic yeast infection from mold exposure.
How did I know? Ringworm unresponsive to Terbinafine and every cream out there.
Later jock itch responsive to vaginal yeast creams for a very short time and kept coming back.
All I can be sure of is I know I inhaled a lot of mold over a long period of time as I found a leaking roof 2 years later which is now fixed.
I suffered from small crawls, biting and stinging feelings. I didnt always see an insect. But being fungal sure attracts them.
I now know that whenever an insect bites you that you should apply an antibiotic ointment to it as many biting insects will inject nematode larvae into you. These need to be suffocated before they spread.
Two doctors said I had allergies. They were wrong and kept trying to refer me to another unrelated specialist ignoring my problems so I took matters into my own hands.
I went on a long course of Fluconazole (FZN) 400 mg daily for about 6 months.
My eyes were still red and irritated in the morning until adding Doxycycline (DOXY) 100 mg bid. Any higher led to kidney fatigue. I pulsed this and Nystatin.
Each time I tried to come of the FZN a tingling sensation would return. Not as bad as the stinging biting feeling but more of a tingling. I did come off of it for a couple months.
Then the mad itch began where I was itching over a large part of my body. Also I began to manifest specific symptoms of Lyme which later I found some symptoms more closely matching Morgellons than Lyme.
Increasing intermittent Lung Pain presenting unilaterally then after months bilaterally and becoming constant.
I started to get some of the open sores on my leg that never really heal completely.
These tiny bite mark like red dots that often appeared in rows of threes. Yet we have no bed bugs and I am the only one affected not my wife.
Rash eruption on head and face and in the mouth on cheeks.
I am pre visible fibrous stage but now I know what I am dealing with so the object is to stay ahead of this and or slow the progression.
5 cycles of Ivermectin (IVM) and still whenever I stopped the itching would return. This is one way I had to rule out mites.
I thought it was scabies or some other mite as I recently had the crawling sensation all over the face, head, and ears, as well as small sores on scalp which scabbed over.
I now treat any new skin eruptions with IVM lotion and vaseline and they heal rapidly. I imagine you could use an antibiotic ointment and will try that also in the near future.
What really lead me to the conclusion that it was not a mite in my case and likely Bartonella that is causing the crawl sensation was the diet change to no sugar. The depletion of breads and sugars keep the stinging to a minimum which I can only guess is the keratin poking through my skin.
Any time I gave in to Sugar the sensations would start up again and mites dont work that way.
Bartonella is a bitch and I am not certain how I am going to address this yet.
I suspect the Bart has gotten into all my hair follicles and will cause the mad itch and even the sensation of things crawling on your skin.
I am not suggesting that others dont have nematodes or mites but in my case no one else in the family was affected. I am trying to be logical with a disease that isnt.
I am treating for all possible nematode infections and yes there have been some strange things that leave my system at times.
I followed IVM, with Pyrantel 3day cycle with two seven day repeats to rule out hookworm.
I recently did Mebendazole 100mg bid for 6 days. I had to stop it due to some kidney fatigue. I chose this over Albendazole but the next time around I may use Albendazole. In order to get the Mebendazole to enter into the bloodstream you have to eat a high fat meal. I just took a Tsp of ozonated coconut oil when the meal wouldnt do.
I previously completed 5 days of Nitazoxanide which I have good reason to suspect this goes after the Borellia.
I dont think you need to complete massive cycles of antihelmintics the first time around. Listen to your body as it may say to dial things back until you are stronger.
As an aside I have had chronic back pain issues for decades and am highly likely for P. Acnes that traveled through dental implants and took up residence in my back as there has been no trauma yet I have a herniated lumbar disk and pain in the thoracic with nothing remarkable in that region on the MRI.
As I await the 100 day supply of Augmentin which treats this P. Acnes back infection I began high dose Amoxicillin 1000 mg tid. as I am finding myself Doxy resistant.
After about 6 days the chest pain is near gone. I am considering adding a macrolide just to hit anything unusual.
Joint pain is reduced as well as some back pain reduction already.
I am also back on the Fluconazole for 3 weeks now as I find it helps keep things to a minimum but the minimal Sugar no bread is key to any of this working. Oddly enough fruit sugars in their natural form dont bother me.
IR sauna has ejected some tiny grains as well as a couple strange bugs one time. I do it when I can just weekly. Someone I respect says the former are actually bacterial manifestations.
I am testing nascent Iodine again to stop the hair loss and I believe its helping. It surely helped the adrenal fatigue I was going through previously.
So basically I am on a modified Klinghardt protocol. His protocol is 2 weeks of all sorts of Antihelmintics. You can search it so no need to post.
I am showing massive improvements and at minimum slowing the progression of this condition.
The itch still comes and goes to different extremes at times and I will use IVM or its lotion counterpart at the first sign and not have to stay on it constantly.
I have also noticed my pupils glow green under UV light. I had never noticed this before and dont believe this is normal. I believe it may very well be the way to tell if you carry the thing that causes the condition referenced as Morgellons.
You can follow me on healingwell under the same name and follow me on youtube as ClintFromNYtoVA.
I post on the former more than the latter but as I find what works I will be making more videos so I suggest both before you forget.
I am only referencing Lyme on the latter at this time as I wish to be taken seriously but I will reference Morgellons on Healingwell as they do take it seriously but few know what to do and most think they just have Lyme much like myself.
Many with Morgellons are there lurking but are afraid to post. I understand as it is difficult enough to come to grips with Lyme, but the more you know the better off you will be.
I suspect many of us are infected and its just waiting for the perfect storm which will be some stressful event in your life so stay positive. Yes trust me I know how difficult this can be but it is essential.
Listen to everyone but dont jump to conclusions.
If you follow me closely you will find a way to contact me.
Currently I am experiencing edema and numbness in my lower legs.
Can someone please give me advice on a good protocol?
I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, in my spine, so I am also taking a bone supplement with 1,600 IU D3, 100 mcg K2(MK7), 753 mg Calcium, 386 mg Magnesium. I am also putting 6 sprays of "Magnesium Oil From the Ancient Zechstein Sea" in a glass of water daily.
I have also been diagnosed with mold toxicity, low CD-57, Hypercoagulation, EBV, Streptococus Pneumonia and Mycoplasma. Based on my CD-57 only being 17 a D.O. believes I have late stage lyme disease. I am currently taking many herbs and essential oils to kill pathogens.
A Naturopath told me that I had high levels of fluorine in my body and told me to take 12 drops of Lugol'sIodine daily. He also told me to put 1/2 tsp of borax in a liter of water and drink it throughout the day.
I am consuming selenium from a whole food vitamin. I am also consuming 3,000-6,000 mg of Vitamin C daily also.
My diet consists of organic veggies, nuts, seeds, fish and oysters. I drink 1 gallon of distilled water daily.
I am currently eating a ketogenic paleo type diet with a tablespoon of coconut oil and 1/2 tablespoon of butter with each meal. The rest of the meal is normally a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, green leafy veggies, salsa, Sea Salt
"Currently I am experiencing edema and numbness in my lower legs."
edema sounds like kidney. do you have high blood pressure?
i would recc walking several miles a day if you aren't already.
also, a nutritionist that i listen to on the radio says all the time that inorganic or rock forms of minerals (like epsom salt, table salt , potassium chloride, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, etc) are hard on the kidneys and its best to get minerals from green vegetables as they are in the chelated form and are absorbed by the intestines instead. thats just if you have kidney troubles though.
i would consider adding MSM/sulfur and a trace mineral supplement like the liquid ConcenTrace, the Vit D3 could be bumped quite a bit higher depending on your history of sun exposure, at least 5,000 IU/day and maybe 10k/day(i use 50k myself every other dya for now until my levels are higher). then Vit K2 can be higher - the japanese took i think 15 milligrmas/day of MK4 with good results for osteoporosis, MK-7 is more expensive version from natto irrc? there are high doses of both Vit D3 and Vit K - MK4 for reasonable price on amazon. vit k mk4 5 mg per capsule from Carlson brand is pretty cheap and there is an obscure Vit D3 brand 50,000 IU per capsule from biotech pharmacal that is very reasonable and its in the dry form.
also would consider increasing the magnesium in an absorbable form.
maybe others can weigh in too.
btw, if the seeds you're consuming include flax, chia, hemp etc be aware that some nutritionists now recc avoiding these because of their saponin content(can harm stomach lining apparently). also some recc soaking nuts overnight to reduce lectins and other anti- nutrients.
Hi 1600iu of D3 is far too low for a chronic case... You should do around 10,000 for a few months and then back of to about 5.000 mainteninace and then back to down to 2.500.
Read this book on D3

Has anyone heard of Robert Von Sarbacher's product called "Methuselah" for biofilms? It is supposed to be very effective for killing biofilms but it appears to have some kind of secret ingredients and it is almost impossible to find anyone who will reveal what is actually in this stuff and if it really works. Has anyone out there heard of this Methuselah stuff and if it works. Also, does anyone know what is actually in this stuff? I would really like to hear some feedback on it as I have a lot of biofilms. I heard about this stuff on One Radio Network and Extreme Health Radio.
hello, did you find out more about the product. i am trying to find out too. i saw someone posted, "Saponin complex is used for the biofilms." i haven't looked into it…. saponin complex. what i heard was it is organic soap for your insides, saponified minerals, …. but i still lack clarity as to what that is, like you said.
My family and I were exposed to toxic levels of aspergillus, penicillium and cladosporium while we were renting a home last year. We moved out immediately upon the mold inspection report, but this was 7 months total of exposure. We have all been very ill. The respiratory symptoms cleared within a few months of leaving that environment except for the asthma my 5 year old son acquired in the house. My 6 year old daughter has been battling chronic vaginitis and thrush for a year now. I also have vaginitis, brain fog, food allergies, chronic fatigue, severely weakened immune system, thrush, etc. My 3 year old has been diagnosed with a mild autism, which he did not have prior to that house. We have been through 25 doctors and dozens of pharmaceutical & natural anti-fungals, been on the candida diet and immune boosting supplements. I have even taken IV's of glutathione, leucovorin & phosphotidyl choline. These remedies have helped some, but we are not even near the end of this long, dark tunnel. Does anyone have any advice on who we should be seeing or anything that may help us? What are we missing here? I am very desperate at this point for the health of my family. Responses are greatly appreciated. I have been posting on the Candida Support Forum for months, but just came across this one.
Sounds like you've done a lot of things to try and get healthy. Do you own your own place now where you can hire an indoor environmental specialist to come and help you design the structure to fit your needs? Perhaps some work around the home could improve the indoor air quality and provide you some refuge from the elements. That is especially helpful during sleep when your body tries to do most of its healing. You can look these professionals up at http://www.iaqcouncil.org
Lastly, check out the http://www.aafa.org
website for doctors that have been recognized in these areas. They may be able to direct you to a specialist in your area that can help with the physiological aspects of your problems.
I posted this on my blog about mold I just used it for mold last weekend, I'm pretty confident that chlorine dioxide is the way to go. I also took a little bit internally following the jim humble protocol, I do most days anyway, a six drop solution...
this is extracted from my blog (http://ideasfordifficulttimes.com/)
Here’s what I did: I made pretty strong solutions with just a half the water than normal in three glasses (it was a small room) Let’s say it was 15 mms drops to 75 citric acid , though at this point and since I’m not consuming this particular dose internally, I just squirted the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in the glass and then squirted five approximated amount of the citric acid . I placed the glasses around the room, by the sides of the bed and at the feet of the bed.
Then I made a similar solution with more water and put in a spray bottle and proceeded to freshen the whole room. I sprayed inside the A/C vents, the return air, the comforters, the bed skirts. I took the rugs and any fabric that I could outside. I opened everything up and I made sure the A/C wouldn’t run (the temperature was perfect anyway)
By the night, all the gripping mold smell was gone! "
Now, if you can figure out where the mold odor was coming from and clean it up, your room will be clean. Also, you should try to figure out what caused the mold to grow in the first place. Usually this is caused by moisture. If you can repair the moisture source, it may not come back.
Chlorine dioxide is a great odor eliminator, and it does kill mold and mildew. Unfortunately, it is not a detergent and does not repair water sources.
If you can figure out how to mix up a time release solution, you can maintain that freshness in spite of dirty clothes, pets, and cooking odors. Keep in mind that the limit for long term exposure is at about the concentration that you become aware of it. If you can smell it, the concentration is too high.
I've already spoken my piece on Chlorine Dioxide as a mold remediation tool in another post, so I'll just reitterate a few resource links for your review. Please make sure to look at the below discussion for more information.
Anyone interested in learning more about this can email me and I will forward you this study. It is called, "The Implications of Chlorine Dioxide Fumigation" by a company called the Chelsea Group, Ltd. (http://www.chelsea-grp.com/)
Also, check out the previous links I've posted in relation to this: Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease Registry(http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/toxprofiles/phs160.html) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (http://www.epa.gov/ogwdw/mdbp/pdf/alter/chapt_4.pdf). There are others too, but these two are the previously mentioned sources for information.
Hi, I have had similar symptoms from mold exposure. One possibility is that if you brought any of your belongings to your new home they may have been contaminated from the old home and you may have brought the mold infection with you. Dr. Grays advice was to walk out and leave everything behind.
One thing that has worked better than the nearly $5000. worth of pharmaceuticals that I have take is Ume Plum. This changes the ph of the body and mold and fungus can not grow in your body any longer. Put a soy bean size clump of this in 3/4 of a cup of water and drink on an empty stomach.
There are two MDs in the country that know what to do for mold illness. Dr Michael Gray in Benson AZ and Dr Richie Shoemaker on the east coast. Dr Shoemaker has a book called Mold Warriors that has allot of good information in it. He also has some videos on youtube that explain about mold illness.
Chelation is big part of feeling better as mold produces powerful mycotoxins that cause psychial and psychological problems. Lately I hve been doing the ozone saunas and insufflation. If I had it to do all over again I would skip all the pharmaceuticals and do the Ume and chelation with charchole and another very good and helpful supplement that found was Megahydrate. I believe Megahydrate cleaned the toxins from my system better than the chelation.
I also bought ozone air purifiers from Aranizer. You can reach Steve at Phone: (330) 775- 3014 The company has actually changed names and is now called Royal Air. Tell Steve that Rob from St Louis sent you.
My wife was exposed to toxic black mold (Stachybotrys) last August and has been making slow steady improvements in her health.
What seems to work
1. Fresh air
She left here belongings behind, rented and empty place, started over, then later moved into my home in the Mtns after testing my house with a commercial test pump and had samples tested. (came back clean)
walking a few miles a day
Living a restful low stress lifestyle
Mostly Organic, lots of fruits and veggies, esp spinach
All the usuals for people wanting to be super healthy as well as NAC (N-Acetl-L-Cysteine) which makes Glutathion in the cells.
6. No Drugs
not taking drugs the docs want to perscribe
(Evidence suggest that few docs are trained to deal with toxic mold, so they are useless since all they wanna do is treat symptoms...)
So no one thing seems to be a cure ...
She wants to find out what the recovery curve might be for this since she has thus far only talked to people who have made partial recoveries. (In other words: Do people make 100% recovery from this and if so how long might it be ?)
I have not heard of this drug. Is the doctor back east you are referring to Dr. Shoemaker? I am considering an appointment with him. Supposedly he is the black mold doctor to see and he prescribes cholestyramine. I have been fighting my symptoms for the last year and a half with gradual improvement using the diet, natural anti-fungals, supplements and Hydrogen-Peroxid taken orally. I do have hope that I will return to 100%. I have talked to two others that were exposed and they both recovered. One swore by Pau D Arco and the other person rotated natural antifungals, did the diet and took New Chapter's Supercritical Antioxidants. It took her a year and a half to regain her health. I have to have hope to get through this!! Best of luck to your wife.
This might helps someone seeking help for mold exposure and poisioning . First step is to MOVE from the house that is making you sick leave your stuff in a garage or storage. Do not cross contaminate your new enviroment buy new clothes bedding towels leave fabric furniture behind throw it away. Wash clothes in ammonia if your planning on keeping them . Thieves oil in the new enviroment in humidifer might help kill whatever that might have took a ride with you to your new enviroment this has to be done repeatedly. Do not use strong chemical because your are already mold sensitized. Ammonia kills the mycotoxins not bleach or alcohol or perioxide. Sowipe down all leather wood furniture with ammonia and water please wear eye goggles and gloves, you must wash your clothes with ammonia quarter cup of ammonia to kill the mycotoxins. Get on fungus free diet, this literally will starve the mold and mycotoxins so they die and take cholestyramine this carries the mycotoxins out of your body Take Gama Detox fx or super high quality zeolite with clay to get the poisionous mycotoxins out of your body. Take mycotoxin inhibitor 20x, and alkalize and get colonics. Work with a real mold mycotoxins specialist that has been trained with Dr Shoemaker he is the leading authority on mold/mycotoxin poisioning which is a neurotoxin this is scary serious stuff it disrupts your body processes /pathway you need a specialist to help you get your body normalized it is complex and you do you need to work with someone that is SPECIALIZED. I cannot stress that enough because tests need to be done to see where you body has gone haywire and it needs to be addressed methodically and carefully to help you.
Do not reexpose yourself it can be very scary if your do this some people have serious allergic reactions.
I noticed that I can no longer simply just do the things I used to like travel and just go stay in hotel or go to restaurant or theater. Forget about looking at antiques or going to hippie vintage store, those days are over. Soon as I go to place that has mold I start feeling nauseas dizzy and I will throw up mold has made me highly senstitized to all types of smells, chemicals it is so crazy it takes years to really get well.
You must hire a cerified mold removal specialist nearby your area and their Mold testing services and Mold Remediation Services provides additional security to your interior and exterior parts of your commercial and residential properties.
* It evaluates both the interior and exterior of your property.
* It easily finds hidden moisture problems that allow mold to grow.
* It finds the source of mold.
* It prevent you and your assets from unwanted mold infestations.
Hey everyone! Wondering what you guys do to help die off symptoms? When they happen, I start to feel neusea, winded from just walking from one room to the next and a general weakness that makes me want to sit down. My brain also gets foggy and it's just weird, it's like my brain needs some time to rest. Once I sit down and rest for a half hour to an hour or so, I feel fine. I know that it's a good sign cause it means that the mold/candida is leaving my system, I'm just curious about what others do it relieve the symptoms.
I'm currently taking Psyllium/Bentonite Clay / Charcoal / Diatomeaceous Earth /Acacia (for prebiotics) shakes with 2 tbsp liquid Caprylic Acid. 2-3 x per day. I think that is working really well cause I'm starting to lose weight for the first time in 2 years and I think it's what's causing the die off reaction. Plus I’m doing a long term juice fast, I’m on week 6 right now and will go between 4-6 months. It’s working really well cause I'm starting to lose weight for the first time in 2 years and I think it's what's causing the die off reaction. I’ve done short duration juice fasts in the last 2 years (between 3 days to 3 weeks each) but nothing, no change. And before anyone starts in saying that people with mold or candida should avoid sugars/carbs in every form, I completely disagree and have made an informed decision to do so. The healthy bacteria in one’s system need a certain amount of sugars to feed off of, look at how keifer is made - you add sugar to water and then you have a healthy probiotic drink. What I found for myself is that eliminating sugars does not work to cure mold/candida in the long term. Everyone’s body is different, so if it works for others to completely eliminate sugars, then great for you, but it’s not the only way. What has healed me in the past has been long term juice fasting. Over a decade ago, I was well over 100 pounds overweight and with a 6 month juice fast was able to heal my body and lose that weight and keep it off for well over a decade - until the mold exposure. Before I started fasting 6 weeks ago, I was actually unable to tolerate any and every food. Everything would make me bloat and my body just couldn’t digest anything, that’s how toxic I had gotten. I’m actually starting to feel better and the intellectual functioning is returning.
Plus, for about 9 months, I've been doing bulletproof style coffee or matcha tea (depends on the day) with organic pasture butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tbsp caprylic acid. I don't think that the bulletproof's helped as much with intestinal/whole body mold detoxing because of the liver absorbing and processing the caprylic acid and not allowing it to get into the intestines where I believe most of the mold exists. But, it has helped to clear up brain fog. I read that putting the caprylic acid in a psyllium shake helps it actually maintain contact with the intestinal walls, to bypass the liver processing it completely, and can therefore penetrate the biofilm and kill the mold in the intestines in a way that simply ingesting caprylic acid cannot. In the past 2 years in attempt to heal my body from the toxins, i’ve done colloidal silver (no effect), parasite cleansing (no effect), coffee enema’s (no effect), a series of 15 liver flushed over 2 years (no effect), infrared sauna’s (no effect but making me unable to function, I assume because of the die-off, but still didn’t work even when I pushed through the die-off symptoms), intense exercise (no effect on weight loss and only made me exhausted and unable to function for the rest of the day).
A bit of history, at the beginning of 2014, we realized that there was black mold in a large part of our home and it had been growing and making me sick with sinus infections for 3 years. We cleaned it out (with help) and then I had a 6 month sinus infection from it and severe edema/swelling in my legs, neck, face, etc. 8 months later, I had finally gotten most of the swelling gone, could breath through my nose again and was on the way to recovery. Then I was in a desert environment for 3 months (for business) and I believe that it basically halted my progress (and reversed it) because my lymph was still getting the mold out of my system and my body is used to a midwestern moderately moist environment and all of a sudden I was in a desert environment and my body didn't know what to do. I gained 60 pounds in about 8 weeks when I was staying in the desert environment and just swelled up with edema so severely in my legs that I couldn't wear my boots for 2 years and started having a ganglion cyst in my ankle that was there for about 6 months that just went away 4 weeks ago. I would gain approx 10 pounds a night about once a week during that time. It hadn't budged in 2 years until I started taking these shakes.
From 2010-2014 I used many rounds of antibiotics which I believe caused a leaky gut issue in addition to the extreme chemical and scent sensivity that I had developed.
So, I'm dealing with detoxifying mold (and any candida byproduct that may have occured as the result of the mold exposure / healing leaky gut / and releasing the extra 65 pounds that are still on my small frame. I've seen doctor after doctor and even the doctor that the rest of the doctors send people to when they don't know what to do (an integrative health dr.) threw up his hands and said, "I'm sorry I don't know what to do". It was then that I became determined to find my own way back to health and once I find what that recipe is, I will make a website with the info so that others can find the info on how to heal from toxic mold without it taking several years of experimentation, like it has for myself.
This is my first time posting on here and if you guys have any additional protocols that you would recommend, I'd be interested to hear about them.
I was exposed to apartment mold for 4 years, it was around the window sills. My wife didn't get sick at all my kids got mildy sick with some rashes, and my son seems to have a mild on and off cough. I personally went into this apt already having health problems. Gut issues and suffering from constipation due to pain killer use. We moved and got rid of everything except electronics. Certain things child hoodstuff etc... are kept in a spare back bedroom. When i go into this room i get a headache and don't feel right. So i know mold is an issue i plan of cleaning this stuff and sealing it in boxes for now.
But as far as the rest of the house all i have in it are my blu ray and game collection which i've 99.9 rubbing alcholed. I have our lcd tv which i cleaned and blew out the insides. Same goes for the PlayStation and xbox. We've bought a few things since we've moved like a new computer a new kitchen table fridge etc... How do you guys feel about items that were not bought in this mold apt?
Also my personal health is destroyed, I can't eat food I live on vivonex it's an amino acid based formula. I react to everything my body does not break down food everything comes out undigested I can't even take medication because i react to the filler in the pill. I suffer from facial puffyness all the time. I get sick going into a thrift store or a used book store. All environments make me sick.
This mold we had was really bad around the window sills but it wasn't Stachybotrys. It was Aspergillus and Penicillium we had it tested.
Has anyone heard of mold causing these kind of severe GI issues. I'm tired all the time and i just don't have a lot of energy, I take cholestyramine 2 times a day it has helped tremendously. My body feels less sensitive and i don't have dierreah anymore unless i do to much.
But basically i got rid of everything porous, and cleaned everything according to the Dr Richie Shoemaker protocol. But jesus christ I can't even go into a thrift store without feeling shitty and i also feel like crap in my car which was a thrift store machine.
Has anyone ever heard of mold causing someone to not be able to eat food? Also the doctors think my gallbladder is shot has anyone heard of a bad gallbladder doing something like this to someone.
What do I do hide from mold the rest of my life? This whole thing doesn't seem real. Especially like i said i have like hardly anything from the apt with mold expcet tv, glass tv stand, movies etc... Stuff that can be wiped down.
I have the same problems from mold exposure. I can't go into any environment where mold may be an issue, like thrift stores. My stomach issues are getting worse as well. It is possible that continued exposure is just making these reactions worse.
I got a lot better initially after I put all of my belongings that were exposed in storage. I have been going through and moving some of these things recently and sure enough, I'm feeling more and more symptomatic by the day, especially with gut issues and not being able to eat anything without it hurting. Also having really bad sinus mucus and pain, depression, mood swings, fatigue etc.
Just trying to get rid of a lifetime of things is killing me. I don't care about the stuff anymore, I just don't want to feel so sick like I did after the initial exposure about two years ago.
I think the first defense against mold is to familiarize yourself with the symptoms. Prevention of mold exposure can be done through home testing by a professional. It's always a good idea to have your home regularly inspected for mold. Doing so could prevent serious problems of mold exposure later on.
