I have a fibroid tumor or a cyst at the base of my skull near the spine. I saw a surgeon and he said it was in a dangerous spot and he will not attempt to remove it. The only problems are 1) it hurts somewhat and 2) it may grow and put pressure on my neck/spine and of course look terrible and hurt more. This the third tumor/cyst I have had. I am 55 y/o male. The first was in my ear canal when I was in my early 20's then a few years ago I had one in my back for a long time and then suddenly it started hurting and got larger. I was removed by a surgeon and was the size of almost a tennis ball. I fear this happening with this turmor. Also I have what appears to be spasmodic torticollis. My head turns to the right and up and is probably aggravated by this turmor or perhaps even causing this issue. does anyone have suggestions on how I could shrink or eliminate this thing? Would Iodine treatments work or large doses of encapsulated vitamin C ? Desperate!
Several years ago I had cysts on various parts of my body. They hurt and I even had a couple surgically removed. I started taking Iodine daily and I have never had another cyst. I would try it. Also you could try painting the cysts with iodine. Good luck.
What type of Iodine would be solution to all cysts? I've got a small tiny milia the derm doc says right below my eyebrow. Which Iodine do I swab it with? I've gotten Trappers SSKI before but that's iodide, right? Help. I know you had a chart/page somewhere previously that I looked at telling a person what type was for what. Can you assist me please? Cysts are caused by severe Iodine deficiency. This deficiency is caused by the toxins of bromide, fluoride & chlorine taking over the cell receptors for iodine. The result is the thyroid, hormones and immune ssystem thrown out of balance. The results include FibroCISTic Breast disease, Ovarian Cysts, Uterus cysts and cysts elsewhere.
The goal is is to get to 50mg daily long enough to restore normal Iodine levels in our body. This takes 6 months or even longer. Some like our resident Guru Trapper suggest 100mg daily is best.
I caution against painting the skin with Lugols iodine. It will help, but cover the iodine patch with coconut oil or olive oil to prevent your skin from damage, and only paint the skin 2 or 3 times a week to help prevent skin damage. The MAIN goal is to restore balance with iodine internally.
The body needs both IoDINE and Potassium Iodide contained in Lugols or Iodroal. SSKI is just Iodide and is not suitable for many areas of the body.
I follow the iodine protocol religiously. Every day, I take 50mg iodine, 500mg magnesium, 400mg selenium, and 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt twice. I get all of my vitamin c from fruits and vegetables. I haven't noticed any issues in doing this. I feel much more comfortable getting vitamin c from food rather than taking synthetic vitamin c. However, I worry that I may not be detoxing as efficiently this way. Is it ok for me to continue the protocol this way? Or should I start taking vitamin c supplements?
Anyone know a better stress control formula? Dr Wilson's works EXTREMELY well for me. If I take 2-3 capsules a day I will be very monotone and even experience constant low blood Sugar if I don't eat exactly right.
I live in SF, CA. I've posted before about issues I have after removing part of a wall in an old house 6 years ago. Something came out. Mold, chemicals, lead dust, heavy metals, not sure.
So now, it's as if the substance/s has been following me around for all this time. I can't prove it, but it feels like it is, clinging to items I've owned. It's like spores or something are around, blow around, ending up on or close to where I sleep and work, and I thinking I'm breathing them in all night, and having a reaction, as almost every day I wake up with head pain, sinus pain and dizziness.
In my head, it's like a pulsing, like there's something there. And I get irritable, and it affects my thinking. I keep thinking there's some kind of a head detox thing that I don't know about, and should do.
Also, a chunk of one of my molars broke off years ago, and the next one cracked recently. Side note, my libido is kind of low, and I read lead, even at a low amount, could be the cause.
Health devices: I run a Germ Guardian Air Purifier, and an ozone machine. I think they help, but I have to leave the room while the ozone machine runs.
I am in my mid 40s, about 155 pounds, always thin. Someone wrote to me about megadosing Vitamin C, like 5-20 g/day (5,000 - 20,000 mg/day). I feel it's time, since I've tried so many other things.
I had more info from bio-electric tests when I lived in LA and FL. As I recall, it was lead, tin, maybe mold, and other heavy metals. I forget all the details. Still looking for someone locally to run tests.
I'm hoping vitamin C will help. I've researched for the best brand, and found many different brands and options. I know to be wary of GMO, and of any made in China, and some other restraints. It seems powder form is the way to go.
Also, I am reading Rami Nagel's "Cure Tooth Decay". Per the book, I eat a kind of indigenous diet, Weston A Price based (kind of like paleo). Mostly veggies, sweet potatoes instead of grains, meats, liver, raw milk, eggs, salad greens.
Now, I like natural products, not too 'altered', so, these are brands I am considering:
I was exposed to mold too, and I had the head pulsing and a lot of those other symptoms. Brown seaweed will help with the mold exposure. Diatomaceous earth would probably also help as well. If you're certain about the mold exposure, then you need to get rid of anything that has been exposed to it. The spores will still cling to those items and spread. Apparently even just washing exposed clothes doesn't help much in many cases. Have you looked under any furniture for potential hiding places of the mold?
Also, try looking into candida, as that can also be implicated in cases like this. I can't post the link, but the site body ecology has a good checklist.

2. as a muslim, it could be that an unseen rational being was living there and you disturbed its home and so now must find another muslim to recite the ruqya. not all such beings intend evil such as those who become the voices in peoples heads or 'channelling" for famous actors like jack nicholason (google it), yes its not them really acting... they let these beings do it all. anyway the one you have could b innocent and just needs someone to apologise for bothering him/her and they will leave.
i used to visit non muslim sites about them and they called them aliens but not the way films portray aliens but its the only word they could use to describe them.

I am currently taking 1000-2000g of vitamin c in the form of a liposomal supplement.
The vitamin c has induced a sore throat, mouth ulcers, frequent urination and a general feeling of unwellness. This always happens when supplementing with the same form of vitamin c, and other forms such as capsules and powder.
I try and even out the dose throughout the day.
Are these detoxing symptoms or should I stop taking the supplements?
I have taken regular vitamin C in the past with no effects, so I tried buffered vitamin C and got severe acidic diarrhea and burning pains in the abdomen. Was this a detox reaction do you think? I was surprised that I reacted this way as I read that buffeted vitamin C is supposed to be gentler on the stomach. In posting in this forum because I know that some people use vitamin c as a Bowel Cleanse detox, so I thought someone with experience might know if I experienced a detox reaction or simply a bad reaction. I took two 500mg capsules and started having diarrhea the same day for five days. I have adrenal fatigue/chronic fatigue and dyspepsia btw.
I had the same issue for decades. Vitamin C made me sick. It even gave me bloody diarrhea at times.
I found Solgar's Ester-C Plus to be the only Vit C I could tolerate. It is calcium based so it is gentler.
I also found that once I treated for parasites Vit C did not bother me anymore. I can now take 6-8 grams without a problem were before anything at or above 1000mg made me sick. I still get the "C BURNS" as I call it, if I drink too much juice with C in it.
I started a Vitamin C cleanse last night, and my period came this morning, about a week early. I know that vitamin C is used to induce menstruation, but I can't find where any other woman had this issue here on Curezone. I want to keep taking the vitamin C (and I will), but I feel like I am giving myself an unnecessarily heavy (and early) period. Is it wiser to start treatment in a different part of my cycle?

Hi brothers and sisters.I have a question. The thing is that i did injections of ascorbic acid 3gr(200mg every 1,5 hrs)and it really works for me,i feel better!!But now I don't have the opportunity to do it ,my butt all in bruises and i simply don't have a time etc.I bought C-1000 by "Now foods",drink 3 capsules every 5 hours...and my stool became yellow,but without diarrhea nor pain etc..(and also it seems that there are undigested pieces of food in it,but i could be wrong about it).Is it normal that the colour has changed?Thank you.
Im noticing a burning feeling in my stomach all day long, loss of appetite, bloating is worse, stools were formed but now are becomong loose as well.
I keep burping belching. Im burping up mucus that taste acidic. I was taking 4-6g of vitamin c a day. Is it the vitamin c. I feel my body is becoming acidic. Maybe 1g a day is good for me, reason im taking it is because i elimated all fruit and didnt want to become vit c deficient.
This happened to me a before where ab sorbic acid powder caused my stomach to actually become acidic. Then i had to switch to a ph balanced one. I dont remember it being this severe!

You are going to have to eliminate what you are taking to isolate the problem. SF722 is pretty toxic, I took it and know a few others and all had some bad reactions to it. It comes from the castor bean which has some chemical that is questionable. I think a better alternative is caprylic acid or monolauric acid which both come from coconut oil. These have broad spectrum killing power.
The ph balanced vitamin C is better than ascorbic acid.
Just some background story: I have E.C. for approx. 7 years and I believe it stems from Accutane.
Anyways, I have recently started taking Vit B Complex again, which had proven some results in the past whereby it prolongs the peeling cycle and thins the dead skin significantly.
It has shown the same results recently, till I decided to ramp up the dosage to 2 tablets a day (the description recommends 1 tablet a day).
I noticed that when I took 1 tablet my urine would be VERY bright yellow, however when I took 2 tablets at a go it isn't that yellow as compared to 1 tablet (which is weird, since it should be the same as not more). What explains that? Could it be that my body is absorbing the B Complex more ?
Also, I noticed that taking 2 tablets slows down the peeling by a lot (granted, I've only taken 2 tabs for 2 days so I can't confirm much yet). Is it dangerous to take 2 tabs a day? I'm afraid that there's too much vitamins that my body cannot absorb or it might lead to kidney issues.

Folic Acid Overdose
Folic acid, or vitamin B-9, is dangerous when taken in high dosages. Normally, folic acid is given to help keep nerves healthy and ensure a healthy pregnancy. However, in doses greater than 15,000 ug per day, vitamin B-9 can cause damage to your central nervous system, the American Pregnancy Association warns. This may manifest as movement disorders, paralysis, pain or numbness.
Excess intake of cobalamin, or vitamin B-12, may cause some symptoms in patients. You may develop blood clots, itching, diarrhea and serious allergic reaction, Medline Plus says. To avoid these symptoms, take vitamin B-12 as recommended by your doctor.
If all you have to do to get true liposomal C is to toss a few cheap ingredients into a high speed blender or inexpensive jewelry cleaner, why is it so pricey from manufacturers? One could guess greed, but really they would make more money, I would assume, by being competitive.
Think of Dr. Mercola's phony "liposomal" C. His staff will tell you, when asked, that it has no liposomes in it! He could easily make a profit off of liposomal C, selling it less expensively than other places, if it is as easy to make as one is led to believe. But, no, he sells a phony product instead.
There is no documentation out there, that I would say is authoritative and reliable, to show that homemade stuff has any true liposomes in it. A few little "studies" here & there by people I don't know, not associated with any research organizations, that's all I've seen. I can't assess the accuracy of their equipment, or even their thought processes.

It takes like 12 hours to make 10 gram a day dose for 5 days liposomal vitamin c that is close to 99% encapsulated in the fat base you use.
Hopefully your smart enough to use fat from sunflowers and not soy.
And you use a industrial grade Ultra sonic cleaner Not a pos 50 buck one and do it for 10 mins. Also alcohol is used to help create the encapsulation. If your not using pure 100% alcohol your wasting your time.
You can make liposomal vitamin c half assed it will just yeld a low percent of encapsulation and you will not see much benifit as to taking vit c pills.
I think that the best method is little and often because vitamin c has a fairly short half life of 3 hours if I remember correctly. Therefore taking small amounts of say 3grams every few hours would provide the most benefit. DO NOT take very large doses all in one go because it can cause problems with histamine release. That is meant to happen with doses of around 4 grams which is why I suggested 3 grams at a time.
This should benefit your circulatory system and your skin. You could make a drink bottle and calculate the amount and drink the bottle over a few hours. The only real upper limit is your bowel tolerance. If your bowel becomes loose then you are taking too much!
A good addition is black/blue/red berries which provide additional benefits as the proanthocyanidins strengthen the circulatory system, skin and bones.
I've been taking ascorbate that I make mixing 1 teasp. ascorbic acid and 1/2 teasp. baking soda (aluminium-free!). I read that recipe in a link posted here. It's a dentist that is all about prevention - very very interesting site, i'll look for it now and post it.

Baking soda is bicarbonate of soda. A common brand is (as advertized on their box) Arm and Hammer Pure Baking Soda (For Baking Cleaning and Deodorizing).
Sodium bicarbonate is the chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. Because it has long been known and is widely used, the salt has many other names including sodium hydrogencarbonate, sodium bicarb, baking soda, bread soda, cooking soda, bicarb soda, saleratus or bicarbonate of soda.
Please do not confuse baking soda with baking powder.
Baking powder is a dry chemical leavening agent used in baking and deodorizing. Common low-temperature acid salts include cream of tartar, calcium phosphate, and citrate. High-temperature acid salts are usually aluminium salts, such as calcium aluminum phosphate. They can be found not only in many baking powders, but also in many non-dairy coffee creamers. Excess aluminium in the diet may be detrimental to human health, and so baking powders are available without it for people who are concerned and those sensitive to the taste. Baking powder is generally just baking soda mixed with an acid, and a number of kitchen acids may be mixed with baking soda to simulate commercial blends of baking powder.
Dr. Clark recommends Spectrum Chemical of Gardena, CA, for pure baking soda, i.e., free of benzene. Dr. Clark also warns against using health brands as they are more likely than not to be contaminated with benzene.

To a half glass of DISTILLED WATER dissolve 1 heaping teaspoon of vita C crystals or power, add 1 half level teaspoon baking soda.
Stir until bubbling is over and water is clear, add more water (steam distilled only).
Add 1 level-half teaspoon L-proline pure powder and 1 level teaspoon L-lysine pure powder. Mix well.
Take 2 capsules of green tea extract and 1 Q10 100mg soft gel tablet with your elixer.

I have taken up to 35 grams a day of plain ascorbic acid for over 50 years, without ill effects or health problems. For some buffered vitamin C at first maybe better, but usually ok after a week or two. Is there any correlation between iron supplements and parasite infections?
I've known I have parasites and have done what I thought was a decent job controlling them ( my symptoms are greatly reduced since I originally found them 3 yrs ago). I still have sleep issues, so a doctor (pulmonologist/sleep specialist) recently tested me for anemia. He said it can cause restless leg, which I have. It turns out I am anemic so he prescribed iron pills to take with Vitamin C twice daily. I was already taking Vit C, so the iron was the only new thing added to my routine. I've been on the iron for about a month now. Didn't notice much, except my stool is loose and very black, until today I passed a very long worm. Like over 6 inches long. I didn't notice it until it was being flushed so couldn't investigate further. Could the iron supplementation helped to pass this worm? I haven't seen any in months until today. The only thing I'm doing is 325 mg ferrous sulfate with 2000 mg Vit C twice a day.
Dr. Hulda Clark seemed to think that most parasites fed on iron but I have my doubts about her advice to NOT take iron.
I haven't been taking iron because she says not to. When I read your post I thought, "Hmmm that is an interesting point". So I dug out my iron and took one. Got a physical "buzz" from it.
I think she discovered the parasites were subdued by a lack of iron. I also think that it is probably not good for anyone to avoid iron. Only a healthy body can fight parasites.
So what I am saying is "Yes" I think there is a connection but I am not sure what it is. It seems to have helped you. I am going to keep taking it and see what happens. Maybe my muscle spasms will go away. Thanks for posting the question.
Go back and do another parasite cleanse. You may have been reinfected or just never killed all of them in the first place.
I would stop the iron until you get rid of the parasites. It only feeds them and makes them stronger.
Be sure to take something to break up the biofilm that they live in/behind. I used 2 caps of bromelain twice a day between meals. It was a real game changer.
You have to continue a herbal parasite cleanse for several months beyond the time you see the last parasite. You have to kill all of the eggs.
Try to figure out how you are getting infected. Most likely source is raw meat, animals, unwashed veggies.

If you start very gradually ingesting an amount of ascorbic acid that you can handle comfortably, even if just a few hundred milligrams, I believe that you will find that you can gradually comfortably handle more and more, as your overall health and internal cleanliness improves.
The quick answer, depending on what sources you are willing to trust is, there is major difference between receiving Vitamin C through the mouth versus through the needle. Through the mouth has to also go through the gut. For the average person this means that a significant percentage of the C is lost (not absorbed into the body/bloodstream) due to digestive reasons. IV does not have this problem and it is supposedly for this reason that IV C yields far more rapid and dramatic results. However, you should do your own research and decide for yourself. Just to help give you a head start, read about Fred R. Klenner, M.D.
He is now deceased, but the web is full of documents covering his experimentation and use with IV C many years ago (back in the 50s). It was Klenner's work that gave some of the impetus to Linus Pauling getting into C research. Within the documents to be found on the web are some supposed daily journals of Klenner's. The only reason I say "supposed" is that I'm just trying to be objective, I cannot confirm weather or not the aforementioned documents are legitimate journals of his, I'll leave this for you to decide. In any case, these journals are from his daily experiences treating patients as part of his doctor's practice; within these you will read of numerous patients of various walks of life - men, women, children, who came to Klenner, in many cases moments from death due to various illness and injury, most of which quickly recovered, both from their short term illness and in many cases from underlying long term illness; pretty compelling stuff.
Here is one place where you can read some of his journals, but this (the Appendix section) is just one very small and brief example, there are many reams of these out there on the web.
Unless you are VERY healthy/clean internally, you cannot get as good of results orally as you can with an IV. Also, the IV gets it into your blood stream instantaneously, where as it takes a while to get it via your GI Tract. And, you must ingest 3 to 5 times as much orally, gram for gram. However, as you can imagine, orally is VASTLY LESS expensive and more convenient than IV.

You may want to consider cayenne,if you do, start slowly and dont swallow capsules whole use it a warm tea with as little as a 1/2 yteaspoon to strt and increase slowly !

Has anyone here ever attempted to set up their own Vitamin C infusion IV at home? It seems easy to obtain all the necessary equipment except for the actual winged infusion needles. Does anyone happen to know how to buy these without a prescription? The naturopaths I've broached the subject with are afraid of liability issues, which is understandable. In Seattle, where I live, the streets are littered with ordinary junkie needles, so I know those easily obtainable, but I need a drip for, say, 100 grams of sodium ascorbate daily. Clinics are far, far too expensive to go to on a daily basis. I may as well mention that this isn't solely because of Ebola either; this is something I've been pursuing for years. On a related note, has anyone actually managed to make really high potency liposomal vitamin c? I have an extremely powerful ultrasonic cleaner, but so far my yields haven't been satisfactory. I haven't actually had the "liposomal" c analyzed, but drinking too much of it induces the typical laxative effect ordinary vitamin has. If it were truly liposomal there wouldn't be the gastric disturbances, correct? Anyway, at this point I'd prefer to just go the intravenous route, so that I could take truly massive amounts. Bowel flush is a non issue, only a signal that your system is saturated with ‘C’ and that is a health place to be. Your body is saturated and the immune system needs a little less for maintenance only .
A hard stool indicates the immune system needs more ‘C’. Allergies often indicate a short fall of a vitamin/mineral or to much refine sugars and or to much toxic food like junk or processed foods with chemicals or maybe yeasts. No longer need glasses that I wore since age 14, a cataract in my right eye disappeared overnight on the 4th day when I first started. It has never come back. Bowel tolerance has nothing to do with how much C you 'need.' Humans, like nearly every other species of biological life on earth, are supposed to create this endogenously. A retrovirus broke one of the steps in our body for this and it doesn't work. Humans were not meant to rely on food sources for ascorbic, so our digestive system is simply not designed for more than a small amount of it. Ascorbic/ascorbate is an osmotic molecule and (like magnesium) 'pulls water to it' in this case from within and through the intestines. Ascorbic has an average absorption of ~16%; ascorbate, ~20-24%. It pulls water because that is the nature of it as a substance. The more of it, the more water; the longer it's in you, the more it pulls in.
Things you can do to increase your "digestive absorption-capacity" are:
a) use the ascorbate form (it's only a slight improvement, but AA and _A are not identical and some prefer AA for other biological reasons)
b) use a micro-emulsified form (so the peyer's patches in the intestines are likely to absorb a bunch of it that way, seeing it as a lipid). There isn't yet any Science I can find yet done on the absorption diff on this format because it really just came around a few years ago, when Brooks Bradley was trying to come up with a way to do DIY liposomal. The DIY version is mostly emulsified, but partly liposomal just due to the nature of the lipids. This does (or should!) absorb better. I can take 1.5g at a time before flushing of AA/SA but if I use Emul-C (DIY-liposomal-C) I can take about 4g.
c) use a quality liposomal version. I've tried several different ones. I'm not rich, so not all of them. Best price and most AA in smallest dose both, that I've found, is Aurora brand see amazon. (I have nothing to do with that corp at all fyi, just a buyer.) I have taken 24g at a time of that and not flushed at all.
d) this goes for all of the above: take small doses frequently. Take it once every 4 or even 2 hours (if you were desperately ill I'd just make it 0.5-1hr) and break up a whole day of a good dose into that. Although I can take only about 3.5-4g emulsified at a time without flushing, I can take 2-3g at a time and take it 5 times a day and not flush ever.
Yes, if the DIY was 100% liposomal you would not flush. However even the best-case estimate of it (and most likely aren't anywhere near this %) is about 79% which means there will always be some free AA in that route. Some plain AA is actually not bad, and if you're really desperate I'd be taking it in every format I could get it.
I buffer the DIY with potassium bicarbonate after the formula is done, since I need some P anyway and that means the fraction that is 'free' may absorb slightly better plus it kills most the sour. Then I stir in d-Ribose, which I also need anyway, this adds sweet. I use super-strong black tea as the 'water' base to dissolve the AA and then the same water to soak the sunflower lecithin. Bit diff approach than I used initially - and it still tastes VILE if you ask me, but either my body (which has told me in multiple dreams it loves it, calls it "the liver food and repair juice" LOL!) is helping me like it better so I'll take it more, or those little tweaks help.
The DIY stuff is micro-emulsified. Lecithin will create liposomes all on its own so it's also partly liposomal. But not fully and even what's encapsulated may, despite the sonicator, be too big to get past the liver. (Which really I consider fine, since the liver's where everything needs to start anyway.)
Bear in mind that the absorption capacity of venous C (SA and ringers, I assume is the formula, there's an official one online) is only about 30-33%. The kidneys vent the rest. So even a DIY micro-emulsified-semi-liposomal, if you are just willing to take it in a lot of small doses, can probably get as much or more as an IV approach.
Researcher Dr. Cathcart has a white paper online related to bowel tolerance of C for various illness states -- although bear in mind that was oral AA/SA dosage, but in many small doses, so much more % of them might have absorbed than normal. I forgot these things, so to prevent confusion let me add them:
The bowel tolerance is 'increased' when the body has so much junk going on in the bloodstream/lymph and even actual stomach/gut that the AA starts getting used like crazy the instant it gets into you.
So on its path through your intestines sucking in water, there's less and less of it. Hence less water... less flushing... none at all if there's more 'demand' on it than there is substance.
Not flushing at all means your body 'had time' to digest 'what you gave it' compared to 'what it used right away.'
What Cathcart was measuring was what you could take not all at once, but in too-small-amounts-to-be-flushed that were repeated throughout the day, for however many days until the illness seemed conquered.
But even the bloodstream quantity of C doesn't reflect all the different tissue quantities. You can have ok blood counts and have deadly scurvy in a certain area of tissues still.
If you took 10g of C and flushed all but 1g of it, this could be despite that your body still desperately needs 50g (or more, ongoing). It's just that only so much of your bloody/lymph/gut can "get to" what you have ingested BEFORE the point where what you ingested is flushing itself out.
Oh yeah, the other thing: Aloe Vera (fillet leaf gel) is said to increase the absorption of ascorbic by 300%. I just saw a research ref on that today. I believe piperine also increases it somewhat but maybe not nearly as much.
The last 20 months approximately, on the upper part of my three most central upper frontal teeth, have appeared three cavities, as in that there are actually real holes in the teeth - each maybe 3x3x1mm in size. And those teeth are tender.
I had "white"/"demineralized" spots on my teeth for many years, and when I grew up I had lots of teeth problems, except for an occasional general sense of sensitivity. Last 15 years I didn't need to go to the dentist.
I am a healthy (though slightly aspergery) male, 30 years old, slender, tall. I take some sodium ascorbate, MSM and Borax every day. Last year I drank concentrated lemonade maybe 30 times. I drink honey tea several times daily. I have no Amalgams since 20 years, and I did take ALA and DMSA before to kick out any heavy metals.
I must fix this in order to feel comfortable with people - in particular next time I get a girlfriend, but also just for making big smiles!
The fixes I'm aware of is
* Comfrey root rinses, it's said it can actually re-grow teeth?
* Eat fat soluble vitamins with coconut oil, e.g. D and K2
* Maybe somehow eat more minerals, in particular calcium and phosphorous, though not sure how.

I am doing detoxification with high dose liposomal Vitamin C and liposomal Glutathione. I understand that the detoxification focuses on heavy metal detox (vitamin C) and liver detox (glutathione). I have been doing it for over a month now. I am feeling more and more calm and relaxed over the last month.
How do I know that I have done enough of detoxification?

What should I try after detoxification? I understand that I should treat candida after detoxing heavy metals and liver, just do not know when is the right time.
For example, the half-life of inorganic mercury in the brain is something like 20 years. I bet you'll want to speed that up : ) However, I doubt that what you are currently doing will greatly increase the rate that it will get across the blood brain barrier and out of the brain.
Cutler's heavy metal detox protocol was designed to get inorganic Hg out of the brain.
Hopefully that is not your issue and you can focus on improving liver function, etc.
There are a number of liver pathways, glutathione conjugation is only one. Sulfation is another that some people like to support.
Basically, I am detoxing whatever heavy metals (mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic etc.) toxicity I might have. In the past, I used Boyd Hailey's OSR#1 for 3 months and that cleared up my head a great deal. Right now, I am focusing on liver detox and I understand that high dose vitamin C detoxes heavy metals while glutathione (thio in it means sulfur) detoxes liver.
What dose and dosing schedule did you use when you were taking OSR.
When I started detox I was thinking about using that rather than DMSA + ALA ( Cutler ).
In the end I decided to do a year of Cutler and then reevaluate the situation. DMSA has been around for many decades and of course LA is natural. I responded well to that so I did not have to give it much thought.
The loss of OSR was tough for some parents of autistic kids who have terrible time sleeping.
I just used the tiny scoop of OSR twice a day. I took it with food, but I now realize that it should be taken on empty stomach. I also learnt later that Molybdenum supplement should also be taken while taking OSR. I felt a lot clearer in mind. I took it for about 3 months and then I stopped it and started to treat candida. The candida treatment went on for months and did not succeed.
I decided that I need more detoxification before I can come around to treat candida and I started high dose vitamin C and glutathione. My local health food store keeper suggested high dose vitamin C for heavy metals detox. Vitamin C has plenty other benefits also. This is Dr Lam's treatment for adrenal fatigue. I just wonder when I know I have detoxed enough and can get started with candida treatment.
DMPS tends to be okay when a person has a candida problem.
Make sure it really is candida and not some other gut imbalance. A few people got a stool test and were surprised that it was not a candida problem. I was one.
People in the Cutler support groups typically treat candida at the same time they are chelating--zinc comes to mind but there is a list of things that can be tried. I also used the supplement Candida Helper. A friend did as well when DMSA exacerbated a candida problem. She also uses high dose probiotics designed for the problem. I don't know the name of it.
I just wanted to leave a very brief message to call people's attention to the distinction between acute hep c and chronic hep c. I've received quite a few personal messages from folks about vitamin c megadoses and hepatitis, and we should all be aware that acute hepatitis is much less serious, and less intractable, than chronic hepatitis. I encourage everyone to read Levy and Klenner and Pauling and the other vitamin c doctors and researchers, but please find out what type of hepatitis you actually have before jumping the gun. Forgive me for stating the obvious, I'd just like to see people make the best possible use of their time, effort and resources.

A "Google" internet search for "hepatitis" will get you nearly four million responses; coincidentally, that is the approximate number of Americans with hepatitis C. So it's no wonder I get so many questions about this disease. Let us immediately cut to the chase:

I have personally known persons who took oral vitamin C to bowel tolerance and beat hepatitis. I have also seen a person fail with oral dosing alone, so do not take any chances with Hep. Get the IV.
I think I have a good cure for rectal cancer. Dissolve 1 or 2 teaspoons of DMSO into 4 oz of water, than add 1 packet of 1,000 ml of liposome vitamin C and 1 teaspoon of honey, next blend them well and inject into the rectum and retain it as long as you can. This can be repeated throughout the day.
Baking soda can also be used instead of the vitamin c but not at the same time.

Wow that is some great information you provided. Thanks for the write up. I was unfamiliar with dehydroascorbic acid. Sounds interesting.
Just during this current outbreaks I took upwards of 15g of Vit C (in divided doses) before getting any digestive distress. It is of my understanding that during these times that are stressful for your immune system the body's needs of Vitamin C increases.
Also with some tips from earthclinic I have been applying a vitamin C "Paste" directly on the lesions. I usually open 2 - 1mg capsules of ascorbic acid with about 2 drops of water. Mixing in a little sodium bicarbonate lowers the acidity and sting a little but doesn't seem to remove too much effectiveness. In the last batch I also added just a drop or two of DMSO as well to improve the depth of adsorption. Upon the first application all of the little red "heads" had turned white. I try to do this once or twice a day and leave it on for at least an hour.
The next thing I am experimenting with is dissolve some vit c in pure water. currently 1 gram with about 1/4 ounce of water. I filter out the insolvables like magnesium stearate with a coffee filter. I then usually mix this 1:1 with DMSO and apply this throughout the day. Using this mixture when caught early I have prevented an outbreak from busting open. The healing process was much quicker too.
Last thing I am looking into is high dose IV Vitamin C. However, recent research is showing that liposomal Vit C may be just as good. I just ordered 30 packets of a popular liposomal vit c and it should be arriving soon. I am hoping it works as well as it is hyped.
re: Your skin is not like the digestive tract: it doesn’t have the acids and enzymes that will break down mineral ascorbates.... Only ascorbic acid or dehydroascorbic acid will work.
Ascorbic acid is Hydrogen ascorbate and like mineral ascorbates such as MgAscorbate, CaAscorbate will dissociate in water into a cation (H+) and anion ascorbate(C6H7O6-). You still wind up with anion ascorbate with a negative charge so I am not sure if it will penetrate skin.
Dr J Wright suggests using a penetration enhancer such as DMSO to carry the vit C in.

So my buddy from the states came to visit me, and he brought me Lugol'sIodine 5%.
I noticed I had become infected with Herpes the last week of January 2016. First outbreak lasted about 10 days (Including full healing). It wasn't pretty, let me tell ya.
I began taking Lugols on February 9th. No cosupplements in the beginning.

On Saturday, I did the same off and on throughout the day. I was afraid of burning my skin by last night, so I went and bought three fresh coconuts. Chugged two, and showered in the last one. It helped with the stinging.
Last night I also noticed a small row of herpes beginning to appear above my penis. It's definitely an outbreak. I feel slight discomfort at my lower back. Genital lymph nodes aren't sore yet though.
For the record, this is my second outbreak.
Now, this morning.
This morning I awoke to observe an interesting site. All of the herpes sores were milky white. They looked like they were crusting over. This is only my second outbreak, I know, but I didn't see that at my last outbreak. My last outbreak, I used acyclovr and some cheap betadine which didn't really seem to help much.
They still hurt to the touch. And yes, there are some other sores sprouting up. So I continue to carpet bomb the area with Lugol's Iodine and then douse the area with soothing coconut water to help relieve the burn.
This morning is also the day when I decided to dive into 8 drops a day (50mg right?).
Good god. First 10 minutes, great rush of energy. By the 10th minute, I'm already foreseeing it, "This isn't going to end well."
Anxiety starts to set it. Mini panic attack. Palpitations, heat flushing, odd tingling sensations, headache, some pressure around the eyes.
"Goddamnet what did I do."
So I look at the writings of the so called "experts" and decide to attempt to get some of the co-supplements to help ease the madness. I'm of the impression 50mg is a weak dose and isn't enough for me to OD on, since I know Iodine was tested in patients with 300mg doses a day.
I was well aware these were mean detox symptoms. I was just suprised they came on like that. I felt nothing but positives (and the stray suicidal thought) with 4 drops a day.
So I go to the "health" stores here, and I was able to find 500 mg Vit C (Ester) and 250mg Magnesium Oxide (Best I could find). I couldn't find a sole Selenium supplement, just multivitamins that contained it. I also can't find good Sea Salt .
I DID find Black Salt, which is unrefined (I think), so I'm taking that now. Please, if someone knows, tell me if Black Salt is acceptable.
I ate at 12:15pm, slammed 4 Vit C pills (2,000mg) and 2 Magnesium pills (500mg). Felt tingly, a little funny, and tired. I also bought a coconut, drank half of it (Coconuts have Selenium and Magnesium too). And then I put roughly 1/2 TSP of Black Salt (Tastes literally like rotten eggs. High Sulfur.) in some water and chugged it.
About 5 hours later, I feel better. I definitely felt sluggish so I took a nap, and awoke with a headache, but I think it was a caffeine headache. I usually have one cup of coffee a day, so I went to go get some, and now I feel a bit better.
That's the scoop now. Yes, I will definitely keep updating this log. I don't buy into BS claims by conventional medicine, that something could possibly be "incurable". I know Herpes can be cured, or at least have symptoms stop.
As far as diet goes, remember, this is Cambodia guys. My diet composes of some rice, fresh water fish, chicken, cooked and raw vegetables, beef, insects, duck eggs, and alcohol here and there. I also eat animal organs regularly. Liver, blood, hearts, brains, whatever man. Sometimes I eat Dog too.
No, I didn't alter my diet at all for the Herpes. I don't think it's necessary. I think it's like pulling straws. So I still eat chocolate here and there, I eat coconut meat, and I eat peanuts. And yeah, I drink, but I rarely get drunk. I only drink about 3-4 beers/cocktails once or twice a week.
Tomorrow I'm going to do 4 drops in the morning on an empty stomach, and then after I eat (Lunch, I don't eat breakfast), I will do another 4 drops, and add my supplements.

Lugols Iodine is an anti viral, as well as anti bacterial, and anti fungus, and many other things from what I read here.
Though what you experienced is what I and many others experienced, is that stimulation of the thyroid from getting Iodine after being deficient.
An increase in your metabolism is very scary if you don't know whats happening or never experienced such fast heart rate, racing thoughts, etc..before. It can be dangerous with a thyroid storm, but that is also very rare and can be avoided by taking lower doses such as 12.5mg or lower, and slowly going up rather than quickly as you and I did.
To answer your question, I think Colloidal Silver or some other natural anti viral is better for this as Lugol's iodine fixes a lot more than just herpes, and you may not be able to handle the healing crisis. Good news is your body has better immunity from the Iodine to fight off disease.

I really am not feeling a great deal of detox symptoms. My knee joints ache a little when I walk, my memory is a bit worse,im slightly irritable because i stopped drinking coffee too. I get occasional jitter episodes that last about 2 minutes.
I am getting small cherry angioma bumps (they are small, firm, and a bit red) around the top of pubic region. Hard to see. I dont really care about them, but I am wondering if thats somehow from the hsv or from the iodine. Anyone know?

The Herpes sore has stopped cold thus far. It isnt spreading, its drying up, and now im just waiting for it to go away.
This is my second outbreak and it isnt that bad. Besides some minor lower back aches here and there, and the occasional sore lymph node, its alright. My sores dont hurt that bad, and its not a huge outbreak. Its about 8 small sores really clustered up together next to the base of my penis. About half an inch in length.
