I have been experiencing a distended abdomen for about a year now and cant figure it out. I used to have a flat six pack and I had perfect digestion.
Today was my first bowel movement in 4 days. This cant be good. It feels like my insides are all swollen. No matter what I eat, I become inflamed and it seems like none of my bodily organs can function! I am even urinating much much less.
This is kind of scary and I am not sure what to do. Ive taken wormwood before without any results. Do you guys think this could be parasites?
From your symptoms I DEF believe you have parasites, sounds like you def have Tapeworm or roundworm, google Tapeworm and distended abdomen or roundworm... there is tons of results, just wormwood will not do anything.. you must add fresh ground clove capsules and Black-Walnut fresh green hull capsules, or you can order Humaworm, which i just did last week, because I am dealing with the same problem.. i do use the bathroom for about 3-4 days sometimes too, its crazy!!
Yeah my body is just sooooo inconsistent. I believe it may be parasites. For example; the other day I took almost triple dose of chlorella powder....I was pooping like crazy all day and my stomach was flat. Got excited and try the same thing the next day, and I became constipated, inflamed gut, and fatigued. Didnt have another bowel movement until today, 4 days later. Just had some more chlorella and nothing is going on.
Now this is gross to think about. I didnt have a bowel movement for 4 days! 4 days! Upwards of 10,000 calories and tons of chlorella and no poop?!? And I was eating healthy and I am always hungry. Thats the thing, being not hungry with constipation is what is supposed to happen...I am always hungry and I dont know where it all goes.
I am also losing weight, not gaining. I used to be 20 lbs heavier with a normal appetite. Im falling apart.
Look at pics on this review. That is my stomach! But I am a guy and it is really frustrating. Ive lost all my muscles and I am actually skinnier in all my limbs except my stomach, which is bloated and distended, not fat! Theres a difference.
I am a guy too I was 190lbs and all muscle in late june, not I'm 170 lbs and lost a lot of my muscle in my legs and arms, I use to work out everyday. I found tons of websites that say with Tapeworm you lose all your weight on your limbs(arms and legs) but you keep your stomach and it gets bloated or distended. I am going through the same freakin thing buddy, my advice would be to do what I'm doing, order Humaworm, and start eating tons of raw garlic... and I mean raw!!! If you wanna go the western med route take some albendazole.. this will take care of either tape or roundworm..
two things that pissed off my worms was raw garlic and raw apple cider vinegar mixed with honey
I am currently taking Parasitin and i saw something in the toilet the other day that wasnt so nice looking, scroll down in this forum and youll see my thread about it with the picture
wow 5'7" and 110 pounds, How do you deal with that?? thats wayyyyyy to light for your hieght, I would have already shot myself.. for reall no joke, I'm losing my mind at going from 190-165 I dont know how you are even dealin with this, alll I can say is WOWWWWWW! O by the way I'm 5'8
So far when I used RAW garlic, the next few days would be really bad, AKA die-off symptoms, also when I first used raw apple cider vinegar and honey mixed in warm water, the next few days were really bad too, die off symptoms again.
Now I am on a product called Parasitin made by Vaxa and having just OK results, I did pass a worm and notice some die-off symptoms but nothing crazy. I dont think its strong enough but its def pissing off the wormss!!
My next product will be Humaworm which I just ordered the other day, suppose to be the BEST out of all natural products. I'll be starting that next week and we will see out that goes...
And if all of these fail, I have albendazole ready to be used, but I'm only going to use this when I feel like there is a point of no return, like who cares just try it attitude..
Whatever it is, you probably have parasites one way or another.
You might want to try some Oxypowder to clean yourself out. Eating tons of air popped pop corn can help, also cascara sagara. If necessary do an enema, 2 cups in bag at most per time to not flush out good bacteria & put acidophilus yogurt in the last bag, plus eat some of it.
I see that you have been posting on various forums for several months and think I have responded to some of them. You started out by asking about parasites on this forum and now you are back again after trying some other treatments for various conditions. I searched for 'maladsorption disorders' and saw lots of websites to give you some information. I agree that a visit to a gastroeneterologist may be helpful to define the problem, some people see alternate health professionals such as NDs. Parastes could be causing some problems as could a congested bile system (gallstones, sludge, parasites), but to regain good health it will probably take several treatments over a period of months or years. The CZ Liver Flush Support Forum has several programs which have helped many people. Most of these programs start with a Parasite program and then go on to other cleanses, detoxification and support for organs and systems. let us know what you do and how well it works. Good Luck.
Yes Mendomaid and I thank you for all your input. Ive looked into celiac disease, and it doesnt look like it. I can eat gluten, and it has no effect. I actually have constipation beyond belief. Not diarrhea or loose stools that is represented by gluten intolerance. Also I have weight loss not weight gain
EXACTLY ME TOO!! I got tested twice for gluten intolerance both negative, even made sure i ate it before tests and lots of it, but unlikes you when I first got sick I did have diaherra for little over a month, then it just stopped out of nowhere, but i would still get it like once a week for th enext few months, either way, you should really lookin into Humaworm or Parasitin, or start using different herbs to help..
Many people with CD do not have diarrhea, I didn't and had constipation along with parasites and gallstones. Some people have almost no symptoms, others have skin problems, neurological problems. The autoimmune reaction is so delayed that most people have no idea that gluten is causing their problems. It may take up to 3 months for a person to see significant improvement on a gluten free diet.
I see where youre coming from. So youre saying I could just randomly become intolerant to gluten. I have never been my whole life and now I am? This is why i suspect parasites. Yes the parasites could be causing me to temporarily be sensitive to gluten because the parasites are inflaming my intestines. I just dont think I have developed a life long allergy to gluten out of no where.
dude i agree they tried tellin me this stupid shittt for last 6 months, tested me twice for it, came back negative, parasites can cause people to become sensitive to milk products and gluten until the situation is handled...
I'm italian all we eat is pizza and noodles, it just wouldnt happen.. I do have some native american in me but like only 10-15%
Yes exactly im Italian and Portugese. Gluten intolerance isnt happening. lol. But if it isnt parasites, then im going to surrender and give in to gluten intolerance.
Think about it, hundreds of years ago people never had any of these digestive problems! Their main diet food was bread too! I believe we have all killed ourselves in this world with antibiotics and other chemical medications.
People with a genetic predisposition to gluten sensitivity can develop celiac disease at any time in their life: some environmental factor (trigger) starts off the autoimmune reaction. People develop CD after stressful circumstances, operations, gastrointestinal infections, pregnancy and other triggers. The oldest person I've read who developed CD was an 86 year old woman - the youngest were infants.
Hulda Clark had 3 patients with gluten sensitivity, all under the age of 6. They were treated by treating the whole family for parasites and removing some pollutants from their bodies and were able to eat gluten again. But she did not follow these children long enough to find out if their problems with gluten returned. Years ago Drs thought that a sensitivity to gluten in children could clear up without further problems but this has been shown to be untrue for if these children have a predisposition to develop gluten sensitivity they will most likely have problems later in their lives. The average length of time between the development of symptoms and a diagnosis of CD is 12 years.
I feel it is important for people with intestinal problems to be tested for gluten sensitivity. Not all of them will have positive tests but if they are sensitive to gluten the damage to the small intestine will continue even tho they may appear to have recovered as long as they eat and are exposed to gluten.
People can have an allergy to wheat proteins but the celiac type of gluten sensitivity is an autoimmune reaction.
Hi guys, I am dealing with this issue now. Swollen abdomen, looks like 5 months pregnant, severe abdominal pain. This came about b.c. of trying to treat parasites by myself. Please, anyone who suspects parasites, please do not use the Internet to try to cleanse, you can develop very severe problems and your life turned upside down like I did. Now I am under the care of chiropractor who also practice holistic health and he has treated several cases like mine. He does muscle testing to make absolutely sure the remedies are correct for my body. Please use the care of someone with an established reputation for treating parasites or you may end up in a world of trouble. You need to use herbs exactly in a 10 day on 5 day off cycling period for 60 days to kill all eggs or parasites will just come back. It's better to pay the money for good treatment, then to learn the hard way as I did. Best of luck in healing! and when I am cured of parasites I will post again the results of my care. Parasites in a horrific disorder and I feel for everyone who is suffering as much as I am.
why did you let yourself go four days without pooping when you can take an enema and wash it out?
parasites constipate you because they don't want you pooping out the colonies they are trying to establish
the constipation is damaging you intestines and the damaged tissue gives them an excuse to invade more deeply because they are programmed to devour the sickly
they are like suicide bombers
try Bentonite clay, you must activate it by letting it sit in water for at least two hours and take on an empty stomach, put quarter teaspoon in distilled water, it will sit on the stop and slowly sink to bottom, once it has all gone to the bottom, it is saturated and can do its work, stir the water and drink, take on empty stomach, you can let sink to bottom over night and drink in the morning if that it more convenient.
a trustworthy brand is this kind, some are not worth taking~
A rebounder is a mini-trampoline. It's circular, maybe 4 feet in diameter. You stand on the rubber mat, and gently bounce up and down.
I've owned a rebounder for 20 months, and it's the best piece of exercise equipment I've ever owned. I bounce up and down gently for at least 10 minutes every day. Since I live alone, mine sits in my living room. It's always instantly available; nothing to set up, nowhere to drive, no concerns about weather. Rebounders also come in versions that fold, so you can store them out of sight.
Rebounders provide superb exercise for every part of the body, but especially the lymph system. You've got 5 to 6 quarts of blood in your body, and a pump to keep it circulating. But you have five times as much lymph as blood -- and NO pump to circulate lymph.
I'm sure that most people on this forum know that the lymph system is a kind of metabolic dumpster for the body. Our 75 trillion cells are constantly casting off toxins, dead cells, and a wide variety of waste products. All that unwanted debris goes into the lymph system.
And since there's no pump to get rid of it, all those wastes, some of them quite toxic, just sit there in the lymph system. There are only three things that get the lymph flowing: (1) Gravity (2) Internal massage to the valves of the lymph ducts, and (3) Muscular contraction from movement and exercise.
That's why so many American couch- potatoes are getting seriously sick. They eat terrible food, drink awful drinks, and when their cells expel the toxins into the lymph system, the toxins, for the most part, just STAY there. Perhaps they infect a breast or a prostate gland, or any one of dozens and dozens of organs. That's why people who are bed-ridden for, say, a broken leg, end up feeling really sick. The toxins just sit there, and infect various parts of the body.
Rebounding gets the lymph moving. Toxins and waste products don't get to hang around and cause trouble. As you bounce, the toxins are moved to the ducts which take them to the liver and kidneys. Rebounding is wonderful insurance against a broad spectrum of serious illnesses. And it's great fun! I feel like I'm 8 years-old when I'm bouncing on my rebounder. All of my 75 trillion cells are on the same page, doing the same thing.
I bought my rebounder online from Al Carter's company. It was pricey, but it came with a lifetime guarantee. Carter is the Bill Gates of rebounding. His website address is: www.healthbounce.com
However, I've since learned that Walmart sells perfectly good rebounders for around $25.00. I'd check them out before I went online. But Carter's site is FULL of information about rebounding, and worth exploring from an educational viewpoint, even if you choose the cheaper product.
Last point: all you need to do is bounce gently up and down. Your feet never have to leave the mat. You don't need to do cheerleader tricks. And if your balance is shaky, you can buy a railing that fits on the front 180 degrees of the circle.
If anything I've said resonates with you, I hope you'll consider buying a rebounder. Trust your intuition.
My name is Donna and I am a certified lymphologist and I would not recommend an inexpensive walmart rebounder. They are so stiff that they cause joint problems for many people. I bought one years ago before I was a CL and used it three days and had to get rid of it as it caused such severe lower back pain. I have met quite a few other people who had the same type of experience. Of course there are always exceptions. . .that guy who thinks they are great and it doesn't bother HIM. But for the general population, they really can cause damage.
There is a world of difference between the cheap ones and the pricey models. Many say that the cheap ones are like jumping on cement compared to the better made units. I would have to agree. They jar your skeleton. Where as the better made units absorb the shock and actually cause joints to heal. Big difference.
Thanks for your input. I've never
bounced on an inexpensive rebounder.
A friend of mine in the Midwest
bought a cheap one at Walmarts,
and told me she loved it. But I'm
inclined to think your judgement
is probably the correct one. My
rebounder cost $169.00, plus shipping. It came with a lifetime
guarantee. A part of me wondered
how the discount stores could make
a comparable product for so little
money. I guess the answer is, they
There are a number of ways to get the lymphatic system going. One free and cheap way is deep breathing.
At an internation meeting of the International Lymphatic Society (made up of alot of big hitters in the medical world, like heads of hospitals and research facilities) one of the researchers did a great demonstration. At that time it was believed that physical activity was the main moving of lymphatic fluid. So this researcher had a man with a camera in his subclavian vein and a monitor so all could view what was going on inside him. He was put on a tread mill and put through the paces and there was not alot of activity in the lymph fluid. This alone was shocking to the audience.
So then he got off the tread mill and did some real deep breathing and guess what, the lymphatic fluid from the thoracic duct shot like a geyser into the subclavian vein. What this means is the deep breathing causes the lymphatic fluid in the thoracic duct, the last stop in the lymphatic system, to gush into the subclavian vein, which is where it re enters the blood stream. At this point it is pure water re entering the blood stream.
So deep breathing is VERY effective and is easy and free.
Dry brushing is also good. Not free, but almost. Smile. Stroking with the flat side of fingers is also excellent. Just stroking works, but the energy that comes from the hands also moves the lymphatic system. So it can be even better than dry brushing in some situations.
The chi machine is also awesome. (http://www.excellentthings.com)
My favorites are the chi machine and rebounder. But these do cost some $.
Also, hot and cold showers. one minute on each cycle (seven times each). This cause intense circulation of blood and lymph. Incredibly healing. You can start with warm/cool and work up to hot and cold. You adjust rather quickly and it becomes quite pleasant. Makes you gasp or even yell, but it is invigorating and makes you feel more alive.
Also, taking steps to not eat foods that clog the lymphatic system is helpful. Salt slows the lymph, stress also does. Anything that is unnatural and, therefore, poison like will cause the blood capilaries to dialate and allow too much blood protein to leave the blood and move to the lymphatic system. Then they draw water and sodium to them and a whole cascade happens that causes you to lose energy and when it is a chronic condition it will eventually cause disease.
Moving the lymph is VERY important.
Signing off for the night
Thanks so much for all the helpful information. And that is so interesting about the deep breathing. Well, I guess I'm going to be doing alot of that.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a year ago and have been reversing it for the last year. I take no meds and have minimal stiffness now. I also had candida, which is basically under control. But I have had constipation and other digestive problems, so still working on that problem, along with trying to get my lymphs uncongested. I am cleansing, detoxing and rebuilding to heal leaky gut. It's been quite a long road, but I won't give up till I reach optimal health.
I appreciate all the help that people have given me. Curezone has been such a great support system. And you are one of my angels too. Thanks again.
You are welcome, and thank you for the kind words. I am an obsessive compulsive helpers. Chuckle.
On the leaky gut issue, the best thing that I know of for that is pure, first milking colostrum. You can join email@example.com by sending a blank message to firstname.lastname@example.org And when you are a member you can read the archives and in the first ten messages there is a post on Leaky gut syndrome and colostrum. Really remarkable.
I used to have leaky gut and then I started colostrum (for other reasons before I knew of it's benefit for LGS) and within three days I noticed I could eat stuff that previously had bothered me and I suddenly had no ill effects from it. Like mustard and vinegar.
I know other people who have had similar remarkable responses. One man, after only five days was able to eat beans and pepperoni and cheese, which he previously could not eat without diahrrea. He was soooooooo happy. Smile. In addition his hair on his head started growing back. Doesn't work for everyone, but it did for him. His barber now sells colostrum.
Anyway, it is nearly miraculous for Leaky Gut Syndrome and this reality is backed with medical research, not just anecdotal stories.
Pure, firstmilking colostrum is nearly miraculous stuff. Has been a huge benefit to my whole extended family.
I have one more question for you. Background first - I weighed about 130 when I first went on the candida diet (10 lbs over ideal weight). Now I weigh 106 lbs. (underweight) and I am having no luck in putting it back on. Eating healthy and feeling pretty good, 100 percent better than I did a year ago. I am just wondering if my congested lymphs could have anything to do with my not being able to gain the weight back right now.
Yes. The lymphatic system looks just like your cardiovascular system, only without a heart to pump it. And it is three times the size of your cardio system. Three times the fluid as in the blood stream. And in the lymph vessesl there are little check valves that keep the lymphatic fluid from draining down into your feet and hands. And when you bounce, those check valves open and the rebound pushes the fluid up through the valves.
That is why rebounding (with the acompanying deep breathing) moves lymph from feet upward, whereas shallow breathing lethargic walking or standing makes edema worse. The fluid keeps coming out of the blood stream, but doesn't get moved up the system, and so more and more fluid collects. Rebounding opens those check valves, which open upwards and close with down pressure, and the fluid is able to slowly move up through the locks. Kind of like the panama canal, only vertical.
Learning about the lymphatic system can be challenging. It has been awhile since I did some on line searches for info, but when I did the info was pretty limited. A medical textbook Anatomy and Physiology by Arthur C Guyton (it is older) is excellent.
If you can get a copy of Scientific American June 1963 there is a great article by a lymphatic pioneer, HS Meyerson, entitled The Lymphatic System
The bottom line is that every toxins and dead cell and debris in the body that leaves the body has to leave through the lymphatic system. It moves to the lymph nodes where it is dealt with by various kinds of immune cells and by the time it reaches the blood stream it is clean water again.
If the lymphatic system shut down you would die withing 24 hrs. A sluggish lymphatic system won't kill you in 24 hrs, but it will keep you from optimum health.
The reason they give you iv fluids when you are in shock is because your cappilaries become so porous that you lose blood fluid into the tissues and lymphatic system so fast that your cardio vascular system can collapse from lack of fluid. So until you stabilize and your cappilaries reduce porosity they keep pumping fluid into your veins.
I am thinking about starting a yahoo groups just on the lymphatic system. It is so important and if you know how to work the system you can experience speed healing where burns stop in hours and broken bones set them selves and heal in hours instead of weeks. Really remarkable stuff.
Wouldn't that get things moving from the feet upwards? I have been body brushing and rebounding for 2 years and I don't notice any difference in my health. I am healthy and have had no problems nor am I on any medications. I have always had good health. But I have spent 50 years on the SAD diet and know that things could probably be better.
Does anyone think this would work also? (see link below) Brenda Dygraf's Lateral Thigh Trainer. I had a rebounder/mini trampoline several years ago but then got rid of it (I wasn't as much into health, nutrition, etc as I am now). I used my Lateral Thigh Trainer yesterday. It seems to me the motions are the basically the same - still up and down gently - with the difference being your legs are working more with the LTT.
Just thought I'd post this and see if anyone has strong feelings about why this exercise isn't/couldn't be comparable to using a rebounder.
My husband had an accident to his thigh that damaged his lymphatic system, it will not shut down and it has bee almost 3 months. He is on a wound vac machine, wears a compression sock, and the fluid is not letting up.
I started lymphatic massage with a dry brush, my husband recently visited our Indigenous medicine man and is drinking a tea I make from tree bark.
How do we bring this to a conclussion? Please make recommendations. Thanking you in advance.
I've had the $25 model, and now have a rebounder that lists for about $300. For explosive jumping,(feet leaving the mat), the better unit gives me a much more stable, secure feeling, but for the gentle movement, which is all that is required for lymph, I don't feel enough force is generated to hurt the joints. My 84 year old mom uses the cheaper one now, from a seated position, lightly gripping the edge with both hands, legs extended and feet resting on the floor. She has had great results and no complaints. When caught without your rebounder, you can 'pretend to jump' repeatedly on any surface to approximate the movement and the benefits. Make sure to keep the movement very gentle.
I was reading you response to the rebounder noticing you mentioned your friend had cancer. Dr. Lorraine Day has some wonderful videos on the market as she cured herself of Breast Cancer against her colleagues recommendations. "Cancer Does't Scare Me Anymore" and "You Can't Improve On God" was 2 that I borrowed from a friend and took 14 pages of notes, which I condensed down to 4.5.If you are interested, I will leave my email address below and I can send these notes to you. They are archived in my Mircosoft Works. Take care,
Thank you everybody for such informative posts. Someone here at Curezone got me a good rebounder for a good price. Her username is tophat, and I believe she said that if anyone else wants one, she can get more at a good price. If anyone wants her e-mail address, I will see if I can find it for you. While we're on the subject of deep breathing, I think I read that it also alkalizes your body.
Sounds like the garden trampoline
would be fine for you. You don't
want to bounce high in the air like
kids do. Just a gentle bounce, up
and down, is all you need. Give it
a try for 10 minutes. Pretend you're
8 years-old again. Feel every cell
caressing every other cell. Talk to
your body lovingly, and ask it to
heal any aches or pains you may have. Bounce to some music that you
enjoy. There are lots of possibilities. I think you'll have
fun, bouncing in the garden!
I've now brought it into the house as it is now Autumn here and I will try to use it at least once a day. I have tried it two days running and feel much more energy running through me.
I don't have many pains or symptoms left now after l/flushes and b/cleanses and I've just bought an ozonator and some foot pads.
Also I'm zapping and feeling rather fine! My mother came Today and said that she hadn't seen me look so well in years!
My excema has been dormant (first time in 15 years!) since i've been taking the and zapping, my hot flushes have gone down from 8-9 to 1-2 and my depression has been lifted other than one day which could be due to all kinds of things.
You have been a breath of fresh air to me and I thank the lord for putting us in touch - and NO I'm not going to go into poetry tonight- It's funny - I only feel the need when I am on a downer!
Thanks for all the wonderful news,
Suzie! It's obvious that your body
is on the Healing Path. All of your
75 trillion cells KNOW that you've
given them permission to begin the
healing process. You're eating the
right foods, drinking the right
drinks, thinking the right thoughts,
and enjoying playful exercise, like
Every day, Suzie, your body, mind,
and soul will become a bit cleaner
than they were yesterday. I suggest
you also begin saying some affirmations every morning, if you
haven't already done so. I posted
a lot of my personal affirmations
on the Affirmations forum. Read
through them. If any resonate with
you, print them out (or copy them),
and begin saying them every day.
And don't forget to talk to your
body while you're rebounding! Tell
your body how much you love it,
and how grateful you are for the
Great Turnaround that is taking place. Bodies DO listen, Suzie,
and, just like people, they love
to hear buoyant, upbeat things said
I'm very proud of you, Suzie! Your
life is going to get better and better. Don't doubt that for a moment.
Yes, I feel that I'm on the right path - But it's early days - my mini trampeline is good for me (when my son doesn't try to muscle in!!) I just have to use it when he's not around. It's a great way to exercise at home!
I do say to myself that I'm beautiful and my heart is pure (or as pure as it is at the moment (I'm realy trying) and anyone who rebuffs me - I think "It is their loss not mine"!
It's very hard when you feel your destiny is to give information regarding health alternatives which people do not listen to (probably because of the western way of brain conditioning) but I will not be waylaid as I have the "proof of the pudding" already!
Owen, your poem that you sent me in return to one of my first poems was "Childhood Recaptured" but I can't find the link. But,
that aside, could I ask your permission to have it printed and framed for my son's school as it mmeans so much to me personally? After reading Matthew his story at bedtime, I still go to bed in tears some evenings hearing the rhym in my head. What a wonderful poem.
I think the link was originally posted on another forum and then your answer was a link to a forum or such like - in answer to one of my messages or poems. I know that "Childhood Recaptured" is still on the Poetry Forum but that is not where you sent it to me originally. I feel that you directed that poem to me personally in answer, before your posting agian on the poetry forum.
We, in the Uk are feeling the tail end of Hurricain Francis and I'm sure you are nownervous about Hugo coming along!
How many springs have you broken? I seem to break 1/month in the winter time, and 1 every two months in the summer time.
I have been rebounding for years now, and I would not trade it for any other piece of equipment.
I have a question unrelated to rebounding, but I read in another post of yours that you eat the same foods day in and out? I tend to do the same. What are your foods? I am really curious.
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I'm in South Florida,
and it has been a busy week.
No, I've never broken any springs
in my rebounder. I weigh 140 lbs,
and it's designed to hold up to
to 300 lb people. However, no one
any larger than me has ever
bounced on my rebounder. It came
with a lifetime guarantee. I'll
end up willing it to someone.
Regarding my eating regimen: go to
the FYI forun, scroll down about 8
days, and see my post about what I
eat every day.
I use a minitrampolene I bought at Sports Authority for $30. It is the smallest one they make. That is all you need.
My experience with the lymph system (which I have to unplug often) relates to gluten intolerance. So if any of you have gluten issues or malabsorption syndrome, the minitrampolene helps a lot with unclogging.
Also, herbs that relax your nerves help with sugar/gluten cravings. I use http://www.herbdoc.com
herbs. Everything I have used there works.
I just bought my rebounding 2 days ago from walmart for $18.88
My cat looked VERY interested watching me rebound so I decided to hold my cat while rebounding, not only for her entertainment, but also for my cat's lymph system health too, AND for that extra 15 pounds for me. She really likes it!!! She didn't want to stop, LOL! We will be bouncing together everyday!
I just don't know whether to wear a bra or not, better for lymph drainage if ya don't, but it seems they would start sagging if I don't. Hmmmmm?
No matter though, I use my cat as my bra, She really keeps things in place, LOL!!!
Before I continue I want to excuse if my english does not sound very clear to you and also make clear that I have NO medical insurance; all medical services in my country are paid and our family's income can't pay for medical expenses. So usual advices like "go and see doctor" wont work. I, however, believe that everything can be cured through proper mindset, body support, cleansing, herbs, prayer and so on.
I am almost vegetarian, except some fish. Do not eat white flour and any form of junk food. Have done two Arise and Shine cleansing in the past.
Some background that might help: I am 45 years male. I was born with anismus(It was only recently I figured out how to deal with it) which went undiagnosed and manifested as severe constipation through my childhood (one or less bowel movement per week! and only with the help of laxatives or enema) which turned into encompresis, that alwso went unrecognised by parents and doctor and ruined my childhood and my rectum to the point I could not feel BM urges anymore. It was around that time when I started losing weight and became skinny for life. Never paid much attention, though, because I generally had good health through my life. However in the recent years I feel down, often depressed, have much less energy and vitality, hear ringing in my ears, used to have night sweats.
I never knew that stools should sink and leave NO residue on the water that's why never paid attention to it. Unfortunately in our society you can't see other peoples bowel moevement, neither it is thought at school or on TV. It was recently when I started toilet training my little son and noticed that his stools are always well formed, always sink and leave no trace in the water. Although we eat the same food and drink the same water mine always float, rarely have a distinctive shape and leave a thin white layer (fat?) on top of the water, like the today's one. It might have gone for years, I do not know, since I never paid attention...
After much reading and wondering I decided I had some form of malabsorbption. I am very skinny, as I said.
Here's what I've done so far:
Went completely off wheat for few months - did not see any difference in stool/weight gain
Started taking digestive enzymes - did not see difference either
Did liver flush few times - one time I got a handful of green stones out but did not see any change in the situtation
Did colon cleanse 2 or 3 times using Arise and Shine system - I saw some good results and got mucoid plaque out. But did not gain weight.
15 years ago I switched to squat position for emptying the bowels - it helped me a lot with the constipation and hemmoroids.
I went to iris diagnostic specialist who told me I had congestion in the gull bladder and a stone in the left kidney. He prescribed me a lot of herbs and tinctures which did not bring any positive effect, except bancruting the family budget.
Did parasitic cleansing few times using Vermox, Hulda Clark's system and a russian system (Trihelm). Did not see any positive changes.
So, I run out of ideas, please write your suggestions and experience. Thank you once again!
I have just got back the results my blood test, sample taken just before I started KF+LF+(MC+SWF) and 1.5 months after I followed a 13 days clark´s parasite course. These are the parameters out of range:
Hemoglobine 10.9 g/dl [12-15]
Hematocrit 35.3 % [36-43]
Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobine 25.4 pg [27-32]
CHCM 30.6 g/dl [31.5-34.5]
RDW 16.6 % [11.2-15.2]
Mean Plaquete Volume 8.8 fl [9-13]
Eosinophiles 5.9 % [1-5]
Iron 18 ug/dl [50-170]
Iron Saturation Index 4.00 [> 16]
Hemolisys Index 4 mg/dl [> 50]
Total Colesterol 205 mg/dl [<200]
Ferritine 5 ng/ml [10-120]
B12 Vitamine 171 pg/ml [221-911]
Glucose 105 mg/dl [74-106] --> within range, but a bit high being the sample taken beore breakast?
I havent yet been able to talk to my doctor, butI had a look and it seems as if I might have (Pernicious) Anemia or Iron deficit or both. It would make sense not only with the blood results, but also with my symptoms: after finishing a Master-Cleanse 3 years ago I suffered from diharrea & inflmation on my abdomen, specially when drinking liquids. I tested positive for blastocistis hominis & blood in stools. i was given flagyl -metronizadole- 750mg during 11 days. I tested positive again for both blood in stools & blasto. Ater a few days I was retested and it was negative (?). My digestive system was completely screw up after the treatment, and has been since then. The drugs killed all flora inside me, even loosing my periods during 3-4 months.
I have tried to repopulate my flora taking milk & water kefir dayly (3 or more liters), taking probiotics VSL#5, eating lately a raw diet -only salads for the last year, but previous year I tried only meat-. My periods have got very very heavy, bleeding lightly for a week before it, and then very very heavily for 2 days and lightly for 2-3 more days. I dont know what was first if the chiken or the egg: if my anemia is due to the heavy periods or if myperiods got heavy after flagyl killing my flora. But the thing is that I got this blood results , just while I am embarked in fasting, althhough the sample was taken before starting it. I am doing a Minerl Water fast, although I have eventually taken some glasses with maple sirup+lemon+cayene pepper, and I am doing SW almost every day, whcih is the higher point of the day as it is when I feel better. I have done over 10 fasts (MC) prevously and never had a problem -felt very energetic-, but I am struggling a bit with this one: I crave food, specially seafood, fish, meat, liquorize,...I´m on day 13, and days 4, 5, 8 & 9 I binged on some of the following: liquorize, creps, black olives and muffins as I paniqued as my period was delayed, but I am since then back to strict fast with Salt-Water-Flush after finishing a very heavy period again -and with very intense headaches even in the middle o the night-.
My questions are:
1) I am jus wondering whether I should continue or i should stop it, or maybe switching to a OJ+Brewers Yeast fast to boost my B12 & detox my liver or to spinach, carrots,.. juicing. I feel quite tired and metimes dizzy, but I am trying to keep going. Anyone got experience fasting in these circustances? I would like to hear pros and cons of keep going as well as of stopping. From what i have been
able to gather, if b12 & iron are lacking due to malabsortion, fasting and Salt-Water-Flush might help to solve the problem. On the other hand, I am just wondering if the SWF might erode also my good bacteria from my intestines. Also, I was thinking of doing P&B shakes starting on the first re-feeding days for about 10 days: would this be advisable still with the B12 & Iron deficit? I am concerned psyllum might erode intestine lining and thereore washing away good bacteria as well as bad.
2) I have an appointment with my Dr to see the bloodtest results. What would you recommend me to raise at the appointment? Further tests to discern the type of anemia? which ones? Malabsortion test? Which test could be advisable to discern what is the origin o my heavy bleeding periods (endometriosis, uterine fibroids,..?) Also advice on options of treatment very welcomed
3) Whether I continue or I stop, I will do a Liver-Flush after. And I am considering to start a meat-based diet: liver, seafood, etc kind of atkins diet in order to restore levels o B12 & IRon, and when retested i levels have normalized then switch to a vegetarian diet as it is my natural taste. Any advice on this?
4) I read in a book that fasting on water might acidify the digestive system, and it is adviceble to add a pinch of bicarbonate soda from time to time to alkalinize, is this true?
Thanks for any advice/ experiences in similar circustances,
Trapper can you move it to some other forums too, like
Ask Curezone so more people can read this. In California there was a Genetically-Modified-Organisms labeling bill and not enough people voted for it.
Of course Monsanto put a lot of money into it to get it
his is how I started to gain weight. Take methylfolate. Have you looked into the MTHFR gene? You may have it which means you are not absorbing B6, B9, or B12 efficiently. Try taking the methyl forms of those supplements and this will help you gain weight. It worked for me. Took me 36 years to figure this out! I also went gluten free and I am on a Nutritional Balancing Science program.
I'm 25 and started having digestive problems about a year ago and it has remained here. My stools smell stinky now and often float, sometimes I see oily substance floating out of the stool in the toilet.
I just found out about pancreatic enzymes and ordered a bottle hoping to fix this problem. I am worried though that I may develop a dependency to taking pancreatic enzyme supplements. Is is possible? Are there better ways for me to approach this issue by improving my natural enzyme production somehow?
Think about this. An exocrine pancreatic defunction can cause candida overgrowth in the small bowel. Pancreatic enzymes, specially protease, keep the the small bowe sterile from fungus, bacterias, and parasites. The pancreas also generate bicarbonate of sodium that is antifungal. People with malabsorption syndrome, floating and pale stools, abdominal cramps, fatty stool, should be checked for pancreatic problems.
I have been suffering from an unexplained malabsorption syndrome for many years, only properly diagnosed a few years ago,I have undergone many tests, colonoscopies, small bowel biopsies,ct scans,mri.pill-cam,double balloon enteroscopy, gallbladder removal.I have tried pancreatic enzymes, gluten free diet,no help, also no parasites ever found, malabsorption is causing malnutrition, which in turn is causing secondary hyperparathyroidism, the pth levels tend to normalize on mega doses of calcium and vitamin d.I am underweight despite a very good appetite,no nausea, stomach pain, some joint pains, fatigue, weakness, also a 72 hour fecal fat test showed elevated levels at (11)

Parasites ana malabsorption.Brasitus TA.
Intestinal parasites not only cause diarrheal illnesses but may also cause significant malabsorption in man. Separation of true malabsorption caused by a particular parasite from other factors that may coexist with and even mimic malabsorption, such as malnutrition may be very difficult. Despite these problems, it appears that giardiasis, coccidiasis, strongyloidiasis and capillariasis cause malabsorption of many important nutrients. D. latum interfere with vitamin B12 absorption.
HEY GUYS, Not to keep posting this same theme, but is LOW B vitamin a MAJOR Candida problem? Since the yeast coating the intestines blocks so much absorbtion, is my 'anxiety'' stuff just plain old low b-6 and b-12 depletion? I take 200 milligrams of multi B. but I wonder If I should be taking alot more. Any ideas? THANK'S GUYS..
No, not necessarily. How do you know you have a B vitamin deficiency?
My hair grows very fast and it's rather shiny; it could not look that way if I was low on B vitamins. This despite the fact that my diet is very restricted because of my allergies.
I am not sure candida per se hinders vitamins B absorption drastically --there are many unproven theories in the candida department--in any case, those vitamins are present in many foods--whole grains, fish and seafood, poultry and meats, eggs, dairy products--milk and yogurt--, leafy green vegetables, beans and peas, etc.
Of course, my candida diet includes lots of brown rice, leafy greens and poultry.
That's more than enough to get all the Bs I need.
I think the anxiety's down to the fact that we're all full of toxins and allergic to a lot of foods. When I get reactions my heart is all over the place and the anxiety hits the roof! Someone here said allergic reactions shake up the organs and blood and this is bound to affect our state of mind.
My post above was not clear so I rephrase it:
It is true that candida cause malabsorption of the foods we eat, for 2 reasons
- the little buggers eat part of what we eat
- the irritated intestinal lining leaks
So there is an overall loss in terms of optimal nutrition, in terms of calories as well as vitamins. But as far as I know, B vitamins should not be affected more than the other vitamins, all the more so since B vitamins are present in many foods, and should even be more present in a candida diet than in a regular diet.
Is supplementing the answer? I am not sure, because malabsorption should be affecting the content of your intestines the same way, wether it's foods or sups.
Over the past year I've spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds on suppliments and have put myself into debt. Now I'm focusing on eating the right foods because I believe that everything we need is in them. I also think a wide variety of veg and herbs is imperative so I constantly buy different things as I discover them in the markets and shops. I know there are some suppliments we need but I try to limit them now.
For instance I have mercury poisoning (I've been tested) and am waiting for my Amalgams to be removed but in the meantime I've found out that cilantro (corriander) is a good chelator but someone said it mobalises the metal but doesn't get it out of the body but I've discovered that tomatoes, brocolli, potatoes, rhubarb (trying to remember what else but I made a post about them) are good chelators and antioxidants so they'll remove the metals. I know when I have the Amalgams removed the dentist is going to advise I buy expensive chelators but I'm going to have to pass and rely on foods that do the job.
I just can't afford lots of suppliments any more and anyway it's all there naturally without having to be in capsule form in a bottle.
As I said above, many foods supply B vitamins--whole grains, fish and seafood, poultry and meats, eggs, nuts, dairy products--milk and yogurt--, leafy green veggies, beans and peas, etc. So Bs are present in just about everything you eat; so all the Bs you'll ever need are not difficult to find in a balanced, natural diet.
Like you, I do not see the point to buy costly, foul smelling/tasting Bs sups, when you can get the same stuff in good tasting cheaper foods.
And I tend to think--I have no proof of it but it makes sense--that Bs are better absorbed when ingested in natural form.
More on Bs http://www.mamashealth.com/nutrition/vitaminb.asp
One thing important to remember though, if you want to maximize your B intake--eat only whole grains--they are a great source of Bs.
Live brewer yeast is a good source too--with the added therapeutic benefit of containing Saccharomyces Boulardii, the main element of yeast, which figures in the formula of a number of probiotics and anticandida drugs.
GEE GUYS, I don't know, mal absorbtion is a BIG problem with Candida. The yeast coats the intestines and makes it hard for nutrients to get through. LOW mineral and vitamin intake would seem to be normal. And not supplementing?? I'm surprised at the responces to this one........THANK'S GUYS...
Sousaboy, when there is a hole in the bucket, do you solve the problem by pouring more and more water in it?;-D
Besides, sups are NOT better absorbed than foods--in all likelyhood, there are less well absorbed than foods.
And even if you think pouring more and more water is a good solution, why not just eat more (non carb)foods? You get the real stuff, it's cheaper, and it has a good taste.
And you can overdose on sups, while it can't happen on foods.
Why think along the lines of conventional allopathic medecine--it's not because a therapy is more costly, more chemical or more traumatic on the body that it works best.
For the patient that is; for labs and doctors who sell/prescribe them, costly drugs clearly work best.
Sorry, ;-D but I cannot figure out the logic in your thinking.
Dear ketchup, If theres a hole in the bucket, and you pour 'less'' water in bucket, then less water stays in the bucket at any given time. (Sorry, no argument intended) When your intestines are coated with candida yeast, LESS nutrients are taken into the blood steam. My logic is simple. Eat healthy foods and ADD EXTRA vitamins to what you've eaten. The more you take in....the more might get absorded in a ''faulty'' intestine. AND.....you would have to eat a sack full of oranges to get 1000 milligrams found in one vitamin c capsule (which is EASILY absorbed into the food you eat with it) And I think the notion that food is always better than supplements is not accurate. THANK'S ......
''eat a sack full of oranges to get 1000 milligrams found in one vitamin c capsule (which is EASILY absorbed into the food you eat with it) And I think the notion that food is always better than supplements is not accurate. ''
Here are basic scientific data one must keep in mind in a discussion about vitamins/sups.
Yes, pills in a bottle provide more C than an orange. The problem is that the body does not stock C vitamin, there is a phenomenon of saturation beyond a certain amount; in fact, the more you ingest, the less it is absorbed. See the following article on the fact that increased C consumption leads to decreased absorption:
So when you take big quantities of C sups, you are quite literally pouring your money down the drain.
And in the pockets of the labs that sell those sups and want you to believe that you absolutely need them, of course.
Studies have also shown that natural vitamins are better absorbed than synthetic ones; in food form, vitamins come with other substances called cofactors, whose action is synergistic with the vitamins, and facilitate their absorption. There is also the consideration that the body recognizes and absorbs more readily vitamins under food form.
See this study on the superior absorption of natural versus synthetic vitamins
Finally, I have discussed with a number of nutritionists, and all of them agree-- a balanced organic diet should provide everything you need in terms of vits/minerals. It's only if you have a bad/processed foods diet that supplements are useful.
My joke about the bucket was to make the following point--throwing money/pills at a problem and/or attacking the symptoms is not the best way to cure a disease.
This is of course the standard approach of the medical eshtablishment but most of the people visiting this forum get to question this view after a while and understand that the curezone's motto ''educating instead of medicating''is a sounder approach, at least for patients.
''Educating 101'' is figuring out that popping more and more pills is not necessarily the answer.;-D
HEY AGAIN KETCHUP.......Your still not selling your case 100%. (a) the amount of vitamin or mineral content you receive even from the freshest vegetables is VERY, VERY VARIBLE! Many studies have revealed our food supply is very deficient. And if your taking capsule form or liquid vitamins that mix with real food your eating....(your saying)....the body takes the vitamins OUT of the food..BUT not out of the vitamins sitting ON TOP of the food. HUH?? Thats doesn't follow logic.....TRUE....Hard tablet, low quality vitamins may have poor absorbtion. But HIGH quality vitamins DO have high absorbtion. (b) MILLIONS of folks take supplements.......everybody's just wastng their money? No way....(c) IF my conclusions are correct.....the HIGHER the % of vitamin/ mineral you intake....the MORE thats avaliable to your body.....Sorry Ketchup....I still don't think your correct......but each to his own........CHEERS.
I agree about the vitamin C and in fact I've upped it to 2 capsules per day. And I take euchinacea because both these things help the immune system and that's key in all this. I'm not advocating stopping all supplements; (I use oregano capsules too) but I think I went overboards on them and am going to limit them now. I also think there's a need for antifungals and probiotics of course, although garlic and oregano capsules work well as antifungals. Anyway I have no choice, this has all put me in debt. I'm just trying to use as much fresh food and herbs as I can instead of most of the supplements. I'm realising how powerful fresh herbs are just as nature intended!
I've taken hundreds of pounds of supplements over the past year or so and I'm still ill. I figure if the stomach can't absorb vitamins etc from natural foods then how can it absorb the supplements? I feel most of what I've taken has been money down the drain so now I'm working on cleansing my digestive system then hopefully it'll work better.
Perhaps they might have helped a bit but if I'd done all the cleansing and healing my digestive system first so that the vitimins could be digested instead of spending all that money first I'd be bound to be seeing more of an effect. It's inadvisable to tackle it the way I did; especially if you don't have much money.
Sorry for the graphic subject. Can anyone tell me what causes bowel movements to appear very 'not together'. When I have a bowel movement it appears that they exit 'formed' but as soon as it hits the water it turns into sediment - not all of it but a lot of it.
Does anyone know what causes this? Is this not enough pancreatic enzymes?
Toxins - often referred to as 'food poisoning.' Toxins may be produced in foods as bacteria grow. These toxins are responsible for the associated vomiting and diarrhoea.
Malabsorption - lactose intolerance, celiac disease (sprue) or gluten malabsorption, cystic fibrosis, cows milk protein intolerance, intolerance to specific foods (beans, fruit, etc.) There are other less frequently encountered causes of malabsorption.
Inflammatory Diseases of the Bowel – Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis
Medications – antibiotics, laxatives (especially those containing Magnesium), chemotherapy
76, the first thing that came to my mind was bacteria imbalance. 2 things you could try to recolonize would be fruit diet to see if that fixes it or a really good probiotic. I've only seen one that I would recommend, In-Liven, it has 13 friendly bacteria where most others have 1 or 2, maybe 5 or 7, and it's organic.
Ever since my 4th flush (which was a month ago), my bowel movements have changed. My stool looks kinda greenish (dark brown with a green hue), it is grainy, there are cream colored grains, there is some black stuff (like ground coffee), it has clumpy and greasy appearance, it usually floats, it is less formed and has a strong odor (which didn't have before). Could it be stuff from my gall bladder/ducts coming out still? I haven't been doing anything special as far as cleansing btw my flushes, I eat pretty well, but not perfect.
This sounds as if you have a bacteria problem in the intestines. Black specs at the same time as foul smelling, floating stools tends to eliminate other possibilities.
If you start any supplement that might create looser stools, temporary diarrhoea, or die-off of yeast or bacteria (like an antibiotic, probiotic, digestive enzymes, antifungal, laxative, etc), you might see dark or black flecks in stool during this 'cleaning out' period. Certain types of adverse bacteria in the colon can produce dark residues and this is getting cleaned out.
"Cottage-cheese" looking in the stools indicates the presence of yeast, but is not the only indication of yeast. These may appear during either yeast growth or die-off.
Extremely foul smelling stools can be due to bacteria overgrowth. Some bacteria produce hydrogen sulphide which has a characteristic rotten egg smell (horrible stench). It can also be the putrefying debris in the gut. Ammonia smelling stools can be attributed to bacteria overgrowth or nitrogen being insufficiently digested or improperly metabolized. When food is insufficiently digested, the non-absorbed food can then become food for harmful bacteria, or just putrefy, in the gut. Either of these leads to toxins being released in the body.
Sulphur smell - a few people noted that if they eat more sulphur containing foods and have a yeast problem, the yeast may feed on the sulphur foods and get worse. These cases also say an increase in yeast with sulphur supplements.
Besides smelly stools, people many have bad body odour and bad breathe even shortly after taking a shower or brushing teeth.
Stools that float are generally associated with some degree of malabsorption of foods or excessive flatus/gas. Floating stool is seen is a variety of different situations, the majority being diet-related or in association with episodes of diarrhoea caused by an gastrointestinal infection.
If you analyse all this information it may indicates a bacterial and/or yeast problem associated with the change in biliary function following the liver cleanse. I would suggest that it may be time to give your bowels a spring clean.
Thanks Telman, good info, as usual.
You are probably right in that this may be more bacteria (or maybe virus?) related rather than continuing cleansing, as I did have an episode of bad GI upset/diarrhea one day not long ago, and whatever I contracted probably still lingers inside of my bowels. Maybe colonics is due.
Is floating stool a sign of excessive gas, or undigested fat? I heard both opinions - it floats because it has air in it or because it has fat in it. They both sound possible.
Stools that float are generally associated with some degree of malabsorption of foods OR excessive flatus/gas. Floating stool is seen is a variety of different situations, the majority being diet-related or in association with episodes of diarrhea caused by an acute gastrointestinal infection. A change in dietary habits can lead to an increase in the amount of gas produced by bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract. Similarly, acute gastrointestinal infections can result in increased air/gas content from rapid movement of food through the GI tract.
One misconception is that floating stools are caused by an increase in the fat content of the stool. In fact, increased air/gas levels in the stool make it less dense and allow it to float. Another cause of floating stools is malabsorption. More than two weeks of diarrhea with floating stools is often seen in people suffering from malabsorption, a dysfunction in the GI tract that affects the body's ability to digest and absorb fat and other food. Increased levels of nutrients in the stool (those not absorbed by the GI tract) are supplied to the normal bacteria that live in the gut, which in turn produce more gas. This results in more air/gas- rich stool that floats. Dietary changes, diarrhea, and malabsorption can cause floating stools. Most causes are benign and will resolve when the infection ends or the bacteria in the GI tract become accustomed to the changes in your diet.
