I have been experiencing a distended abdomen for about a year now and cant figure it out. I used to have a flat six pack and I had perfect digestion.
Today was my first bowel movement in 4 days. This cant be good. It feels like my insides are all swollen. No matter what I eat, I become inflamed and it seems like none of my bodily organs can function! I am even urinating much much less.
This is kind of scary and I am not sure what to do. Ive taken wormwood before without any results. Do you guys think this could be parasites?

From your symptoms I DEF believe you have parasites, sounds like you def have Tapeworm or roundworm, google Tapeworm and distended abdomen or roundworm... there is tons of results, just wormwood will not do anything.. you must add fresh ground clove capsules and Black-Walnut fresh green hull capsules, or you can order Humaworm, which i just did last week, because I am dealing with the same problem.. i do use the bathroom for about 3-4 days sometimes too, its crazy!!

Yeah my body is just sooooo inconsistent. I believe it may be parasites. For example; the other day I took almost triple dose of chlorella powder....I was pooping like crazy all day and my stomach was flat. Got excited and try the same thing the next day, and I became constipated, inflamed gut, and fatigued. Didnt have another bowel movement until today, 4 days later. Just had some more chlorella and nothing is going on.
Now this is gross to think about. I didnt have a bowel movement for 4 days! 4 days! Upwards of 10,000 calories and tons of chlorella and no poop?!? And I was eating healthy and I am always hungry. Thats the thing, being not hungry with constipation is what is supposed to happen...I am always hungry and I dont know where it all goes.
I am also losing weight, not gaining. I used to be 20 lbs heavier with a normal appetite. Im falling apart.
Look at pics on this review. That is my stomach! But I am a guy and it is really frustrating. Ive lost all my muscles and I am actually skinnier in all my limbs except my stomach, which is bloated and distended, not fat! Theres a difference.

I am a guy too I was 190lbs and all muscle in late june, not I'm 170 lbs and lost a lot of my muscle in my legs and arms, I use to work out everyday. I found tons of websites that say with Tapeworm you lose all your weight on your limbs(arms and legs) but you keep your stomach and it gets bloated or distended. I am going through the same freakin thing buddy, my advice would be to do what I'm doing, order Humaworm, and start eating tons of raw garlic... and I mean raw!!! If you wanna go the western med route take some albendazole.. this will take care of either tape or roundworm..
two things that pissed off my worms was raw garlic and raw apple cider vinegar mixed with honey
I am currently taking Parasitin and i saw something in the toilet the other day that wasnt so nice looking, scroll down in this forum and youll see my thread about it with the picture

wow 5'7" and 110 pounds, How do you deal with that?? thats wayyyyyy to light for your hieght, I would have already shot myself.. for reall no joke, I'm losing my mind at going from 190-165 I dont know how you are even dealin with this, alll I can say is WOWWWWWW! O by the way I'm 5'8
So far when I used RAW garlic, the next few days would be really bad, AKA die-off symptoms, also when I first used raw apple cider vinegar and honey mixed in warm water, the next few days were really bad too, die off symptoms again.
Now I am on a product called Parasitin made by Vaxa and having just OK results, I did pass a worm and notice some die-off symptoms but nothing crazy. I dont think its strong enough but its def pissing off the wormss!!
My next product will be Humaworm which I just ordered the other day, suppose to be the BEST out of all natural products. I'll be starting that next week and we will see out that goes...
And if all of these fail, I have albendazole ready to be used, but I'm only going to use this when I feel like there is a point of no return, like who cares just try it attitude..

Whatever it is, you probably have parasites one way or another.
You might want to try some Oxypowder to clean yourself out. Eating tons of air popped pop corn can help, also cascara sagara. If necessary do an enema, 2 cups in bag at most per time to not flush out good bacteria & put acidophilus yogurt in the last bag, plus eat some of it.

I see that you have been posting on various forums for several months and think I have responded to some of them. You started out by asking about parasites on this forum and now you are back again after trying some other treatments for various conditions. I searched for 'maladsorption disorders' and saw lots of websites to give you some information. I agree that a visit to a gastroeneterologist may be helpful to define the problem, some people see alternate health professionals such as NDs. Parastes could be causing some problems as could a congested bile system (gallstones, sludge, parasites), but to regain good health it will probably take several treatments over a period of months or years. The CZ Liver Flush Support Forum has several programs which have helped many people. Most of these programs start with a Parasite program and then go on to other cleanses, detoxification and support for organs and systems. let us know what you do and how well it works. Good Luck.
Rebounding: A superior exercise for
the lymph system
A rebounder is a mini-trampoline. It's circular, maybe 4 feet in diameter. You stand on the rubber mat, and gently bounce up and down.
I've owned a rebounder for 20 months, and it's the best piece of exercise equipment I've ever owned. I bounce up and down gently for at least 10 minutes every day. Since I live alone, mine sits in my living room. It's always instantly available; nothing to set up, nowhere to drive, no concerns about weather. Rebounders also come in versions that fold, so you can store them out of sight.
Rebounders provide superb exercise for every part of the body, but especially the lymph system. You've got 5 to 6 quarts of blood in your body, and a pump to keep it circulating. But you have five times as much lymph as blood -- and NO pump to circulate lymph.
I'm sure that most people on this forum know that the lymph system is a kind of metabolic dumpster for the body. Our 75 trillion cells are constantly casting off toxins, dead cells, and a wide variety of waste products. All that unwanted debris goes into the lymph system.
And since there's no pump to get rid of it, all those wastes, some of them quite toxic, just sit there in the lymph system. There are only three things that get the lymph flowing: (1) Gravity (2) Internal massage to the valves of the lymph ducts, and (3) Muscular contraction from movement and exercise.
That's why so many American couch- potatoes are getting seriously sick. They eat terrible food, drink awful drinks, and when their cells expel the toxins into the lymph system, the toxins, for the most part, just STAY there. Perhaps they infect a breast or a prostate gland, or any one of dozens and dozens of organs. That's why people who are bed-ridden for, say, a broken leg, end up feeling really sick. The toxins just sit there, and infect various parts of the body.
Rebounding gets the lymph moving. Toxins and waste products don't get to hang around and cause trouble. As you bounce, the toxins are moved to the ducts which take them to the liver and kidneys. Rebounding is wonderful insurance against a broad spectrum of serious illnesses. And it's great fun! I feel like I'm 8 years-old when I'm bouncing on my rebounder. All of my 75 trillion cells are on the same page, doing the same thing.
I bought my rebounder online from Al Carter's company. It was pricey, but it came with a lifetime guarantee. Carter is the Bill Gates of rebounding. His website address is: www.healthbounce.com
However, I've since learned that Walmart sells perfectly good rebounders for around $25.00. I'd check them out before I went online. But Carter's site is FULL of information about rebounding, and worth exploring from an educational viewpoint, even if you choose the cheaper product.
Last point: all you need to do is bounce gently up and down. Your feet never have to leave the mat. You don't need to do cheerleader tricks. And if your balance is shaky, you can buy a railing that fits on the front 180 degrees of the circle.
If anything I've said resonates with you, I hope you'll consider buying a rebounder. Trust your intuition.

My name is Donna and I am a certified lymphologist and I would not recommend an inexpensive walmart rebounder. They are so stiff that they cause joint problems for many people. I bought one years ago before I was a CL and used it three days and had to get rid of it as it caused such severe lower back pain. I have met quite a few other people who had the same type of experience. Of course there are always exceptions. . .that guy who thinks they are great and it doesn't bother HIM. But for the general population, they really can cause damage.
There is a world of difference between the cheap ones and the pricey models. Many say that the cheap ones are like jumping on cement compared to the better made units. I would have to agree. They jar your skeleton. Where as the better made units absorb the shock and actually cause joints to heal. Big difference.

Thanks for your input. I've never
bounced on an inexpensive rebounder.
A friend of mine in the Midwest
bought a cheap one at Walmarts,
and told me she loved it. But I'm
inclined to think your judgement
is probably the correct one. My
rebounder cost $169.00, plus shipping. It came with a lifetime
guarantee. A part of me wondered
how the discount stores could make
a comparable product for so little
money. I guess the answer is, they
Hi Yugo, ... ... There are a number of ways to get the lymphatic system going. One free and chea...
There are a number of ways to get the lymphatic system going. One free and cheap way is deep breathing.
At an internation meeting of the International Lymphatic Society (made up of alot of big hitters in the medical world, like heads of hospitals and research facilities) one of the researchers did a great demonstration. At that time it was believed that physical activity was the main moving of lymphatic fluid. So this researcher had a man with a camera in his subclavian vein and a monitor so all could view what was going on inside him. He was put on a tread mill and put through the paces and there was not alot of activity in the lymph fluid. This alone was shocking to the audience.
So then he got off the tread mill and did some real deep breathing and guess what, the lymphatic fluid from the thoracic duct shot like a geyser into the subclavian vein. What this means is the deep breathing causes the lymphatic fluid in the thoracic duct, the last stop in the lymphatic system, to gush into the subclavian vein, which is where it re enters the blood stream. At this point it is pure water re entering the blood stream.
So deep breathing is VERY effective and is easy and free.
Dry brushing is also good. Not free, but almost. Smile. Stroking with the flat side of fingers is also excellent. Just stroking works, but the energy that comes from the hands also moves the lymphatic system. So it can be even better than dry brushing in some situations.
The chi machine is also awesome. (http://www.excellentthings.com)
My favorites are the chi machine and rebounder. But these do cost some $.
Also, hot and cold showers. one minute on each cycle (seven times each). This cause intense circulation of blood and lymph. Incredibly healing. You can start with warm/cool and work up to hot and cold. You adjust rather quickly and it becomes quite pleasant. Makes you gasp or even yell, but it is invigorating and makes you feel more alive.
Also, taking steps to not eat foods that clog the lymphatic system is helpful. Salt slows the lymph, stress also does. Anything that is unnatural and, therefore, poison like will cause the blood capilaries to dialate and allow too much blood protein to leave the blood and move to the lymphatic system. Then they draw water and sodium to them and a whole cascade happens that causes you to lose energy and when it is a chronic condition it will eventually cause disease.
Moving the lymph is VERY important.
Signing off for the night

Thanks so much for all the helpful information. And that is so interesting about the deep breathing. Well, I guess I'm going to be doing alot of that.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a year ago and have been reversing it for the last year. I take no meds and have minimal stiffness now. I also had candida, which is basically under control. But I have had constipation and other digestive problems, so still working on that problem, along with trying to get my lymphs uncongested. I am cleansing, detoxing and rebuilding to heal leaky gut. It's been quite a long road, but I won't give up till I reach optimal health.
I appreciate all the help that people have given me. Curezone has been such a great support system. And you are one of my angels too. Thanks again.

You are welcome, and thank you for the kind words. I am an obsessive compulsive helpers. Chuckle.
On the leaky gut issue, the best thing that I know of for that is pure, first milking colostrum. You can join email@example.com by sending a blank message to firstname.lastname@example.org And when you are a member you can read the archives and in the first ten messages there is a post on Leaky gut syndrome and colostrum. Really remarkable.
I used to have leaky gut and then I started colostrum (for other reasons before I knew of it's benefit for LGS) and within three days I noticed I could eat stuff that previously had bothered me and I suddenly had no ill effects from it. Like mustard and vinegar.
I know other people who have had similar remarkable responses. One man, after only five days was able to eat beans and pepperoni and cheese, which he previously could not eat without diahrrea. He was soooooooo happy. Smile. In addition his hair on his head started growing back. Doesn't work for everyone, but it did for him. His barber now sells colostrum.
Anyway, it is nearly miraculous for Leaky Gut Syndrome and this reality is backed with medical research, not just anecdotal stories.
Pure, firstmilking colostrum is nearly miraculous stuff. Has been a huge benefit to my whole extended family.

I have one more question for you. Background first - I weighed about 130 when I first went on the candida diet (10 lbs over ideal weight). Now I weigh 106 lbs. (underweight) and I am having no luck in putting it back on. Eating healthy and feeling pretty good, 100 percent better than I did a year ago. I am just wondering if my congested lymphs could have anything to do with my not being able to gain the weight back right now.
