I should add that after the actual cleanse is over and it's time for the 3 day transition back to eating foods, tell this woman not to do what I did and eat bananas and avocados the first day in a mad eating frenzy - ooooo the intestinal pains! I learned from that mistake, and have done 3 more lemonade cleanses, all of which I came off of the right
The first transition day back to eating should include a full day of fresh-squeezed orange juice, as much as is wanted, plus more of the master cleanse lemonade if that is desired. The second and third day call for simple vegetable broth and optional rye crackers - the broth is simple, but cooked. There are many acceptable raw soup substitutes, as I'm sure you're well aware! I eat a simple room-temp cucumber and avo soup (pureed in a processor) and a simple gazpacho, with tomatoes, celery, cukes, and celtic salt. The first day of soup, I just eat soup, and drink orange juice. The second day of soup, I include flax seed crackers, along with more juice. After the day of juice and the two days of very plain, simple soups, normal eating can be resumed.
