You can "rewire" your brain to be happy by recalling 3 things you are grateful for, everyday for 21 days.
I'm on Day 16, so far so good. :D
Problems came, I did't dwell too long in it.
I've been sad, I had negative thoughts, which all dissolved into nothing after a few minutes.
I don't know about you guys, but I lost nothing doing it. I gained better insight at almost everything.

I agree with this and there is no doubt how one can remain happy by recalling things they are grateful for in life.
Along with that, one must do self-assessment and accountability of how much are we putting our own efforts to make the surroundings positive. One of the ways to become happy is by not being selfish and contributing to the society as well to make others happy.

It's been 3 days that I suffer from a stiff neck and pain in the shoulders, upper back and my hips. I thought they were caused by bad sleeping position so I took Ibuprofen and have my husband massage the areas to relieve the pain. It did ease the pain but it came back in full force after the effect of the medicine wore out. I also took apple cider vinegar for the inflammation but the pain keeps going back. I read other member's posts here and exercise was one of the recommended relief. What I want to know is, can I do yoga, dancing, etc. while I'm having this pain? Or I'll have to treat it first with medicine before doing exercise?

Hi, I'm curious to know if you're doing better now and if yoga helped you at all? I got into an accident a few months ago, and although I am seeing an amazing auto accident injury chiropractor regularly, I want to lose weight while I go about the treatments he's giving me. It's a new year and this has always been my goal. My doctor has advised me not to try anything heavy, so I was wondering if yoga helped you deal with your back pains.
