I've just completed a 9 day water fast and done 1 day of juice. Until recently I lived a very toxic lifestyle, and put my body (esp. liver) through a lot of abuse. Recently I've been trying hard to turn this around.
I went through a healing crisis the last few days, and was excreting black bile. Black! I would feel horribly nauseous, and then sooo much better every time I would excrete.
Anyway, I could (and still can) feel some bile left in my stomach, which is causing nausea. I googled and read an article saying that black bile when left in the body is very dangerous and you should excrete immediately - by inducing vomiting. I panicked and tried to induce vomiting - but it didn't work.
Now I realise that probably what I've done is shaken up the bile in my stomach and made it reabsorb quicker into my body. Is this right? I certainly feel a LOT more toxic and sick now. I should have just left it and let my body deal with it. I am SO gutted, as I had done a lot of good with the fasting and taken time out of work etc. I'm very worried and sad that I've completely undone all that good work and healing now by just releasing the nasties back into my body.
Is this the case? What should I do? I still plan on reintroducing food today by eating fruit, as I feel I need to get back into the 'normal' swing of things.
I hope someone might know about this and can let me know.
How I cured 7 years of epilepsy naturally. I had grand-mall seizures almost daily for 7 years and I don't believe in medical doctors except for car accidents and stitching up fingers when you accidentally clobber one with a meat cleaver. The seizures were so bad that my partner was stuffing rags into my mouth so I wouldn't bite off my tongue. I said to my God that if i couldn't handle this myself, that I'm ready to get out of here.
This is what came to me. I started detoxing heavy metals. I used all kinds of natural methods. Did this over several years. Got so far into it that I started giving classes on it. That helped a lot. I realized where this problem came from. I have been Sugar sensitive all my life and it was finally catching up with me. I had to change my diet. This has been the most difficult part. After all this I had gotten the seizures down to once a month - caused by coffee now. Even decaf was a problem. Finally I grew some medical marijuana and learned an easy way to process it into a sort of Ric Simpson oil. This worked wonders and was healing to many other problems I have been living with. I am 73 years young and have not been to a medical doctor for 27 years except to stitch up my index finger from chopping it with a meat cleaver.
Cheers and thank you for sharing!!
I am trying to cleanse from heavy metals too.
Glove-type neuropathy down the hands and legs, but there's a surge in feeling well (albeit with some dizziness and a little fog) after the day's dose of supreme fulvic (fulvic/humic acid complex).
Absorbing with some psyllium/bentonite/AC mix as well, 2x a day, and a vegetable/fruits only raw diet.
Tips or links appreciated!
Diabetes type 1 started after 2 Amalgam fillings were put in, so -iz very relevant to mah interests-. (They have been removed).
Dr. Klinghardt has an intersting pointer that there's bacterium which defend themselves by putting the inorganic minerals in their cell walls and white blood cells die on contact.. And it's the bacterium which release so many ROS species into the blood.
I praise God for the meat-cleaver people, medical deception needs a lot of amputations done to clear out the lies!
Responding to you neuropathy problems. I am having neuropathy in my feet. I think it is coming from my sitting in my computer chair hour after hour. What I am doing about it is to go for long walks. To exercise my body by walking, swinging my arms as I walk. Another thing I am doing is learning to grow the "Lion's Mane" mushroom. I will be stir-frying this mushroom and it is supposed to be good for rebuilding nerves.
I did a 7 day water fast and another 14 day fast two years ago
I am 8 days into a water fast and feeling ok (albeit a bit uncomfortable in the bowel region. I'm putting this down to no movements)
I was only going to do 7 days as I've not been at my best nutritionally wise but feeling ok so far.
So going for two weeks again.
Would love to go beyond if I feel ok but there are warnings out there about unsupervised fasts.
Also thinking of moving from water to a juice fat for maybe two weeks also.
Has anyone used this tactic / transition.
A work colleague made my day today.
Turning up for work after a week fast he noticed ow radiant I looked.
Nice compliment I thought.
When I told him was fasting and hadn't eaten for 8 days he changed his mind and said I looked gaunt.
That was my highlight of the day.
Having previously being heavy set. Friends and family always say I don't look good when slimmer.
But you just feel so good inside what makes it the right thing to do.
Morale of that story. Don't let others influence how you really want to be
Congratulations on getting thus far, 8 days is a good accomplishment. I have done many fasts and a few with transitioning to juices. That is a good plan. However, most of my fasts have been nothing but water. If you are not working and continue with a water only fast then that would be the most beneficial cleansing for you.
Yes, people will be astonished with your weight loss and glowing skin till they know you haven't eaten for days. Then we are weird, anaroxic and don't know what we are doing folks.
LOL! It would have been healthier, as explained in the video and links, if Alice has served the leaves raw in salads. But not nearly as much fun . . .
You know, since it is the flowering tops (the "buds") which contain the highest concentration by far of the psychoactive compounds and it is the non-pschoactive compounds found in higher concentrations in leaves and roots (stems too, but those are hard to juice), I am thinking that if someone knew a pot grower they could probably get a good supply of leaves and such for a pittance. Keeping in mind, of course, that the powers that be consider the leaves, stems and roots to be just as illegal (where applicable) as the flowering tops.
What form of cannabis did she take? Hemp oil? Juiced cannabis? Hopefully not hempseed oil, which many mistakenly take. At any rate, I like the idea of using cannabis oil/juiced cannabis as part of an overall anti-cancer protocol, but would not recommend it as a sole treatment option, as is true for just about any item - including my beloved oleander extract.
What form of cannabis did your patient choose? Hopefully not hempseed oil instead of actual hemp oil or juiced cannabis. I like the idea of including cannabis in an overall anti-cancer protocol, but not as a standalone treatment. The same is true for just about any single item, including my beloved oleander extract.
