I used to have pains and sore joints. I noticed it mostly after sitting for 2 hours at the movies, I had problems rising fast from my seat. Those aches and pain are now gone, but I have to say that at the same time I did the therapy, I took up drinking more water and eating better (less meat, more raw food...).
Also for 3 years I could not sleep on my right side because of a sore hip. I put a compress on it for one night, and the problem disappeared. I now sleep on my right side. Internal therapy + a compress solved the problem.
