Yep, been using it for over 7 years here! It's always worth having at home.
Have you had a full parasite cleanse yet?
If not, I recommend only using the ES in bath/footbaths.
If you have parasite cleansed already, you can test how you tolerate it with a 1/4 tsp dose before bed.
If you haven't parasite cleansed, it can contribute to thrush by drinking it.
In the liver cleanses, there's several techniques for getting the bile ducts to relax, so you may find that a tool like magnesium chloride, orthophosphoric acid, GB-3, phosphatidylcholine or the cola flush works better for you.
Be aware that high intake of magnesium plays with your electrolyte balance. It's fine on the every 2-week Liver Flush pattern, but it helps to have Sea Salt , molasses, and stuff like eggshell powder on hand to balance out when you're back on a normal eating day. (Salt, potassium and calcium are the major electrolyte salts besides magnesium).
ES is my first go-to when I am having trouble sleeping. Definitely do grab a bag. :-) it's incredibly useful.
And once you do that, another thing to add is to take a few grains of Epsom Salts in a glass of water with each meal. It's sort of a daily mini flush. More of a maintenance idea that you either add a few grains or subtract, according to each person's need.
I have notice my blue eyes are getting darker, the ring about my pupil who uses to be light green now is darker green almost hazzel, and i am getting some Brown spots and Brown pigmentations.
I made the terrible mistake of getting my lips inyected with silicone many years ago, after a few reconstructive suregeries still they cant take out all the silicone as is mixed with my flesh. I have 5 Amalgams fillings that i want to replace but my dentist says is not need for it and i cant find any dentist who knows how to take them out without creating more damage.
The fillings and silicon on lip i had them for more than 20 years ago, and my eyes are only getting darker and with Brown spots in the Last couple of years.
I have a cyst on my left ovary as well.
I am a heavy smoker for more than 20 years. Not sure if nicotine is causing my dark iris spots and the darkening.
I really want to become healthier and get my light blue eyes back.
Please can someone give me advice and opinión on what could be causing my iris darkening and which kind of detox i need?
I uploaded a picture of my left iris (the one who has darkened more). And will try to insert the eye picture here.
Thanks so much.
A Liver Flush is only a small sample of what you need to be doing according to your eyes. You need to detox the lymph and kidneys if you were a smoker for so many years that's where the metabolic wastes are not in the liver. I can see that with the lacunas in your eye. Adress the adrenals also
Use an iridolgy chart put it in photoshop and overlay your eye picture on top of that chart and turn down the opacity. This will show you where your weakness are just doing Liver Flushes is not a good idea
by the way that white foggy coat is lymph stagnation your eye should be clear eat a mono fruit diet such as a grape fast for 10 days or a grape lemon juice fast something astrigent to get that lymph moving. herbal tinctures would be a good idea to help things move along
I finished a 4 day water fast a week ago. Not a massive fast I know but I am new to this and I am planning to go longer in the future.
Anyway since refeeding I have had a ridiculously dry mouth, especially at night, so much so that I can barely sleep. I didn't have this issue before the fast. I am definitely drinking enough water so I don't know what is causing this issue. Unless I'm not absorbing the water now?
Can anyone help? This may sound trivial but it is really starting to grind me down and affect me quite badly especially due to it causing sleep problems.
I imagine that is probably one of the likely causes of this issue. So I have done a short water fast to then now become intolerant to more foods than I was before? Not exactly what I was aiming for.
That's not to say I eat a bad diet as I don't. I eat mainly fresh fruit and vegatables, nuts and seeds. I do sometime have a couple of eggs for breakfast. I don't eat any gluten as I already had an intolerance to that. I sometimes eat gluten free bread but I can't imagine they contain the best ingredients. The other two things I eat a bit of are beans and rice. Never eat meat now but I do eat cheese every so often.
This dry mouth may not sound like a major issue but is actually driving me mad. Didn't realise it could mess up my sleep this much and I really need some relief.
I will try and eat as clean as possible and check out that link you sent but I wasn't expecting to gain issues after a water fast when I went into it for healing and detox purposes.
not sure if i'm in the correct group. hoping someone out there has some answers. i've spent so many hours here on curezone researching. i honestly am not sure what's wrong with me anymore. i thought candida, but could be more. i have many candida symptoms which makes me believe i have it.....fatigue, skin issues, toe nail fungus, hair that falls out, persistent yeast infections down there, bloating, white tongue, horizontal nail ridges, etc. but the worst thing of all is bad breath. i've been asked if i farted when i know for sure i have not. especially after i eat or drink certain things, my significant other will ask me if i farted. my new years resolution is to finally get healthy. one thing i started doing is drinking lemon water and apple cider vinegar. after drinking these two, he will again say that it smells like i farted and have literally stunk up the room. it's so discouraging because i thought these things were supposed to help. i joke and pretend that i did fart when i know i definitely did not as i'm too embarrassed to talk to him about it. same thing happens when i eat ice cream or have an occasional drink (which is like once a month). the people around me will ask the same thing. when it happens i just want to curl in a ball. i literally dont know what to do anymore. it's ruining my relationship, my social life, and it makes me incredibly uncomfortable at work. is this happening to anyone else out there? thanks in advance for any help.
Also I would stink up a entire room it was horrible but that only lasted a few months for me. Don't know why it whent away my immune system was not completely messed up then so I guess it helped for that at least.
Thanks for the input. As weird as it sounds, I'm pretty sure it's not coming from my mouth. I get dental cleanings twice a year and haven't had a cavity in years. I'm continuing to drink lemon water, apple cider vinegar and ginger tea throughout the day in hopes it'll cure whatever's going on with me. I've been thinking of doing a Liver Flush but haven't built up the courage yet.
I feel your pain and suffering. I too suffer bad breath.
I feel so bad and frustrated. I have had to isolate and he antisocial. It's sad and I have no choice bc I can't stand people rubbing their nodes when I speak to them or I cannot stand them not wanting to sit next to me or they move seats.
It's ruining my life.
I tried many things from gargling salt water to nasal rinsing to Colloidal Silver to Thera breath products and so much more and yet I still have bad breadth.
Right now I'm trying apple cider vinegar and dr Brenda Watsons idea of using probiotics and enzymes. Snd I have but now I wake up wit sore throat and itchy throat in the morning by using probiotics and enzymes. I'm doing oil pulling with coconut oil. And nothing works.
It's very frustrating because nothing seems to cure my bad
Is there anyone in this forum who has the solution to get rid of bad breath please share your solution. We bad breath sufferers want to feel normal ... Please I beg you. Thanks
No sweetheart you are not cursed. Your body is trying to tell you something. Sounds like your just not hearing the right message. It sounds like an intestinal issue to me. Since I have been diagnosed with Hepatitis C I have been doing tons of research about health so i would consider myself and health enthusiast, by no means a doctor but do have a lot of time to read books and do research of my own accord and therefore sometimes have good advice.
What does your diet look like? I would recommend doing a Colon Cleanse and slowly adding more raw food to your diet, substantially lowering your meat and dairy, and completely eliminating artificial Sugar and processed foods. If you are currently on the Standard American Diet, this may sound crazy and impossible, but trust me, once you get used to it you will loose cravings for devitalized processed foods and you will crave healthy nutritious foods, You will love the way you look and feel and your energy level will be through the roof. The natural high that you get on a healthy diet is better than anything else I've tried :)
Its easy to change your diet if you do it slowly, and instead of cutting yourself off from certain things, what i suggest is to find its replacement which you will soon find will become your preference. For example if you like to use ranch dressing on a salad, I recommend using an olive oil/lemon/acv dressing and adding hummus or avocado to create the creamy texture. You will love it and will not feel like your missing out on your favorite salad dressing but changing your eating habits in a healthy way. When you are changing your diet you need to do it in a way which doesn't create dis ease in your mind otherwise it won't work. You have to find a way to enjoy the new way and stop the cravings for unhealthy foods instead of just trying to stifle them.
As far as the ACV drink you are drinking, that is great as far as dealing with acid reflux due to the stomach alkalinity issue but as far as curing bad breath, that is just not realistic. Because your supplying the acid for your stomach before your meal, It will stop your body from shooting acid from down below during that meal. However you need to ask, why is your stomach alkaline and what is causing it...
It is most likely a dietary thing and to make it more confusing, sorry it is possible it could be in relation to an adrenal issue as well.
Hello, dont feel alone. There are a lots around the world carrying this problem including myself. Have you found out the root cause or any idea regarding that? If so, you can focus on the solution in that area which would solve your problem.
I just realized that I have tonsil stones which are one of the culprits behind BB. Now I am concentrating on how to remove those. Also I have a white coated tongue which also does smells bad. Now I am confused which is the primary cause of my BB. Also when I floss, there is a slight smell comes. Now I have three areas to look after.
Just like this, identify the root cause and start working on it. Stay hopeful. I'm sure we'll get cured and live a peaceful life.
