I have a question for all the water fastings proponents.
I have fibromyalgia for the last 3 years and I have tried a lot of things . The only thing that works is water / juice fasting. The pain completely goes away when I fast for week but returns after i start eating ( even raw food) .
I have multiple other issues like polycystic ovaries and high cholesterol
I cant possibly water fast my entire life so does anyone know why this happens ? Why does my pain come back as soon as I start eating something ? And any suggestions as to how to control it ?
Do you have any amalgam teeth, or root canals? If so every time you chew mercury, or mercury vapor can be a problem. This is overlooked for any health problems you can imagine in your body.. Just a suggestion, but can be a real problem. http://tinyurl.com/jmbh8sq
You might look into the AIP diet. I have done it for agood while and very strict form6 months, and felt so much better and lost 33 pounds. It's basically an elimination diet. I did raw for a while, and for some reason AIP was easier for me and my body does better on it. Essentially you're removing all the foods that can be inflammatory. I had/have fibro and myo facial restriction. I have told a few others about it (MS, and Fibro) and they are doing so well and the bonus is they've lost a lot of weight too. It will take time, but so worth it. And there is a ton of info online about it and even more recipes. Hope this helps.
I don't have an answer to your question but I am really interested to hear about it if you find the answer. I have rheumatoid arthritis and did an 18-day fast last year, during which almost all of the pain went away. I had a flare-up four days into refeeding. Two of my fingers healed during the fast and have not become inflamed again since, but I don't really understand this because the disease is systemic...so if I have it I have it. I don't know why it doesn't go back into my fingers, unless the many drugs I'm on are just keeping it from spreading there.
Anyway, I was wondering how many fasts you have done and for how long? I was told that it might take another long fast for me after the one I completed last year, so I'm curious whether you've already gone that route and still have not maintained the healing.
How I cured 7 years of epilepsy naturally. I had grand-mall seizures almost daily for 7 years and I don't believe in medical doctors except for car accidents and stitching up fingers when you accidentally clobber one with a meat cleaver. The seizures were so bad that my partner was stuffing rags into my mouth so I wouldn't bite off my tongue. I said to my God that if i couldn't handle this myself, that I'm ready to get out of here.
This is what came to me. I started detoxing heavy metals. I used all kinds of natural methods. Did this over several years. Got so far into it that I started giving classes on it. That helped a lot. I realized where this problem came from. I have been Sugar sensitive all my life and it was finally catching up with me. I had to change my diet. This has been the most difficult part. After all this I had gotten the seizures down to once a month - caused by coffee now. Even decaf was a problem. Finally I grew some medical marijuana and learned an easy way to process it into a sort of Ric Simpson oil. This worked wonders and was healing to many other problems I have been living with. I am 73 years young and have not been to a medical doctor for 27 years except to stitch up my index finger from chopping it with a meat cleaver.
Cheers and thank you for sharing!!
I am trying to cleanse from heavy metals too.
Glove-type neuropathy down the hands and legs, but there's a surge in feeling well (albeit with some dizziness and a little fog) after the day's dose of supreme fulvic (fulvic/humic acid complex).
Absorbing with some psyllium/bentonite/AC mix as well, 2x a day, and a vegetable/fruits only raw diet.

Diabetes type 1 started after 2 Amalgam fillings were put in, so -iz very relevant to mah interests-. (They have been removed).
Dr. Klinghardt has an intersting pointer that there's bacterium which defend themselves by putting the inorganic minerals in their cell walls and white blood cells die on contact.. And it's the bacterium which release so many ROS species into the blood.
I praise God for the meat-cleaver people, medical deception needs a lot of amputations done to clear out the lies!
My great niece, has Type 1 Diabetes and I'd run across these
3 articles for simple natural things to help and even heal... If you've not already seen these I thought you all might be interested in them.
First Article: Titled Death to Diabetes about juicing mostly addressing Type 2 but this quote highlighted Brussel sprouts and String beans as being beneficial 'especially' for Type 1.
Brussel sprouts and string beans...
"Raw juices contain natural medicinal nutrients that provide antioxidant, antibiotic, and hormonal balancing benefits. For example, Brussel sprouts and string beans are known to contain insulin-like substances that can be beneficial to Type 2 diabetics, and especially Type 1 diabetics. In addition, phytonutrients needed by the pancreas to produce insulin are present in cucumber and onion juices; and, the phytonutrient properties of broccoli, carrot, celery, lettuce and spinach are also beneficial to diabetics."

(my note: After my cancer and cancer treatement and blood clot when I began juicing is when I felt like I was going to live- it was like an infusion of life.)
Hi everyone! I am discouraged because I finished the 10 day master cleanse and only lost 2 pounds. I wanted to know why this could be? Before master cleansing I ate fairly healthy and went to the gym 3x a week. Pre-day I drank juices all day, Day 1- 10 I would do Salt-Water-Flush every morning and drink the lemonade (grade b syrup, cayenne pepper, purified water, organic lemons) 8-12 cups a day. Day 11 I drank orange juice, next day OJ and soup, next day soup, juices, salads... I also started a vegan diet to see if I would lose more weight and started going heavy at the gym. I have lost 1 pound after a couple of days going vegan and I have been extremely sore after the gym (muscle strain). I am 5'0 and weight 107 (fat % 23) before The Master Cleanse I was 110 and 26% body fat. My ideal goal is 18% body fat and 100 pounds in weight.
Also has anyone else gone through a similar experience?
