I hope this reaches the people who need it. People like my friend who has suffered from hemorrhoids his whole life. But that all changed when a relative from out of the country got him to try an old natural hemorrhoid remedy from the past. Well he tried it and for the first time in his life a hemorrhoid remedy actually worked. He was so excited he now wants to see if this natural hemorrhoid remedy will work as well for others, so he's personally producing this product and offering a free trial to the first 25 hemorrhoid sufferers who respond.
If you've tried everything else, and it hasn't worked, then this is for you. Just email us at (take out spaces) free trial @ i got hemorrhoids . com
Please feel free to share this with any other people who are looking for a hemorrhoid solution that really works (my friend who really love to talk to you or them).
Hey folks, I've been battling parasites for a year. I might have gotten them from a trip to the tropics in 2014 (i did have pretty bad food poisoning but then it mysteriously disappeared) but then suddenly had an onset of insane fever+constipation+fatigue+worms and eggs in stool in 2015 that doctors wrongly diagnosed as Stomach flu. I am only 22 years old and it has been taking a toll on me mentally and physically. Here are the list of symptoms I have:
-worm-looking floaters in my eye and tiny dot floaters sometimes transparent or a little darker
-My bones often crack and I feel "pulsating" or twiching in muscles all around my body and abdominal area
-during ovulation, intense itching in groin and anal area + bleeding. rashes. (might be pinworms)
-increasing acne on face and back
-things that look like roundworms, ropeworms, Tapeworm eggs, rice-looking segments, flukes, black specks, tiny white hair like worms
-sneezing/blowing nose during cleanses
-almost always itchy scalp,nose,face, ears
-severe fatigue, weakness
-randomly get hiccups
-brain fog, nervousness, depression, anxiety
Things get way worse during the full moon. Sometimes I can barely get out of bed and need plenty of caffeine to get going. I've tried easier to get natural/alternative products but the creatures keep on coming back. decided to try Humaworm. I'm still waiting for it in the mail. What are some tips you have?
You may have disseminated worms. Mattk3 Document 255 states, "Pharmaceutical medications are best treatment for disseminated worms. Herbs only work on gastrointestinal worms." Mattk3 protocol, "Start on Praziquantel 25mg/kg (minimum dose) every day, divided into 4 doses, 6 hours apart (ie 9am, 3pm, 9pm & 3am), for minimum 7 days up to 30 - 60 days +
Praziquantel 25mg/kg/day (divided into 4 doses) should be taken in combination with Albendazole 200mg - 400mg/day, divided into 2 doses (ie 3pm and 3 am).
I am on day 21 of Praziquantel 50mg/kg/day in combination with Albendazole 200mg-400mg/day. For me, the anti-parasitic medications started working on day 15. Things are beginning to calm down in my body. I plan to dose for 40 days minimum.
I had no idea worms could penetrate intact skin! Nematode larvae entered intact skin on my lower left calf. I went to five different doctors. All 5 doctors wasted my time. Doctor number 5 just kept repeating, "I disagree with you...I disagree with you...I disagree with you..." Now, "I disagree with you" is like echo in my head.
Doctors make people continue suffering with parasites. Lets hope the NHS is replaced by private companies. I have used piperazine. You can buy it sold for dogs and rabbits etc. Also I have had half a pineapple per day.
What kind of parasites? I have little worms coming out of my skin and they are all around my house they look like hair and or threads and I noticed black dot things with the hair attached like legs or something.. Can u help me figure this out and or what to do to get rid of these little f***tards??
Are you asking me? I don't know how to buy drugs apart from those sold for dogs etc. You need to be careful about what you buy. If the worms eat blood then I would try piperazine. From my experience it will be slow. I have been avoiding too much meat and trying to eat pineapple and some currie.
Hi. Your story hits home.
To the best of my knowledge, I have skin parasites. I itch and get open sores, cuts and scratches in my skin. It sounds like you have skin issues as well. Your feet itch, right? What led you to believe that internal parasites are the cause of your feet itching? Please educate me on what nematodes do. I am trying to figure out if I am a candidate for prazi, pyrantel pamoate, or both. I am currently taking fenben and applying small amounts of ivermectin and antifungals topically to affected skin.
Were you able to preserve the worm that you found on your calf/lower leg?
Hope you are still getting better.
Humaworm works, I'm a 23 year old female and my body is INFESTED with blood flukes, liver flukes, tapes and roundworms.. I see heaps coming out.. especially liver flukes, Liver Flushes and enemas are necessary too IMO
Are you a member of the humaworm group on facebook?
I did pharma drugs too but ended up with high liver enzymes.. I should have lowered the dose, but I believe the kill rate was too fast I had to take a break, I felt hungover 24/7 for a whole month afterwards... ythought I had ended up with some weird side effect, I was horrified. If I were you I would start with herbs.. and then maybe try the Hulda Clark mop up program after 3 rounds of herbs, just my advide :)
Err... Not sure if this is the right place to post or not. and its quite embarrassing - but I recently did a water fast, and am having some fruit and veg while breaking it over a few days.
I had a BM within a few hours of my first juice after breaking the fast. since then, It has been very exhausting to keep up with all the BM's.
They sometimes exceed 16 within a 24 hour period.
They are normal, soft, not hard. They appear to be well-chewed, but are still in their food/pulpy form - as if they were the juice pulp from the juicer in the form of a stool. (pardon the graphics). They seem to be effervescent as they hit the water and disintegrate. They do not smell, they are more food-like.
At first I asked my doctor/naturopath who said it was normal as humans have a reflex that means they have a BM with each time they eat. I am eating small snacks throughout the day so at first I wasn't concerned....I was told it was healthy.
But now, after a few days I am beginning to get exhausted from it. I eat just to give me energy to have the next BM, which after leaves me tired, lethargic and low blood sugar. So a have a small snack after a BM... which triggers another BM response, which then makes me tired and lethargic. Which repeats in a feedback loop. I also feel like I am not completely evacuating. I have done an enema which doesn't really solve anything
I tried going back into the fast which solves it momentarily... but upon eating it steadily build momentum to all day in the bathroom.
Also, by the end of the day, after all of my little post BM snacks, I feel sore and bloated, and tired.
Is this normal? I can identify for e.g. that a grapefruit I ate at 3pm exits 5 hours later... is that quite fast? am I absorbing anything after this fast? will this slow down?
As a result I have reason to believe I may be experiencing internal haemorrhoids as I have blood in my stool and rectum... Or could this be something more serious? I am experiencing pain and I may be wearing myself out from constantly cleaning the area.
Any help would be appreciated.
I don't particularly subscribe to colonoscopies.
well Im about to beat my record... now I'm up to 14 in 10 hours - by 24 hours I think I will have a new Personal best.. or personal worst... however one may see it. And I do employ the squatting method.
Mine aren't sand.., more or less like the pulp one would find in the juice extractor... well chewed, normal shape, soft,,, but not looking like anything on the Bristol Stool chart, more food coloured, and yeah, like chewed food. Bit of blood and various mucuses for good measure! (excuse the graphics but necessary for health purposes)
Im so tired, bloated and sore. I think I will have to go back into the fast. I need time out from the bathroom. Its been like this for days..
I just went now, and the bowl was bright red... yet I do not recall eating anything bright red.. Blood?
Its passing so quick, that I doubt Im getting the nutrients. I am no longer gaining weight after my fast, but am again loosing.
Maybe not leaky gut... maybe the digestion is still dormant and not woken up properly and just letting it all slide by without processing.
I had a grapefruit with some olive oil to create some bile...
Not sure what else to do. TIRED OF BMS! feel like I only eat to muster enough energy to defecate...
So not eating it (the probiotics and the yoghurt?)
Just the enema of it?
Or would both be helpful?
I don't think I can do a FMT , as exotic as that sounds I think I would have to skip that one out. I don't even trust baby-BM's. not my own, others, and I don't think I could even ask for someone elses... in fact I think my BM's are superior after all that fasting, clean and nice.... they are just too excessive. Im creeped out by other non-fasting peoples BM's.
Last Liver Flush gave only1/4 cup tiny tiny little soft specs as I have done a few. nothing hard or interesting there.
2am here. No sleeping due to my excessive BM's.
Bloating gone from sipping ginger tea and prior to that pineapple juice... Hungry but I dare not eat lest I start the vicious cycle all over and jeopardise whatever sleeping hours I have left!
now creepy nightmares of getting really sick and then needing foreign poop to heal and cure me....Ha thats a good one.
Thanks heaps for the advice.
I will keep everyone posted esp if I brave it to do the FMT ... but not holding my breath on that one.
ok what about probiotics in the diluted yoghurt? For added bang and more colony forming units into the multiple millions?
and eating it too?
Its not diarrhoea at all though..., its quite ok, just a little fluffy around the edges, and soft so when it goes in the water it sometimes breaks up.
Just not brown, but reflective of what food it once was.
Hold on listening to that shark guy. I think you and i ate to much too fast. Our body stopped making digeative enzymes while we were fasting. I am just going to go buy some digestive enzymes and drink carrot juice till its gone.
Yeah I had been going quite slow,,,, then back into fasting, then back into eating again even slower...
Im talking only fresh juices, then veg, fruit and some watery broth...
Im mean any slower than that and I would be gulping air!
But yeah, maybe slow down if you did more than that... I am a week after breaking my fast so I should be pretty close to a normal plant based meal... but alass - the toilet does all the eating! I am merely a medium to feed it!
Trying the enema... but still can't get an answer whether to eat the yoghurt to or just in the enema... its a mysterious secret.
"but still can't get an answer whether to eat the yoghurt to or just in the enema... its a mysterious secret."
I clearly told you to take yogurt enema.
I never said anything about eating yogurt.
Cause if that was equally important as taking yogurt enema, I would have told you.
I only tell to people the most important answer, to save your and mine time. I don't always have time to write 50 sentences.
What is not important, I don't talk about it.
If something is not as important as enema, it simply means it is up to you to decide if you are going to try it.
Yogurt enema may still be more effective than just eating plain yogurt.
First of all, saliva has to mix well with your food including juices. Your intestines are not dealing with fiber due to lack of good bacteria. Take some probiotic pills. As WS mentioned yogurt from both ends will help.
Best thing to do I'd to eat short grain brown rice with yogurt. It will bind your stools well and stop the BMs. If you can make Khichree, even better. I love split moong bean Khichree. Take equal parts of brown rice and split moong beans, put it in a pressure cooker with water, one inch above the mix, add Sea Salt andvturmeric powder and once the whistle blows three times you should be done.
Yes I did take great care chew really well until it was like a smoothy consistency. - Most of the time (upwards of 80%) this is what was appearing.
The problem seems to have been cured - or at least on the way to being cured. I Believe the WS was right.
I will include details for any other person suffering from a similar circumstance/ailmement..
I awoke after a very late night of many many BM's.
I juiced a whole lemon (including skins) in juice extractor and had it with warm water... the previous night I had had ginger/clove/cinnamon/lemon/honey tea...
So by the next day I was as digested as I could possibly be at that point.
Had 3 Probiotic with 8 billion CFU's
I did 2L enenma of straight tepid water, flushed in the straight out. I did this to clear the way so that the good bacteria in the yoghurt could make nice contact with my insides - and not to the food/waste matter that would potentially be washed away.
Then I too 3 TB organic raw yogurt mixed it with 3 or 4 (can't remember exactly) probitoitcs capsules opened into it, and some tepid water - about 600mls.
I then did this in an enema: First on the left, then on my back, a bit on my right then I stood on my head to make sure that the yoghurt/ probiotic reached everywhere.
I expelled a small amount for comfort - say 300mls.
I went and had fruit and yoghurt - the fruit was for fermentable fibre.
I then did some exercise. Expelled the remainder (approx 300mls). Then for good measure I opened a probiotic capsule and inserted it as far as I could in... left it there to do its thing. Didn't see it come out so it must have dissolved and possibly absorbed where it needed to be...
For lunch I had a traditional yoghurt/garlic/dried mint or fresh mint... I had this with white rice (similar to Archus' suggestion). I had it quite garlic-y to kill any nasties I might have fostered.
I specifically chose starchy white (i normally eat organic brown) as it is a very potent food for bacteria to feed off... better than brown for this purpose.
I had a traditional fermented eggplant, and some very soft baked sweet potato and regular white potato. The sweet potato is an excellent source of fermentable fibre that helps assimilate gut flora.
As Archus said Mung, dhal, and the like would have been an invaluable addition - but as circumstances had it I was oddly out of these as I had not restocked except raw fruit and veg since breaking the fast.
I had further sml portions of fruit and yoghurt, and I am making some fermented cabbage and rejuvalac at present which I will drink and take in an enema over the following days.
Today I again had still minor bloating. I guess the trillions of gut flora I need won't have all flourished as yet, so it will take time. But I don't feel like bursting at least.
This morning I have only done 5 BM's and 7 total yesterday which is a good decrease from 16+++
First things I swallowed a whole mL clove of garlic, and then 1 hour later, did lemon and warm water, followed by fruit and yoghurt.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I know you have a good handle on your health. The only thing I would like to add is, eliminate all fruits for now. The best fruit to eat to stop BMs is Pomegranate, especially the outer skin and inside white skin. It is available in dried powder form take one spoonful twice a day. If you not find the Pomegranate skin powder, you can make your own. Just leave the skins in the sun and let it dry. Crush it and make powder, make sure it is thouroughly dry.
I am curious about inserting probiotic capsule in your behind.
I think I will pm you about that. Should not be a discussion on water fasting forum.
My perineum is swollen and so is the part beginning to connect to the anus and the top part of the anus. Is this protasis or internal hemorroids? I can't push to urinate or to have a bowel movement at the moment. I can urinate but it comes out without effort, I can't push. I ordered butcher's broom but I don't know if that will help the swollen perineum. Any thoughts?
It's puzzling why the Best Websites forum doesn't seem to have many website links lately. A website I just found seems to have the most important health finding of the century.
FIBER CAUSES CONSTIPATION (in the long run)!
Fiber is more or less okay short-term, but it damages the mucosa and microflora over time. And it's common in carb foods, which are already known to be bad when excessive.
Babies on breastmilk don't have fiber, but they have bowel movements okay. The places with the highest percentages of centenarians are Sardinia and Okinawa and the people there have very low fiber diets. Fiber actually is associated with kids' health problems during intake of increasing fiber. Fiber can block ducts in the bowels to the pancreas and other organs and can cause malnutrition.
The website is http://GutSense.org . It's been around for 12 years or more, but I only found it this week.
I am a 45 year old, mother of two.I have brownish pigmentation on most of my face, evenly spread on both sides of the nose. This started 16 years ago, much after my children were born, very light on only nose at first, then gradually spread and darkened over the years. There are other smaller issues like excessive belching , cervical spondylosis, hair fall, fuzzy memory, lack of muscle tone, striations on finger nails, toe fungus etc.But on the positive note I am of happy disposition and not fat
I have had a trouble free, peace n cream skin during my youth.I have tried allopathic peels, hydroquinone, kojic acid, three hourly sunscreen applications etc., but all left my already thin skin worse.Homeopathy and Ayurveda also did not help. Not wanting some cosmetic treatment,I refused to wear makeup to conceal it. I want a healthy skin, for my own sake. I strongly felt that whatever caused it in the first place, if identified and undone should fix it.
A chance reading of book-Herbal health for women, helped me find that I suffered from chronic indigestion. But I was generally vegetarian, and had always maintained healthy eating habits.
I then realized a family connection.
My mother's father and sister had died of cancer, one of my cousin from mother's side is battling it.
My mother, her brother, have had their gall bladders removed.
I, my two younger brothers, and an elder sister have all got pigmentation on our faces, in different degrees, though we all live in different areas and eat very different food.
My both brothers have hemorroids.
We actually used to be a clan of good looking people but now all of us have dull blotchy skins, and vague issues, which do not test positive in any of the general medical tests.
My reading of books by Andreas Moritz and many success stories on curezone, convinced me of the nature cure.
I have done 40 Liver Flushes over the last 2-3 years. Now i am on 2 flushes a year maintenance.I have left milk and milk products for the last one year.i have done a 21-day juice fast and colon cleanse.I am totally vegetarian, eat nothing fried, preserved, or artificially flavored or colored.I haven't master cleanse yet for even a single meal fast gives me a headache.
My face is clearing, But very very slowly.I still have a long way to go before I can have a clear skin, which even a lot of junk bingers have. And I have to help myself first before I can even offer any help to my siblings to make a good case.I am these days into purificatory techniques of Hatha Yoga. I have resolved to heal myself, no matter what it takes, but can't say the same for my siblings.
My query is - Have you ever heard of any such hereditary weakness.?
How can we heal ourselves a little faster?
I do not know which fora should it go to.Any expert advice will be highly appreciated, for this issue of attaining clear skin, which everyone seem to have without doing a thing , has enveloped me totally.
Look into transdermal magnesium. I've been experiencing some positive results for my hyperpigmentation with this. I'm 53 and I've only been using this stuff for about 3 weeks. It's really expensive when you get it from
Ancient Minerals, but you can make your own with Nigari flakes, which you can find the recipe googling here on CZ. Magnesium is amazing when you read both allopathic and alternative documents. You can also bathe in the magnesium, and it's more absorbable than the sulfate ( Epsom Salts ). I would add a healthy dose of H202 to your bath too.
I have stopped doing liver flushes. I did come to CZ years ago because of Moritz, and I have to say that was the beginning of my journey. I did feel better after flushes but felt they were too hard on my body. So now I just put bitters on the back of my tongue to stimulate the Vagus nerve and cause my liver to produce bile. This seems to be working like a charm. I go this morning and night.
I too had chronic constipation for years and years (no matter what I ate). I finally corrected that with Oxypowder , which I use sporatically (only when I have not gone for one day). It's also magnesium based and works like a charm and works every time.
This facial pigmentation (melasma) can have a heredity factor.
Some individuals are more prone to melasma from free radical damage to the skin leading to over production on skin melanin.
Hormones can also play a role in melasma formation. More specifically estrogen, progesterone and melanocyte stimulating hormone (MSH). An example is "mask of pregnancy", which normally develops during pregnancy, but can also occur is the absence of pregnancy. I ran in to a friend of mine from high school about 15 years ago who has the mask of pregnancy, but was unable to get pregnant. She had some ovarian cysts screwing up her hormones. I loaned her a Rife unit that cleared up the cysts after a couple of weeks and she was able to get pregnant.
Birth control pills and progesterone creams are also known for causing melasma.
Melasma is almost exclusively seen in women, but men can develop this condition also for a variety of reasons including excess hormone exposure from meats/dairy, xenoestrogen exposure, diethylstilbestrol (DES) for prostate cancer, certain photosensitizing medications and the use of progesterone creams.
I recommend trying digestive bitters and B vitamins just in case hormones are playing a role in your case.
What I am looking for is an expert opinion on the hereditary connection part; as if I have inherited a slow digestive system, complete with slow liver, pancreas, low stomach acid etc. This is just a conclusion arrived at by a layman i.e. me after reading some books on a variety of nature cure books. quite a few of the men living in hills are also affected by this butterfly like pigmentation.
It my case, it can't be hormones, for it developed it after I had my children.
On my part I am doing everything practically doable to sieve out toxins from the food I take, facilitate my digestive system by eating slowly, masticating food thoroughly, eating a lot of natural fiber, keeping constipation at bay, doing some exercise, following a routine etc.
I hope to cure myself by carrying on doing all this, slowly but surely. But, I want to unravel this mystery of heredity.
Any informed input will be highly welcome and appreciated.
I've similiar problem. I'm 29 now and never been pregnant or used BCPs but still developed pigmentation. Like you, I always had very clear skin until 4 years ago (also started on my nose and spread very slowly).
I've come across two people who have had succesful clearing (One has with grapefruit see extract and another one used this protocol mentioned in the acneyoda book).
I thought Liver Flushes will help a lot so was thinking of doing that but after reading your post, feel a little bit discouraged. you have done so many. I'm very impressed.
Can I ask you few questions?
1. Have you taken any supplements to balance hormones, like EFAs etc?
2. Do you have regular bowel movements?
3. Do you take any supplements regularly?
4. How much lightening and clearing have you had with the protocol you followed?
5. Do you think liver cleanses will help me?
6. I know that I've to do a thorough Colon Cleanse first but am not able to find something that'll suit me..do you have any recommendation?
8. Do you think you might have candida? have you foloowed a candida diet or cleanse?
9. Do you take any probiotics, digestive bitters etc.?
I know these are lost of questions but you can reply in few words..I'll really appreciate your response!
No, I never took any hormones, for my cycle has been predictable to the hour. Even other wise I would never have! These things are too sensitive to be tempered with.
i thought I had regular bowel movements till I learned that regular meant soft, non formed motions twice a day.To achieve that I take two glasses of water the warmest i can like according to the season, first thing in the morning, no refined sugar, no refined flour, nothing fried or spicy, nothing preserved or out of season food imported from far away,no dairy, no meat.Tall order I know but my taste buds are in my brain. Unless brain finds it healthy, my taste buds don't relish it.in fact not much enters my mouth that won't nourish me.
I'a rather take foods providing a crtain nutrient than take supplement. These days I am finding ways to boost my hemoglobin naturally by taking raisins, dates, and green leafy vegetables.
4. I have had enough clearing/fading of the pigment to keep going. And pigmentation is no longer my identification mark as it might have been earlier.
5. to clean intestine I had used something offered on net.I have forgotton now.
6. I am not taking any probiotics.
7. For probable candida I am using oil of oregano, internally and locally on my toe.
Hey Shaffaf, what a progress you have made. What would recommend for a person like me who has had pigmentation problem since four years now. My BMs are not regular and I want to get rid of this problem or lighten it (just like you). Is it possible to talk to you on the phone?
I'm 29, female, dont have any other health problems.
I'll really appreciate your help!!
You can email me your number or I can email you mine (and set up a time)..hope you live in US?
Good Luck, with this determination, I'm sure you can beat it and this has given me hope as well!!
Lots of best wishes to you!
Yes, use it as a gentle scrub every day. Make baking soda into a paste with warm water and gently massage onto face and rinse off after 2 mins or so. Use it gently, don't scratch your skin. Works wonders. I'd love to know if you have results. I think you should see a difference after 30 days. I used to have a brown patch and it has gone.
Hi, you can use the following methods
- Chemical peeling, such as glycolic acid, can be used to reduce pigmentation on face
- Topical application of lime juice might prove beneficial because of natural bleach content.
- Cucumber juice applied to face aids to decrease any color marks in your face.
- Gentle exfoliating cleanser helps to remove dead skin cells and use a skin toner to close the pores
- Aloe Vera juice contains anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce redness and skin irritation.
- Apply pure vitamin E oil to pigmentation on face
I basically use Aloe Vera cream twice a day and chemical peeling every week.

Hey, do not worry, you can also try some natural home remedies to reduce pigmentation on face. In order to do so, you can also follow the link below where you will get some natural home remedies for treating pigmentation on face: http://cure-skin-pigmentation.doodlekit.com
Hi. I have like 3 r 4 external hemroids. I am not sure what to do about them because from what Ive heard you really cant do much. I have tried all of the OTC creams and such, and none of them have worked. Is there really anything that WORKS?? Ive also tried some homeopathic remedies and such. I am only 21, and extremely embarrassed about it. I am afraid that a sexual will think I have herpes or something. Whats even worse it that I think I also have IBS so that irritates them even more. I have had them since I was 15, and I dont understand why. I mean even if I could shrink them that would be nice.. Any suggestions??
I can tell you the only way to rid yourself of hemorrhoids is surgery. It doesn't take a mensa to figure out that the cure probably is worse than the problem. It's not going to be a fun time after having someone cut those veins out to go to the bathroom for quite awhile.
I do have a remedy that does not involve digesting pills into your system that could make matters worse or cutting your body up and risking infection.
The first thing you need to do is figure out what caused the flair up. For most people who have this problem it is a wee bit too much alcohol and/or some form of fitness. Any type of activity that makes you dehydrate (take water out of) the body. Your body reacts to this by sending more acid to break down your food. You walk into the bathroom and you have a burning sensation upon relieving yourself. Some people end up with loose stools while others are still constipated. The more you venture to the bathroom the worse it gets. Your either pushing too hard because you're constipated or this stuff is ripping out of you. Either way you have the same result. The pain increases and the blood in those veins is literally drying up and adding to the pain caused by the excess acid.
So, the first thing you want to do is start drinking water and do it slowly. If you gulp down 8 ounces of water your just going to pee out most of it. Sip it. This will reintroduce fluid into the body and assist in digesting your food.
Go to the local drug store and ask for a sitz bath. If someone is nosey and asks why just tell them your wife just had a baby. Most women always use a sitz bath after delivery. It looks a bit like a derby. Now here is what you do...After you've relieved yourself put very warm water in the sitz bath. Not so hot that you burn yourself but it should be a little uncomfortable. Put the toilet seat up and place the sitz bath on the toilet itself (it should come with instructions). Make sure you have a towel within reach. Gently sit down on it and stay there for 5 minutes. At the 4 minute mark reach in the bath with your hand and clean yourself off. At 5 minutes get up and dry yourself off and thoroughly wash your hands. Now grab a dry face cloth and go to the fridge and get 2 ice cubes and place them in the cloth. Go to your room and place the cloth with the 2 ice cubes in it right up against your anus. Yes, it's going to be uncomfortable, deal with it. Hold the cloth in there for 5 minutes. Under no circumstances should you ever place ice directly on the body. Now repeat the procedure 3 more times until you done a total of 4, 20 minutes on the sitz bath and 20 minutes with ice. At the end of the first day you will feel a dramatic result. Keep doing this until everything is totally healed. It normally takes about a day and a half and don't forget to keep drinking the water.
I would try EVERYTHING before surgery. amoils has an essential oil that has reduced mine 80%. just praying for it to totally go. stress can cause them too. There are a lot of different products out there. this doctor had them too and cured himself and he was bad he sayes...
(not sure where his story is but stress relief and oils for sofer poo helped him...lots of info on there anyway) http://askwaltstollmd.com/wwwboard/wwwboard.html
Surgeries aren't as bad as they used to be. There are great minimal-inavsive operations now. Much less pain and fast healing. Of course you should try other treatment options first but ask your doctor about methods such as THD. It's at least a long term solution. I had mine coming and going for years before I went for surgery....
External hemorrhoids form from veins that surround the anus. These veins, for reasons not fully understood, weaken in some people, causing a bulge to form. The bulge then pushes out and appears as a lump, either just outside or just inside the anal verge.
Once formed, external hemorrhoids, are sensitive to pressures, either externally applied (such as excessive sitting), or internally applied, such as straining during defecation, lifting heavy objects etc... Since the bulging portion of the vein is already weak, any such pressure tends to magnify its size and cause further tissue damage.
So, the health of these veins, at the cellular level is a critical aspect to their recovery and repair. The first thing you need to do is to provide the best environment for them to recover. This means, stopping any activity that causes undue pressure, including any issues of constipation or diarrhea.
You can provide therapeutic benefits such as the administration of sitz baths (designed to provide heat and cold therapy) as well as the indirect application of ice packs. Heat and cold both, force the body to restrict blood flow to the affected region causing a decrease in blood volume and thus inflammation.
There are also food choices that impact hemorrhoids. Caffeine, for example, is a diuretic, resulting in harder stools and increased constipation, a prime irritant for hemorrhoids. Coffee and alcohol are prime examples. Foods high in fiber are important in establishing regularity and softened stools.
Your bathroom habits, including how you clean yourself are also factors in how you can find relief from the symptoms. Over the counter products will help for symptom relief since they contain both vasoconstrictors designed to reduce inflammation and local anesthetics for pain relief.
The best thing you can do long term is to learn as much as you can about what hemorrhoids are, how and why they form, and what treatment options there are available to you.
I urge you to try what I did it completely took care of mine but it did take some time and diligence!
Check with your doctor first but it worked for me and I am so relieved! I am 50 years old and have had three children and had some hemorrhoids from that and time to time in life but never like what I just experienced this past April when I contracted C-difficile from my ill and dying mother in law. That is a bacterial infection you can get from older patients in hospitals which is how I got it. I had diarrhea so bad from it that it caused me to have a huge hemorrhoid the size of a kidney bean. That terrified me as I had never had one like that before and it was terribly painful and I did not want to have it surgically removed because all I have read about that it how painful it is. And I was embarrassed about it too!
I read up on it, looking at a lot of suggestions how to get rid of it, consulted my doctor and then decided my plan of attack so to speak and I promise you it worked for me but it did take about 3 weeks before I could tell it was working and at least 4 before it was gone. For the initial pain my doctor told me to take 800mg of ib prophin for the swelling and pain every six hours, did that for about a week, wipe with Preparation H wipes then spray with Dermoplast pain relieving antibacterial spray, the spray numbs the area which takes your mind off of it! Did the spray for about a week then I didn't feel like I needed that anymore.
Get a "donut" pillow to sit or lay on at least while you are at home,it really helps! I would have liked to sit on it at work too but was too embarrassed to do that but it helps to lay on it at night so you are not putting pressure on that area while you sleep.
Before bed I inserted one Preperation H suppository so that in the morning when I had a bowel movement it helped not to hurt and in the morning I would drink on glass of water with one tablespoon of stool softener mixed in.I can't remember the name of it but you couldn't taste it so it was real easy to drink my doctor recommended that but if you have IBS you might not need the stool softener check with your doctor. After all of these things that did help,I still had it.
So that is when I panicked and got online to read what others suggested then I bought some Zink Oxide ointment at Walmart for about $5 and alternated with putting that on after every time I went to the bathroom during the day and at night I would do the prepH suppository and also some prep H ointment.
After the first week I did notice it was finally shrinking then by the second week of that I did that it was finally GONE!
I tried store brands of hemorrhoid ointment but I feel the Prep H works best! And I really believe the Zinc Oxide ointment helped a lot,it is normally used for diaper rash and poison ivy.
It was a lot less expensive than some of the other things recommended online. I truly hope this information helps someone!
HI... Your info sounds great, but I have a question.. I have tried Prep H several times and it does help for that time.. But later in the future I get it again.. Once the swelling goes away what have you done to get rid of the the hanging tissue? I will try your recommended Zink Oxide.. THanks!
I don't want to go into too much detail about my problem, but it happened overseas. I used ice to bring down the swelling and wiped with aloe vera and witch hazel. Also fixed up my diet and a few other things. I don't like the idea of surgery. Looks like some are willing to go down that track. Not me. I finally got rid of mine. There was a blog (I can't remember it now) that put me onto: Don't Panic They're Just Hemorrhoids. Pretty cheap if anyone wants to check it out. Hope it helps.
Being a Hemorrhoid suffer myself i was lucky enough to be able to avoid surgery.
The alternative methods were amazing. soothed the pain an itching within hours and my hemorrhoids were gone in about 1 and a half weeks. Oh and the best part was avoiding the surgery which i dreaded. So check it out and i really do hope it helps. Cheers :)
Hi, I am not sure if this will help you. I am hemorrhoid sufferer myself too and I have done surgery before to get rid of my external hemorrhoids but the problem is my hemroids come back again :( and I didn't want to go through the same agony of surgery. Till I found and used an effective natural solution from a website that I chanced upon one day looking for an alternative to surgery.
Hi there, my younger sister had external hemorrhoids and I can empathize with you how you feel as my sister confided in me how agonizing and discomforting she felt back then. She chanced upon the below site through a facebook link and shared with me this page link that is filled with alot of beneficial information relating to hemorrhoids and the various proven remedies it listed.
Personally I do not have any hemorrhoids now and I hope not.
Hope this helps people who are suffering from hemorrhoids.
Hemorroids are large swollen veins in the anus, the types of hemorrhoids can be internal hemorrhoids which are small and found within the anal canal and External hemorrhoids get irritated and clot leading to thrombosed hemorrhoids the common symptoms for hemorrhoids are bleeding, pain during bowel movement and itching which are caused by too uch pressure on the anal vains, diarrhea and constipation also pregnant women.
When people say to someone that they are a pain in the ass, I believe that they are referring to this condition. There are varying degrees for them, especially the internal kind. There are three areas, both internal and external where they form, do most likely you have an internal one that has also merged or developed an external one as well. Here's the issue, they are troublesome and do come back from time to time depending on your lifestyle, diet and activity.
I HATE seeing blood when I wipe after a bowel movement, and the ironic thing is that it is because of the hems that I fear. I do not consider worse conditions. I dislike the inconvenience of them which they are. It is almost like a wound that never truly heals and is prone to re-injury from time to time.
What to do about them? It depends on how bad they are and how bad they disrupt your quality of life. That is what we are all striving for isn't it? A better quality of life free from hassle and inconvenience?
The one true-sure way to no longer have issues is to have them removed. However, the irony is that WE ALL have them because they are a part of our anatomy and our function when defecating. The veins, in their healthy state, swell and provide a cushion to the intestines as the fecal matter exits our bodies. It is when, through diet or other factors such as diarrhea and constipation, that the veins can become irritated and weakened resulting in them becoming engorged with blood. While this is more of a natural healing method of the body, because of our fascination with butt problems and making jokes about them, we develop a phobic and anxiety ridden issue with natural things. If your nose bled because of a build up of something, you think nothing of it, when it is in a rectal area, you freak out. I do too. I hate it and it has created a mess in my life.
Surgery is the sure way to rid yourself of these issues. But, you are also taking away that cushioning designed by nature to allow the fecal matter to exit the body without resistance. Because of constipation, dehydration and diet, often times the fecal matter is too dry, compact and rough to be passed without issue and the rubbing, pulling and grabbing of the intestinal tissue causes the veins to weaken. The Western Diet is horrible and I am a victim of it as well. If you do not want to have issues, and you do not want to go through surgery, you need change your dietary lifestyle.
This mean. NO caffeine in the form of soft drinks and sugar, and no more than one cup a day. Plenty of soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber is good but not in a large quantity because it does not absorb water. Soluble fiber takes on water and the water remains in the fiber making is softer but still firmer. When you take on fiber, take in in a ratio you find that works for your body and not all at once. An overload of fiber can create aggressive rubbing of the body. Drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol. If you do drink alcohol, have one glass followed by a glass of water in the same amount. 12 oz. of alcohol, drink 12 oz. of water afterwards before the next alcoholic drink.
Eliminate stress from you life. Easier said than done, but stress can cause the sphincter muscles to remain tight causing a smaller hole for the fecal matter to exit because of the tension.
Do not sit for prolonged periods of time.
This conditions is horrible. The bad thing is that we live in an environment where it is difficult to follow many of the needs to eliminate the issues. Otherwise, we wouldn't have them. Pressure from family, society, work, etc, causes much of the things that cause us the issues that create the hems.
If you’re taking a sitz bath in the bathtub, the first step is to clean the tub. Mix two tablespoons of bleach with a half-gallon of water. Scrub the bathtub and rinse thoroughly.
Next, fill the tub with three to four inches of water. The water should be warm, but not hot enough to cause burns or discomfort. You can test the temperature of the water by placing a drop or two on your wrist. When you have found a comfortable temperature, add any substances your doctor recommended for the bath.
Now, step into the tub and soak your perineum for 15 to 20 minutes. Bend your knees or, if possible, dangle your legs over the sides of the tub to keep them out of the water altogether.
When you get out of the bathtub, gently pat yourself dry with a clean cotton towel. Don’t rub or scrub the perineum, as this may cause pain and irritation.
I understand, Hemorrhoids can be real pain in anyone's life. I suffered from it during my first pregnancy.
It isn't like you can't do anything about it. Am sure it's embarrassing to talk about, but you should not be. Many people have it or had it.
I know few creams for Hemorrhoids that can really be effective.
