Microscopic Photos of My Menagerie of Intestinal Parasites - Worms, Flukes and ????
Photos of Multiple Parasites Being Flushed from my Intestinal tract - What Are They?
For 2 years, I thought I suffered (skin erruptions) from mites somehow transfered from my dog (who had major mite infestation, probably picked up from a "DogVacay" sleepover with other dogs). He also suffered from worms (should have paid more attention to that in terms of curing myself).
Dermatologist Scrapings showed demodex. My microscope saw that and more.
Until I found dermatologist who actually did scraping, I got the usual "delusional parasitosis diagnosis. And no one picked up on connecting my now chronic stomach acid issues or even bothered to interview / question me.
I moved and same "nothing wrong" diagnosis issue with new dermatologists. Couldn't even get a referral to ID or Gastrointestinal doc!
So using forums like this and purchase of microscope, I started doing my own study.
For treatment, you name it, I tried it on my skin thinking this is where problem was. Permethrian (40% deluted with BPO for absorption), Benzyl Benzoate (oh so much fun if gets in your eyes!), topical Ivermectin, sulphur, antibiotics, and more!
All helped but "postules", things that looked like worms (and over past year, morgellons like things) all kept coming back despite the skin meds. Two years of this!
So I went looking "inside", and started by trying to flush out any parasites I might have with horse pastes - they immediatly worked and I indeed started flushing out worms and flukes (see examples on images attached).
I went to emegency doc in the box center and they agreed to do OVU testing and prescribed albendebzole.
At $140+ a pill, I opted for $50 bottle of Valbazen liquid albendenzole that will last me 60+ days of treatment, and added praziquantel by buying fish pond powder praziquantel (99.5% pure - hopefully accurate from long time business in California - saving thousands of dollars I would pay at $200 a pill thru normal med channels).
400 mg of Valvazen every 12 hours and pulsing 25mg/kg of praziquantel every 6 hours for 3 consecutive days then off 3 days and repeat all above for 30 days.
21 days if counting horse pastes and 10 days on Valbazen / Prazi treatment...
Not one skin issue since I started with intestinal parasite focused treatment - the first time ive made it past 1 week in the past two years!
Just had OVU Tests sent to lab. Assuming the lab picks up and indentifies the parasites (understand this is not always the case and false negatives common), I'll be able to hone in on dosing correctly.
For now, ANY help in identifying from attached photos greatly appreciated.
I'm dosing as though worse case cyste scenario. Rather not if not necessary, but after two years of Hell, I'm not taking any consetvative approach, and using a scortched earth nuke 'em all mentality.
So far, it's working.
Photos taken through my compound microscope at 100x - 400x or 1x of samples on slides (there are many other types not shown here, including recent one with blue thread like appendage similar to mogellons photos posted online - With the idea of not completely overdoing it, I included just these):

Thanks for telling your story. Do you have the Morgellon fibers? My story is like yours, but about a year less. It sounds like you are on a good medication program now. I like Panacur, because its a double dose of fenbendazole in a handy large tube. Seems that fenbendazole is the only FDA approved treatment for encysted worms. I think me and the pets have had this for years.
About worm ID, I'm very bad at that. The spaghetti looking one is described that way, but I forget which one it is, roundworm? I just added prazi too, and am impressed with it. Thanks for listing your intended schedule with those 2 meds. I think I'll copy that, since I'm winging it too. I agree with your scortched earth policy (lol) and just nuke them all. the Albendazole will cover the hooks and rounds, the prazi for flukes and tapes. Ivermectin is a good one to rotate with, since from what I've read, the parasites adapt to a medicine after several weeks, so switching once they seem to be making a comeback is a good plan. I'd throw panacur (online farm supply) into the mix (fenbendazole) for encysted ones.
They are sure ugly nasty things!! Ugh!
We have nasal worms, I'm thinking it's eggs and baby ropeworms. Definitely we have ropeworms. The nasal ones are so hard to treat, also they like mouths. I want to nuke them the most. Miniature flies are part of the Morgellons problem I think. main issue is fly debris on my scalp, and nose worms, also fly debris on face. Black spots that come apart as dirt and fly legs, not so much as fibers anymore.Oh yeah, roundworms too! Too much fun. Good luck!
A Theory on Disease: Disease Load and Pathogen Diversity
Apart from the environmental toxicity, I feel that there is another component to modern sickness with parasites.
While people in the past often lived in small geographic areas the diseases they contracted were all local and of common strains? While they were probably exposed to high levels of pathogens they could handle the burden because they had common strains.
My question is, is it the diversity of modern pathogens like worms, Borrelia, etc that cause major symptoms within a person? You could touch a doorknob in a northern city like Oslo, a climate which normally would expose a person to low levels of parasites, and contract parasites from Asia or Africa.
I know that most pathogens never leave the body, and each strain often has a specific niche (i.e. Borrelia strains), so is it possible that the more diverse a person's pathogen's are (through extensive travel, or interaction with people in cities), the more likely they are to be sick?

Yes. The thing is, once you are infected with 1 type your immune system is depressed and therefore you are easily getting new types. Be it worms, protozoans, bacterias, viruses etc. It is all a matter of immune system. The body is an amazingly complex but well built system, so it can function seemingly well under a high load of parasite burden. Nowadays the number of sick people are on the rise because of the extensive migration, travel and globalised food chains. Also because parasitic diganostics and prevention simply do not exist. So yes, it really is a matter of an immune overload which we daily experience as it has become so easy to get parasites basically anywhere (door knobs, physical contact, food etc)'

This is a strong valid argument against unregulated immigration, and no politic people talk about this as if this is not a problem, but indeed depending on your ancestors (and the environment where they have survived in and adapted, you will have more immune defenses against some parasites and less immune defenses against "foreign parasites".
This is why i highly recommend to be careful where you eat (because in some restaurants, some foreigners may work in the kitchens and touch the foods, and if they don't follow hygienic practices (like waching their hands carefuly after going to the wc) there is a risk to contaminate the foods with eggs...
The other problem is the importation of some foods from regions of the world where there are "foreign parasites" and these foods can become contaminated and sometimes the process to produce the foods does not kill the eggs...
The other problem is the importation of "foreign external parasites" like mosquitoes/taons/flies/spiders and the parasites that they cary and can transmit to any human who get biten by it...
I have been experiencing a lot of health problems lately after traveling abroad for several years and I found this (see image below/ click to make smaller) in my stool recently. Smaller than a pea, yellow/gold, fluid-filled, and rubbery. I have had stomach cramps and lower right abdominal pain for a while. I do not eat gluten or dairy. I do have a current Blastocystis infection and I have been very ill. I seem to pass undigested food quite frequently.

I don't see any internal structures and altho it is rubbery, as some parasites are, it does not seem to be a parasite. On the left side it looks like it broke off from something so may be a spore or other food particle.
If you want to do advanced parasite testing there are several labs that do parasite dna analysis and some that do saliva tests. One of them is Metametrix Labs and the saliva tests are done by Diagnostech labs, I think.

I SEARCHED FOR 'TAENIA CYSTS'
This came from the Stanford U. website, the image didn't paste in.
The cysticercus larva completes development in about 2 months. (2)It is semitransparent, opalescent white, and elongate oval in shape and may reach a length of 0.6 to 1.8 cm (2).
These cysts travel inside the body. I've never seen one in feces.

Hi, it looks like this was posted quite a while ago, based on your symptoms, I would say you most definitely have parasites and should do a cleanse. It is a common misperception amoung Americans that parasites are rare. In fact, most American do have parasites due to their ignorance on the subject. Check out humaworm for more info on the subject. Alhtough I have not tried this cleanse, it has come highly recommended to me, great testimonies on the site as well. I have tried Intestinal Freedom by American Biologics, and is very effective. I recommend taking 2 capsules once a day with plenty of spring or mineral water for 1 month. This will catch the parasite(s) in every stage of development. Also you should get some probiotics to replace the intestinal flora. Since you will be flushing out all the toxins, parasites, build up etc, you will need to replace with healthy microorganisms.

I had the same symptoms , if you read about you'll find that it usually goes away on its own , yet only in acute cases you would take nitroimidazole treatments , you could suffer lactose intolerance from this along with malabsorption of nutrients in your intestine , and I love milk , so I found myself some medication to cover my base , good luck

Hello I found the exact same thing and my three year old son's diaper along with little what looks like s. Mansoni worms/ parasites all throughout his feces he's already had a stool test done by his doctor I don't know what exactly they tested for but it came back negative for parasites and eggs however I know that the common test is not test for flukes so I'm assuming that's what the worm things are and that the yellow sick is some sort of a pouch or something? I myself also have a horrible skin infection going on my skin is peeling all over and it feels like leather:( could this be due to flukes as well maybe schistosome dermatitis? I am new to this whole parasite thing just like many others in this world I always thought it wouldn't happen to me so never really worried about it and now it seems as though my whole family (me and my 3 kids) are all infested and I don't know where to turn:( so back to the original question did you ever confirm with this yellow sac was just want to make sure I have all my information gathered before I hit up another emergency room so maybe they will actually listen to me if I actually sound like I'm knowledgeable about what's going on instead of just going in there and saying "what's wrong with me doc?" And them throwing some stupid generic cream at me and telling me to follow up with my primary:( thank you in advance

It looks like a well digested roundworm aka Ascaris. The length suggests a female. Tapered end is characteristic.
One week of mebendazole is not doing much. You will need a protocol that lasts for months if not years.
We generally find that if you have one parasite you have others. It's like peeling an onion. Your anal itch suggests pinworms. The constant hunger suggests tapeworms.
Suggestions: Google Dr. Andreas Kalcker and find his parasite PDF.
Google Dr. Simon Yu. See the website Debugyourhealth.com
Read the book Healing the Symptoms Known As Autism. It has Dr. Kalcker's protocol in it.
Search CZ for posts on roundworms. Look for posts by MattK3- he has a file called Ascaris 123. Very long.
Look for posts from Positive Mind, ICU. Look at my blog in new blogs, #4190, Getting the Parasites Out. My protocol is in the very first post. To get started, order FOOD GRADE diatomaceous earth (DE) on line and start with 1/2 tsp. in 8 oz water per day. Keep increasing the doses until you get to 1 tsp. 3x/day. The DE may add to your constipation. Search posts on CZ around eliminating constipation. I also have a list of labs and dr.s in one post on my blog.
Buy a used parasitology textbook on line. Look at the CDC website for some really basic information.
Every one is different with different infestations, so you have to become your own healer. Try dealing with the pinworms and the roundworms first.
Best of luck. Keep coming back and asking questions. Don't bother with doctors. They are untrained in parasites. You may have to get your family treated and any pets if you live with them.

Anal itch can also be a sign of roundworms. Pinworms might be lurking but if you have no obvious symptoms or signs, i would not be suspecting that. As Mizmac suggests, coinfections are very common. You can start treating what you already know and whatever you find out later, you can add other protocols.
I have had roundworms of different kinds most of my life. My infection disseminated about 2 years ago. I have been treating with various meds and protocols. The progress is slow but steady. I am on this every day, all day, sometimes night too. The worst thing i have done was to use the bitter (wormwood) and other chinese herbs. These made them go wild. The safest thing to do is to use meds. This is my opinion from experience. Others use herbals with success so it is not a rule above all.
For me the best med that has worked so far was levamisole. Dr Yu recommends 3x50mg p day for at least a month to take control of the infection. I combine with other meds like ivermectin, DEC, natural piperazine, oxibendazole, fenbendazole and albendazole, moxidectin, occasional mebendazole. I use naturals like papaya seeds, papain powder, digestive enzymes and a whole arsenal of supplements for detoxing. I suggest you go through the above mentioned documents and websites to understand the main aspects of infections and what meds do. You then decide on a course of treatment. Treatment is at least a year as for roundworms several life cycles need to be broken. Other parasites have other life cycles. you need to find the treatment that works for you for your infection. There are several aspects in treatment, such as: diet, immune system, acidosis, heavy metal contamination, detoxing, supplementing, understanding how anti parasitics work and more.
You can get a good start by doing enemas daily in the evening. For anal itch i would do an enema as soon as i feel the itch. I suggest an enema kit which you can disinfect with 95% alcohol after each use or the small fleet enemas are good too. Use Sea Salt and lukewarm distilled water otherwise. That works on all kinds of pathogens. Come back here and post pictures, ask for advice. Self treatment can be successful if you don't give up.

I too have been sick with parasites for years, more than four years in my case and about six months ago I was at my wits end and completely miserable.
But after I found this forum and started educating myself and started taking RX Im finally getting better. I still have a long way to o but at least Im feeling better.
Like you, no one believed/believes me, including my family. That's a terribly lonely thing to have happen to you and I completely understand and can sympathize with that part. But at least know youre not alone. According to the CDC, hundreds of thousands of people suffer from parasite infestations that go undiagnosed and they dont even know what is causin teir health issues. I believe in the years to come medical researchers will discover many illnesses can be linked to parasites. There are studies that already have found some types of cancer are linked to parasites. (I fear that actually)
But, on the bright side, you aren't alone here and those of us who have suffered understand all too well the reality of what you are going thru. So, at least you can find some support and compassion here. I gave up talking to my family and anyone else because I decided that unless you've lived through something like this its hard to understand. Plus, its bad enough to be sick without feeling judged all the time. So, I worry about me and that's it as far as this problem is concerned.
I think this stuff works!
I don't have the stink farts anymore. There is less white coat on my tongue. Digestion has improved, my hair looks much better. I *think* I'm not having so much low Sugar problems but I have to get some test strips to make sure...
My energy levels are more stable.
While taking Pippali rasayana I felt nauseous occasionally in the first week but that went away on the second week.
I was not paying too close attention to the nauseous problem since it was not so bad. I also had some constipation while taking it but I still went to the bathroom every day or every other day...
I'm going to stop taking Pippali rasayana to see how I feel without it and I might start using it again soon.
I can still get even better and I will keep working on that.

I would strongly advise against stopping this. The reason is that they will adapt to this and if you stop it is likely the medicines will no longer have effect. Protozoa hide in cyst forms so it is imperitive that you kill all of the cysts which could take time.

I just saw your message. I really don't remember. I'm sorry I can't really help more.
This stuff gave me a mild boost in energy and constipation but it really did not do anything to solve the problem. Maybe you will have better luck. I got the Piper longum (Pippali) from ebay and Palasha Beeja (Butea Monosperma) from https://www.letsallbehealthy.com
