Possible progress (Candida, Parasites, Body Odor)
So the smell in my nose has subsided tremendously. I used to have this really bad smell in my nose 24/7 and now I rarely smell it ( when I'm approaching menstruation it's noticeable). I smell it a little when I'm done taking a shower but other than that it disappears. Here's what I've been doing:
-Humaworm parasite cleanse 30 days
-Watermelon fast : I know I'm supposed to avoid sugars bc of Candida but I did a 4 month strict anti-candida diet and I felt like it wasn't really helping me out. I did a bunch of research and found out fruit helps in detoxing the body so have eaten heaps of Watermelon
to cleanse the kidneys as well.
-Grape fast: I went on a 1 day grape fast and out of all of the fruits that I tried this one made the fecal smell more potent. Grapes are supposed to be one of the best foods for detoxification.
-3 day green juice fast: I went on a 3 day juice fast and felt amazing!! I felt like the odor lessened while on the fast.
-Rebounding 10 mins a day.
-Dry Skin brushing every day.
As for diet I have been avoiding all processed foods, fast foods, processed sugars, dairy, meat, gluten, etc. I have basically been eating loads of veggies, mostly green veggies and fruits (papaya, pineapple for parasites AND grapes, watermelon, green apples in juices).
I feel like colonics
and enemas are essential asap I'm just so nervous about them but my intuition is telling me that they will be of great help.
What I plan to add:
- Epsom Salt
-Castor Oil packs
-Enemas/ Coffee Enemas
-Herbs/oils : rotating oregano oil, GSE, Male fern, neem, Epazote, Rue, etc.
-possible dry fasting or Water Fasting
but that is my last resort
I am also mentally preparing myself for a 1 week juice fast and a possible 30 day green juice fast. This odor has caused so much harm, I am so proud of myself for hanging in there and not committing suicide. I was odor free before I believe we can reverse this and go back to being odor free again. It's hard believe me I cry every day but I'm not giving up until I have tried absolutely everything.
